181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: cant sell $squid token.. is it scam? on: November 03, 2021, 06:10:39 PM
Am sure many people will be stock with bags of SQUID with no way of recovery their money since they bought way higher than the current price right now, this project has all the red flags that point it as a scam project,  @op I sincerely hope you didn't invest in this, if it is airdrop you won't loss a thing.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SQUID GAMES TOKEN CRASHES on: November 02, 2021, 12:13:15 PM
Squid game token crash is not unexpected as the name of the game itself is plagiarized and copied from popular Netflix movie. I expected everyone involved to have dyor before buying into such questionable project. I hope people learnt their lessons. The victims of this scam will not see cryptocurrency in good light for years to come especially of they were newbies!

Imagine how some people can just create quick project for quick profit sake, this project only came in existence following the popularity of the Sauid game movie, there is no intention of achieving a goal behind it, it is only about making quick money, anyone who foolishly hold this token without selling  at the top have his/her self to blame.

185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What About Dogelon , The next DOGE or SHIBA? on: November 01, 2021, 08:49:56 PM
After seeing the latest performance of Shiba inu and some similar meme projects, it is hard to disbelieve on them because this space can be very surprising,  shiba inu was able have such price performance is because of the whales and strong communication support, so perhaps if this project has such support you never it can push the price more than people expects.
186  Economy / Economics / Re: Financial Stability - Get yourself non ending economic circle. on: November 01, 2021, 06:53:47 PM
Yeah it has occurred to me to have a multiple income stream especially for low income earners, even as an average income earning person, you will always too many expenses to tackle if your income only comes from one source except you are willing to cut down on some expenses,
Fortunately for most of us, crypto has made it easy to have more than one income stream, I myself have a small job offline but I still engage in my crypto online job to support whatever I earn offline, I may not able to fulfil all my expenses yet but still good.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you actually using/buying NFT's, and Gaming Tokens? on: October 31, 2021, 07:39:25 PM
Game tokens are the latest trend at the moment and just so you know, Few of them already have a playable games and the play to earn function as well, I think this is going to be a big trend in 2022, nft and game tokens will be very hyped, gta Sin City metaverse tokens (sin) already pumping like crazy, same with other metaverse project, it won't hurt to buy a few bucks of this project ride the hype.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment poll on: October 31, 2021, 07:22:45 PM
Except those aforementioned tokens are somehow related to metaverse then No, right now, metaverse games related projects are the ones pumping while most of the market are in red, I think metaverse is the latest trend in the crypto space right now and holders of this projects are in great profit, projects like MANA, SAND, PYR, SFUND and more are performing great.
189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODL, HODL, HODL when can one actually sell Bitcoin? on: October 30, 2021, 07:19:17 AM
This is individual opinion, just because some certain people will always shout hold hold hold don't mean you should do the same, everyone has price target and what they aim to achieve, you can sell wherever you feel it is comfortable for you, probably sell some percentage and keep holding rest for a longer term.
190  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why did you miss Bitcoin? on: October 30, 2021, 05:50:07 AM
I think going back in time and still have the opportunity to know all the things I know now, it will surely make a difference because then you are able to understand and witness what btc can be, it will be easy to want to put all your life savings in it knowing the future is very bright,

But if going back in time don't include having this present knowledge about btc alongside it, I doubt I will be able to make the right decision because there will always be that fear of not knowing what the future holds.
191  Other / Off-topic / Re: Facebook is now Meta on: October 29, 2021, 08:34:53 PM
Beside changing the name of this popular social media are there other changes in the overall ui that uses should be expecting in the near future! It feel a bit strange for Facebook to move from its original name to being called Meta' many users will be confused about this new development and wonder what is happening (especially the non crypto users).
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Community means everything on: October 29, 2021, 05:19:09 PM
Community means everything in crypto space, there are many people who think that shiba coin won't enter top 10 on coinmarketcap well today we did it, now that we are in bull season I'm sure more surprises is coming, shiba is more than a meme coin do your own research before judging the project, Dogecoin that was loved by the community for few years now got flipped

I agree, Shiba inu just showed us all the power of community support and strong backing from whales, the shiba inu community did a wonderful job to support and push shiba up the ladder, even I didn't know shiba will achieve this type of success I should have bought a few, good for all the shiba supporters for holding strong.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Meme coin craze on: October 29, 2021, 05:04:22 PM
After the success of Shiba inu it is not surprising to see copy cat jumping out and using the inu name to gain recognition, Shiba inu according to an article I read has shibaswap audited by certik which means Shiba inu now has a use case and it is more than just a meme coin, and as for those copy cat inu, I would say be careful with them.
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: S.S. LAZIO Up BINANCE on: October 26, 2021, 08:28:04 AM
since published it costs around ±$20 with ATH ±$27 now it costs around ±16, does that interest you?
Yesterday, the price dropped to $12,07. Just checked CoinGecko, mate.
I have bought some LAZIO, I think it was the right price to buy. I am optimistic that the price of LAZIO will increase again above $20 in the near future. LAZIO showed great achievement in the early of this season, I think more fans to support to this team. It may trigger to increase in the price of LAZIO.

