We share holders are really the rat in the lab here , nothing is transparent about this whole OP , selling more shares & further diluting dividends for a asic pipe dream , not sharing mining pool info , not sharing how much money earned & spent & where & on what , Lab_rat can do what he wants , he got us rats trapped in his lab ..  IF dividends are going to be lower than expected LAB_rat should keep us posted on this but no , why does he care despite of emphasizing that we are invested into LRM for returns based on dividends & hopefully healthy share price .... ....  |

HEHEHE I love hearing people say "I have been here since the beginning..." it makes me giggle... ever so slightly.
Other than the possibility that the privately purchased shares for the big investors that Zach worked with at the start... I am the very first LRM owner... I was primed and ready to go the moment LRM went live and bought the first shares available to the public in the first few seconds. If those shares were live before the other holders got theirs assigned... then I am definitely his first investor... even if it was a very small amount.

Personally I think we should sell and lock in the guaranteed BTC. Now, if we could mine for 2 more weeks and then sell, I would be OK with that, but then sell for sure.

I think we should hold for one more round of dividend payment on 16/12/13 & then sell these units because bitcoin difficulty is not going go up drastically up in 15 days from now even if Cointera & hashfast start to ship.. which seems very unlikely Edit just found out that BFL Monarchs are going to hit difficulty hard in about ~4 weeks time , lets sell these asap !!!! |

the argument for selling 1 and keeping 1 is based not on difficulty but on BTC price. If the BTC drops to 100 usd like it was in sept we really fucked up if we keep both machines. As always I am in the sell one and keep one camp. thus leveling the price risk somewhat. I do agree that diff will be flat for 8 or 9 days. But the nov KNC have shipped a bit and ant miner is ramping up 30 x 180 plus 30 x 180 plus 120 x 180 is 180 x 180 is only 32th knc's nov gear is about 600th . so that is 632th or 10%. I think we jump 20% from 707 to 850 diff. This will make the sell value on the knc drop so If we sell one we lower that risk. Hey I made a profit so whatever people want is cool. But there are downsides to just mining. As long as you are aware of the downsides of just mining I am fine with you picking that over selling one of two. the latest listings show the the 25k price point is no longer around. we had an offer for 23k right now ebay would be 17 or 18k. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trksid=p2050601.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.Xknc+miner&_nkw=knc+miner&_sacat=0&_from=R40people saw the price of btc go all over the place on sunday and now are afraid to buy a machine at 25k. hey don't worry in a day or two the btc price could go up to 1500usd and the knc price on ebay could go to 30,000. just remember this is a winning group buy and be happyTill we are making BTC without being in loss I dont see the point to sell , if BTC goes to 1800$ tomorrow & difficulty it still bearable for us , then it further reduces our chances of selling , why throw away our cash cow ...ehh mm ... i mean miner. Easy & simple way of going forward. |

I think bitcoin fever is going to hit India hard with bitcoin conference to be held in mid December in Bangalore & there a few articles about bitcoin in local newspaper in India , get ready for turbo boost to BTC train not in distant future.
