Looks like someone is artificially lowering the price of XCP to cause panic and take in the cheap coins.

I think I screwed up big time.
I have 3k XCP in an electrum address. Seems like the Electrum client isn't compatible with counterparty.
I dont know what i was thinking when i bought the coins and asked to have them sent to that address.
Is there anyway to retrieve the coins?
Get the private key for the address containing the xcp from electrum and import it into the reference client. Thank you for addressing my concern, also excuse my ignorance in this matter. Is this a sure solution? It definetly makes sense. Thanks alot Yes, as long as you control the private keys, you control the XCP (or Bitcoins for that matter). https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Electrum#Export_and_import_addressesMuch appreciated! Thanks for the reassurance

Blitz make sure you use the installer. Otherwise the config file does not go into the right %AppData% dir. Per users on IRC: add nodes to a new duckduckcoin.conf in the AppData\Roaming\Duckduckcoin folder look in the folder you unzipped the package from and find DuckDuckCoin.conf That file needs to go into %appdata%\DuckDuckCoin. then restart DuckDuckCoin-QT this is the problem, if you dont have the folder duckduckcoin in AppData... becuase you didn't install the QT before try to launch it will try that, thank you By the way can you post some nodes addnode=162.213.254.217:12121 addnode=100.1.82.147:12121 addnode=66.172.11.82:12121 addnode=107.170.37.158:12121 addnode=69.90.132.64:12121 addnode=23.227.161.68:12121 appreciated

Will the GUI do away with the need to download the Bitcoind and go through that complicated download?

counterparty coin (XCP) which I iinvested in has potential ahead of it. It has a real team of Devs behind it, and these Devs have a vision of where they want this coin to go.
Right now its selling real cheap and has the potential to be worth as much as mastercoin if not more.