Now it is up by 12% with current price at $15.56, you must be in profit already, the big players of this coin are the launchpad participants, I think the price at launch was $1, but with such small supply it is very possible to see $50 soon especially if bull happen this end of year as many analyst are saying.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When will Ethereum break $5000 mark? on: October 26, 2021, 07:54:40 AM
In period of proper bull run, eth can easily surpass the $5000, don't forget eth is a project of solid ground and can spike when you list expect, reason why am firmly holding my eth, if there is possibility this bull run go as speculated, eth is one of top coin that will perform well, so need to fret
196  Other / Archival / Re: Chainalysis Releases New Global Crypto Adoption Report on: October 26, 2021, 01:32:42 AM
It's interesting to note as well that in the list, most of the countries are either under-developed or developing countries. Which goes to say that crypto really empowers those un-banks and give. them economic and financial freedom. So I would say this is really a plus for those countries and for sure it will grow in the next decade or so. The merit is there, if and only if countries in Asia and Latin American will continue to make a big stride. We already have institutions coming in, what we need is government, like what El Salvador did.

Absolutely, crypto is life changing for most of the developing countries, people are able to make a living through through their engagement online thanks to crypto, the axie infinity play to earn passive income really boost the amount of users adoption of crypto in the Philippines and putting them at the top of the chart, I guess this goes to show the positive side of this play to earn games and how they can aid in spending up crypto adoption.
197  Economy / Economics / Re: eNaira launched in Nigeria as a digital currency on: October 26, 2021, 01:15:46 AM
It is impossible to find a difference between the traditional fiat of Nigeria and the launched eNaira. A country creating its own cryptocurrency and launching it is really a big thing, because several countries stay in fear on such a development. Even now eNaira looks like the traditional fiat in the digital form. Maybe over the time the increasing usage will result with the development progress as it is very early to make a statement. One thing if it is developed over the platform to have limited number of eNaira then it'll succeed atleast within the country.

This is how it seems to me, after all the central bank of Niger is still in control of the eNaira, and am pretty sure soon all the Nigerian banks will adopt the eNaira into their system and it will be something of choice for the Nigerian people, either choose to use the eNaira or the traditional fiat currency, this is everything centralise and far from what cryptocurrency (btc) propagate.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Greenmoon token (GRM) give your opinion. on: October 24, 2021, 07:27:55 AM
Someone once said, any project with the name "moon" attached to it should be viewed with caution, probably because that name is more common with some unserious project, but that's just an opinion, know that new alts project have high risk, do your due diligent, this project is new to me so my post is base on general perception of alts project.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: help sent usdt to smart contract instead of wallet on: October 24, 2021, 05:55:11 AM
so i sent some usdt to a smart contract address other then my wallet address is there anything i can do or just consider it gone?
If to say the money can not be recovered back, it is not true, but to recover it back may likely be impossible also. I think there is someone that sent a very big amount to smart contract but because it was a huge amount the amount was sent back to him after he take it publicly. Let me put it like this, just like someone that paid a very high amount for bitcoin transaction fee, but the person let people know about it by taking it to public that he is the person, then we heard later the miner that received the fee paid it back to the right owner.

Though this is not about bitcoin transaction fee but a smart contract but the coin developer can as well decide to pay back the person that send the coin to the smart contract address, but this goes to huge amount of money that is clear and known to the public, the coin developer will have no option than to send the amount back to the right owner.

But many people lost money this way by sending to the smart contract address and not and will never be obvious and lead to loss of money.

What if the smart contract don't have the function to send tokens as described above? The question is not just the amount or taking it to the public, there are certain things which must be present for the token to be sent back, the important one is if the smart contract has that function and the second is if the owner is willing to cooperate. If none of this, the sender will have to forger about his usdt and be more careful next time.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Withdraw BTC Network? on: October 24, 2021, 05:48:11 AM

Okay got it ... withdraw to the btc network the third option because im using a nano ledger.

Now when I go to my nano ledger and using it with ledger live to get my btc receiving address for my nano ledger, i click on receive and i have several options to pick.

Such as

Native segwit btc

Segwit btc

I have 0 balance in the native segwit and my full btc balance in the segwit balance.

I obviously am choosing the segwit balance right and getting that btc receiving address?  Thus it wouldn't make sense for me to withdraw btc to the native segwit?

But I could actually pick either if I like?  Or it would go through to the segwit and not the native segwit?

I had clicked on segwit btc and then it showed me a btc receiving address.  But I didn't want to copy/paste that btc address yet to binance to withdraw until I am sure this is correct.

Whether you chose either segwit btc or native segwit btc, your coins will appear on either wallet you chose to use, I think they are different network with slightly different fees but will give same results, me I usually use native segwit btc to receive, be at ease to choose anyone provided it is supported by both side.
