That only happend 5 minutes ago when I restarted the servers, try now will work.

No, you need to add the wallet address yourself in the account section on the pool.

Payments go out to working miners that's how pools work Plus it's the OFFICIAL POOL for KIPCOIN, so everyone can get KIPC, everything is fair.  

payouts are automated no need for a payout button yet,  as at least it's a working pool. 
What did you expect  to be on the pool that wasn't there?
