I think there should be some sort of activity requirement to release a coin.  I'm tired of all of these pointless crap coins and I think placing a restriction on who can release them will have a positive effect on the Crypto scene as a whole.  I realize that some people did well with DOGE and that's great, but I don't think we need Catcoin, Kittehcoin, Hamstercoin, etc.  Not to mention someone released XMAS today 

These are nothing more than shitty coins with absolutely no purpose.

Is it possible to design a coin that can only be mined and the coin's network could only be accessible under the very slow bandwidth, encrypted, anonymous network of I2P? Pools would be through eepsites, I suppose?
