181  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would their be interest in an australian trade in btc site for online goods? on: October 09, 2011, 08:38:42 PM
Highly unlikely their would be enough interest.  If sites in the US cant make enough to make ends meet how would you fare in a much smaller market?

Yeah I was thinking that too, too small.

Do people really believe the government/controllers/bankers would give up their money monopoly without a fight?

they can fight but they will never win, this is just the start. it has begun, there is no turning back this is the way of the future. just like paypal, ebay, napster set a revolution in motion bitcoin will do the same.

but it's limited,  it needs 1,000,000coins in circulation not 21 million

185  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Would their be interest in an australian trade in btc site for online goods? on: October 09, 2011, 06:28:39 PM
We see plenty of btc for voucher sites but I'm wondering in Australia is there a market for assisted/trade in purchase type site?

Like trade btc and the site would purchase the products in cash from online stores in exchange for your btc? is this feasible? enough demand?

I'd have a 10K start up capital, and could use business account's at shop's to get better prices for customers.

very much agree, the script kiddies are one thing they are small time, but if you get the hardcore dark side hacking community after you... well watch out. these guys would most likely work in the  I.T security industry and are with out a doubt geniuses in their own way and super intelligent.

the ethical ones just like to mess and poke around and see how far they can go, the unethical ones will fuck you over.

189  Economy / Goods / Re: WTB eBay voucher/gift cards...exchange for moneybookers. on: October 09, 2011, 05:29:23 AM
There is a good deal and then there is just plain stupid deal.

It is insanely easy to unload ebay gift card at face value.  They are essentially cash and for some international users sometimes it the easiest way to use ebay.

I mean no offense but your post is like saying.  "Looking to buy one $20 USD bills.  Willing to pay $14 cash today."

None taken, but I have issues  of people unloading gift cards at face value....Unless you are money laundering what would be the purpose of buying at anything above   80%?

I already did a deal for one  Grin..... personally I have no issues where/how they got them, just that the codes work, remember we are not in this for love

191  Economy / Goods / Re: Is Virtron a scammer? on: October 08, 2011, 01:35:42 PM
Where is this escrow service you are talking about? Thank you.

Moneybookers  now has a escrow service which I think should  be used now for anything over $175

Depending on the client, it *may* be possible to assist in loading cards completely anonymously.  However, there are strict regulations around that and I will not assist with helping an anonymous client.  The risk/reward ratio simply isn't there.

I think for $440this should be a part of the deal, very important that you stay anonymously
193  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTB bitcoin's for Alertpay/Moneybookers on: October 08, 2011, 11:19:37 AM

194  Economy / Goods / Re: WTB eBay voucher/gift cards...exchange for moneybookers. on: October 08, 2011, 10:03:54 AM
I'm just putting my offer out there, I can only pay 70% of face value because  to pay anywhere close to face value + together with exchange rates + re-shipping fee's defeats the purpose of buying/importing the cards from the USA in the first place.

Someone might want quick cash  with out having to go  through the hassle of  auctioning it off, or just wants rid of it quick, who knows really......I'm not out to put one over someone  or offend people, just looking for a good deal.

Also I just got into coin trading/buying if I had enough I would try and do more, but with exchange rate as it is there isn't much wiggle room
195  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buy / Sell Btc - Established users on: October 08, 2011, 07:03:33 AM

196  Economy / Goods / WTB eBay voucher/gift cards...exchange for moneybookers. on: October 08, 2011, 05:34:50 AM
Looking to buy 2 x $600 nVidia 580 GTx's graphics cards, for those looking for quick cash I would like to trade moneybookers payments for 2 x $500 redeemable eBay gift cards/vouchers

Paying 70% on the dollar or $300  per $500 card/Money will be held in moneybooker escrow service until codes are re-deemed and cards purchased to protect both seller/buyer
