Because of the high level of volatility and risk invloved in day trading i don't usually do it. I prefer to buy and hold for a long period of time till when it hits my target. By that means i am not under pressure which might cause me huge loss which most people incure from day trade

Apparently it seems like a scam, so many red flag, team lock down the telegram group, withdrawal request not being processed, and team not responding to its community complaints. This are all sign of a major scam project

I am so guilty of the first one. I panic so much to sell my token once i discover a small dump and this has made me to loose so much money because i end up selling those token below my buy price. I really wish i can mnage my emotion while trading it will help me a lot and in turn mininize my loss margin

It seems holders are the biggest loser in crypto. Why hold when you can actually increase your amount of token by simply trading the coin. Just swing trade it , buy low and sell. You make profit and you still get to keep your token. Its a win win situation if you can trade at minimal chance of loss

To some extent i will say you are right, many altcoin died as a result of the bear market. Bear market is like a litmus test for those crypto project that do not have a viable and concrete value to add to the crypto ecosystem. These type of altcoins are basically pump and dump coin with fake volume which will soon die off naturally . No wise crypto investor is suppose to hold those kind of coin for long term hold, it is highly risky and one can loose his/ger entire crypto funds to such kind of crypto project.
