Sold your soul and buy more Cloak! I wonder if ayone has ever tried to sell their soul before for bitcoin. I'm pretty sure the Devil deals in crypto!

To be honest I got 0.777 invested in this and Im quite worried right now because there is really no sign on to when I could get this coin or atleast a fixed ETA of the launched. I wonder why people could stay calm though, not trying to FUD and this is really just my 2 cents
I have ten times what you do and I'm calm. Think "trust", these folks are well known and there tech and reputations are excellent. Also think "patience", you will need to remain calm. Some changes to accommodate accepting bTCD on the Komodo ICO platform are a big part of the current delay, relax.

soo... anybody in Iceland knows this coin ?
10% of the Icelandic population took the effort of claiming in 2014-2015 "10% of the icelandic "social security numbers" (kennitalia?) we're used to claim coins" would probably be closer to the truth. I don't mean to FUD about possible (likely) shenanigans with the airdrop process or even accuse anyone, but you have to account at least for the fact that probably a lot of Icelanders claimed coins for their friends and relatives. 10% is insanely high, I just don't believe it unless it's supported with some proof or at least indications. Before the first airdrop my hope was that 1% would claim their coins. The more interesting question I have is: how many Icelanders (or internationals, doesn't make much difference) HODL any AUR? If you ask people here if they know cryptocoins they all know about Auroracoin.
Your sample might be biased. EDIT: Please don't take this as an attack or anything of that sort. I'm just trying to avoid expectations being too high. There are only about 335,000 residents in the entire country and 10% of that is 33,500 not so far fetched after all.

Also everyone the client has just been updated! So far everything tests out great. This version seems to be the fastest. Our guys on slack are running out of ideas on how to break things hahaha. Messaging over Bitmessage and Email is very stable, syncing stays connected, contracts run flawlessly.
If you find that your version of Linux doesn't work with the 32 or 64 bit build then let me know, it might not be cross platform. Also you can always build Halo from the HaloOBF source code on my server.
Windows Linux and Mac working great. Next update will be the timelocks, advanced settings, network settings and bonus features and staking.
U really need to ask ur boss for a day off. Resort to working carpenter or something or open a private laundry in an eastern district of detroit. There are plenty of real life alternatives to what ure currently doing with old litter which is what bitbay seems to be steadily transforming into. Why rummage in bears dust and not adopt a more productive time-spending model. Like wank off urself. Oh man, whos even buying it? The only possible explanation would be none of the believers does really have a clue what happened here a year ago. Synthgauge, so are you trying to say that David benefitted from what happened a yr ago? Are u saying he was in on it? Please help us newbs here understand what you are taking up our time for and warning us all of Actually, most of us were here a year ago, many of us invested in the ICO and all of us got screwed by Bob including David, especially David. If you "newbs" want to understand what has happened and what is happening, go back and READ the threads, that's why they are still available. And to the other guy, Synthguage, I suppose you conveniently disregarded the steady raise in value and ongoing development? In reality, something I'm sure you are not familiar with, we, the investors, are David's "boss" but he is doing just fine without our input, or yours. Find another project to troll... Ok, I was misunderstanding you, my apologies. I have a lot of respect for David and think he is doing a great job... glad David was strong enough to overcome the stigma of being involved with charlatans. These dramas can make much of us if we can set our minds right That's ok, it happens. Actually, it was 2014 and my nick then was just "RJF" if you want to go back and read up on the whole mess, you will get the whole picture...

Why is this project has low value still even after people are making hypes to bitbay? Have they all give up their chance to profit thousands of USD from the marketplace? A thread about where people invested mentioned Bitbay but seem disappointing.
Most "people" in the category you are talking about are not real "investors", they are looking for a quick and easy return, that's not what this project is all about. BitBay will certainly increase in value, no doubt about that but, not for the "pump and dump" crowd. Let them go somewhere else.

Was this not a scam so I do wonder why so many people still follow and talk about it? Price rise back to 150sat!
The "scam" part was the ICO not the code or the coin, they were, and still are, ligit and so is David.

