Any speculation on RPX price when they hit exchanges?
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: red pulse ICO worth it? on: October 08, 2017, 02:29:22 PM
I see RPX in my wallet.   I don’t understand why they need your address to send you the tokens when I already have them.

Gov doesn't monitor exchanges.  They're not gonna snoop your bank account either.  They'll only know if you tell them.

Thinking about buying more for supernode.  I wonder how profitable it will be?

Yes, about 50,000.
Wow!  I own 0.5% of the graft market.

Update: I contacted Matt Luongo, the principal of FoldApp. He says:

Sorry for the trouble! I'm looking into this.
I'll let you know more when I hear more.
Don't hold your breath, they've owed me $15 since last November.
191  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is coffee.foldapp.com legit ? on: September 27, 2017, 02:19:59 AM
Yeah is a scam.  It used to work but they fell apart.  They have a twitter account.  You'll get better replies if you post complaints on twitter.  It's public, they have to respond.  Avoid this website.

If you have a real job that can account for moving the amount of money around you're moving, the IRS will never ever ever ever notice or have an inkling to even investigate.  Unless someone narcs on you.  Even then, there's no evidence you made money from crypto.   What people are suggesting in this thread is to pay taxes on all crypto earnings.  This means, if you buy something with bitcoin using bitpay, you're effectively selling your bitcoin for dollars and getting a profit.  Every transaction is taxable.  Who is going to keep tract of this and how are the feds going to know?  Ridiculous!  In 2016, only 802 people told the IRS about their bitcoin earnings.  802 dumb scared slaves.  The only reason I would ever report it is if I was making more than what my job's income could justify.  Taxes are theft anyway.  Taxes are unconstitutional.  If you're a bitcoin millionaire, or better yet billionaire, take that shit to the supreme court and liberate the American people.

Does they send an email when you participate in their ico

yes. you need to do the kyc with them than they send you an email 1 hour b4 ico starts with the option to buy up to $1000 early.

Yep, they do send you important updates by email, but I believe it's no longer possible to fill in the KYC form.
So if you haven't done it before the ICO got postponed, it's not possible to get in at this point.

However, if you like threading on the riskier side of things: I did see a user selling access to the ICO on this forum. I would not advise this, but if you're really desperate you can try. All at your own risk though.
Or there's websites that sell fake passports for online verification stuff.

Post the contract address here when it starts.

I got some.  Bought with NEM.  First time I've ever used NEM.  Is complicated.  I have no clue what to do with these tokens.  How to send them, etc.  Fortunately I don't have to worry about that for a while.  I understand how to send ETH tokens and such but this is a different beast.  I'm hoping these tokens skyrock.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: red pulse ICO worth it? on: September 18, 2017, 03:42:01 AM
Earlier, the moderator on slack said that those who didnt receive response about KYC have been accepted. Yesterday when i went to their slack, he said they are reviewing the KYC.
Red pulse is based in Hong Kong, so they shouldnt have a lot of trouble doing the ICO. As for business in China, my guess is they should be able to do it like any other company.

Thanks for the info.

It's better if they can send an email about the KYC approval or publish the list of approved KYC.
Theire prob not doing that cuz their KYC is bullshit.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: red pulse ICO worth it? on: September 11, 2017, 11:52:12 AM
Despite the ban on ICO's I think that many of the countries major players will end up releasing their products from Singapore or Hong Kong which fall under a different jurisdiction from memory.

The project itself had a solid plan and road map, it was not one of the Scam coins and as such when the ICO does take place, I will be buying some tokens.

The worst effect of the ban is that the Chinese can't invest in them, which is a massive part of the market
All one has to do is create a fake passport online and fake your citizenship.  Do it from a VPN.  Chinese people can pose their from Hon King.  Their KYC is a joke.

^^ says the obedient slave ^^

Hang on to your principles! I assume you're ok with getting squashed like a bug when the IRS comes looking.
They won't come looking, never have.
