Its critical to tell on what coin are more better for staking since there are so many shitcoins scattering around here and im totally wondering on who are true and who are scam among them so i would keep my coins who are listed on my mind for now so that people would not blame if their are certain thing would be happen for the coin suggested on here.  But im hodling some of xaurum now maybe i can see some brightside on it in near future.

That would be the ideal amount if we want to earn decently on doge's but for me doge is just for staking since it is the most stable crypto right now but interms of tradings well i woul not rather do any trades on this coin since I think we cannot earn decent amount of money.

Theirs schedule on when they would ended up so I believe 100% bounties will distributed after it ends. Yes it is Ok to buy their since coinbase is pretty more known exchanger where you can buy both of coins you've mentioned and also you can buy at localbitcoin but i don't know if they had ETH handle on their. An as I See you want to buy for staking sake well electrum is quitely reputable wallet but take proper precaution since anything can turn bad these days and use hardware wallet instead if you want to stake huge volume of that coin.

What do you mean by ending a request to add coin? is that they will just directly add some coins?
I think the way to do that is to pay them some bounty depends on the deal between the altcoin devs and liqui devs but i don't think there are coins doing that in liqui since as i see they are unto new altcoin ICO scene righ now.

Price of gup is little more going downwards as of now and we cannot tell on when would the price rise as this point since im so sure that people are preffered to sell it rather than stake it for little while. But their are certain good points that GUP will get its rythm in future after bitcoins price will go stable and maybe it is best for that coin for now is to do some short trades since it is quitely profitable at this point just look for difference on the exchange that you mentioned.
