The 24 hour withdraw window is understandable, My longest one took 8 hours though.
I have 2 stuck deposits right now but I don't think it's SCC's fault.
The coin was forwarded to the hot wallet 4 hours ago but it's still unconfirmed in the blockchain.

Exactly the same thing is happening to me now.
Blockchain.info showing Bitcoin Core balance as what it should be but I received 2 transactions today for a sig campaign & avatar campaign.
Neither are reflected in my Core wallet but they show up on blockchain.info 

there was an update from admin that the referral payments will begin again soon ie today or tomorrow.

80% cut on reward rate is only expected to last another 5-7 days before going back to normal.

I'm just waiting for withdrawal confirmation and for the rewards to start showing up.

Until then, I'm considering it "still down".
