I don't know if my analysis is correct or not but based on my observation one of main reason for many projects to not reaching at their minimum threshold even is the requirement of KYC. I don't say it shouldn't be implemented but there should be some limit starting from what kyc requirement must be obligatory. Small investors have hard earned money and they should be exempted from this condition. This is one side of the picture I don't know how much applicable or acceptable is this. I have talked with few people and lot of small investors generally speaking are nit willing to do kyc because of many reasons.