Thanks for your input RJF19. It wasn't clear from reading the thread whether or not David held/holds a significant stake in bay, and was behind the fraud. It is more clear now. Has David regained your trust - or do you see him pumping/ coins again in the future? David never lost our trust to begin with. He was the one who exposed the scam as soon as he was sure of what was going down, he wanted no part of it. It actually happened in 2014. The guy who wrote that post wasn't even a member then. Those of us who lived through it quickly realized it was a bobsurplus scam as things started to unravel. If you go back and read the old threads, my nick was simply "RJF" back then. They said many nasty things about David to deflect blame from themselves and their partners, which were simply not true. As hard as they tried to ruin his reputation they simply failed due to his honesty in telling the whole story. No matter what ANYONE says at this point, BitBay has a very large support base made up of new users, who see the genius in it's final design and utility, as well as those of us who ALWAYS saw it's potential and continue to support the project. You could do a lot worse than putting Bitcoin into BitBay...

We Got More Talent! Mihail Fedorov Joins Our Team.During the past months Kolo has been one of the most active person on our Slack, especially on #notarynode channel. He's also a candidate in the upcoming elections. He is working as our sysadmin and notary node expert. We will be running three development notary nodes, and Kolo will operate one of them (jl777 operates the other two). Here's his introduction: Namaste. My name is Mihail "Kolo" Fedorov and I'm sysadmin and developer operations engineer. I have more than 12 years experience in working with linux systems and organizing lazy developers. Previously I've been working in hosting area (shared hosting operations, datacenter operations, etc.) and in web-dev company as team lead and later devops. Two months ago I came to SuperNET's slack to help friend with what was believed to be one-time Komodo server setup. After 2 months I'm glad to join SuperNET team as a fulltime sysadmin and notary nodes network advisor. I will be glad to organize and help all node operators, debug and test software and do some devops stuff - packages, container images, scripting etc.
Welcome Kolo! Ditto!

Komodo team welcomes Nazmul Alam!We are pleased to announce that Fadedreamz has joined the team. He is a C developer, and will be working full time for Komodo & SuperNET. He's taking over Iguana maintenance, along with other Iguana related things, such as GUI support of the products we are developing. You can contact him with any Iguana issues you might run into. Here's how he introduced himself: My name is Mohammed Nazmul Alam, I have working experience of more than 5 years in a one of the fortune 500 companies, where my task was to write linux device drivers, windows device drivers, portable framework (Android, Linux, Windows, Raspberry Pi, iOS) and facilitate end to end solution involving customized hardware. I have a BSc in Computer Science and currently expecting to be graduating MSc in Computer Science (Research Based). I really like challenging task where I can do new things and in the process learn something new. That's how I ended up being working in upwork. As I have deal with multi platform solution so I had the experience what was needed to be done for komodo platform. Now as I got to work more in depth for the komodo platform, I think it will be challenging and fun work to do with all the members. Some of my interests are: site seeing, traveling, gaming and problem solving. I am really looking forward to working with you all.
Welcome Mohammed Nazmul Alam, aka fadedreamz! Glad to see our ICO funds going toward real talent, welcome!

When will i be able to swap BTCD to KMD? Cheers!
The situation hasn't changed: we are waiting for the ICO site to get finished. In the meantime we have been making election materials, and the GUI teams have been working on the wallets. The ICO site is ready to start the elections, but it still does not support BTCD swap... so we are waiting. We all hope that we can get this thing going soon. When that happens we can announce the precise schedule for the elections and KMD distribution. Best regards, Patience is a virtue unknown to these forums...

How is this coin even still alive. I must admit its resilient. Maybe its time to start thinking about picking up some cloak myself.
CLOAK is alive and doing well because of a dedicated team of developers and marketing people. The current developers have the foresight and expertise to move this project forward and bring real value to CLOAK. Also. CLOAK's technology actually works and that is more than can be said for many other "anon" coins...

So to confirm, we will still get the bonus if the threshold is not met, right?
yes, you'll get the bonus. Sold all my ark in the last few weeks guys. This thread has just been depressing. Now if everyone can follow suit we can get some dump action and I can buy back in early 2017 for way less then Ihave been selling at currently. Who's with me?
lol? What the hell is he smoking?

I think we need an explanation and new launch date. I saw two weeks after the ICO finished also. I'm seeing early 2017 now? A little transparency please?
What you "need" is to read the last few pages of this forum, it's pretty obvious they are trying to accommodate everyone who has BTCD. I see no transparency issues here.
