181  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Traditional Payment Processors on: May 03, 2019, 07:00:48 AM
It's been a decade since Bitcoin emerged as a decentralized digital currency for the people. While it's no secret that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrrencies have some drawbacks, they're still a great alternative to Fiat when it comes to making payments without a centralized entity in charge of our funds.

With latest advancements such as DAGs, smart contracts, Layer-Two scaling solutions, Dandelion Protocol, Zero Knowledge Proofs, and more, it's becoming more evident that crypto will someday replace traditional payment processors like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Android Pay. Yet, Blockchain technology is still struggling with user adoption and regulatory compliance.

Nonetheless, do you believe that there's hope for Bitcoin to beat traditional payment processors or will those same payment processors adapt to the Blockchain in the future? Huh
Of course I am sure it will happen. I am sire that even youtuber will prefer like to be paid using cryptochrrency because there is no limitation or freezing account and itis faster too. I heard many people complain about paypal restrictness rule. I am sure that blpckchain technology is a great problem solver for our digital transactions.
182  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Indian Govt thinks Bitcoin is a ponzi scheme on: May 03, 2019, 04:13:36 AM
I hope Indian government don't ban bitcoin. Many indian developers who create good project and help this cryptocurrency economy to be better. I am not an indian but I hope that India can be good environment for cryptocurrency. Many indian earn a lot of money from bitcoin, so actually it can help india's economy to be better and better.
183  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be considered a Religion? on: May 03, 2019, 02:17:55 AM
Considering how many Bitcoin believers (maximalists) there are, with their specific beliefs of how cryptocurrency should behave, it's becoming more evident that Bitcoin is a religion. After all, this popular movement of decentralized finance has impacted our lives one way or the other. The world has its eyes on the direction of Bitcoin as a digital currency which determines the path forward of Blockchain technology.

According to Google, the term "Religion" means the belief in and worship of a superhuman controlling power, especially a personal God or gods. This becomes true especially when many Bitcoin followers believe that Satoshi is some sort of "god". Hence, if Satoshi would reveal himself to the public, many people will follow him.

Nonetheless, what are your thoughts about this? Huh
I think that is a wrong perception. We want earn more bitcoin because it is money. Sathosi don't have any super power that can control the world, he just a bitcoin creator. The stronggest asset that have growing value is gold. Who create the gold? That is the only one God. Bitcoin is not a religion but it is a currency which unite many people in different country here.
184  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do if the Bitcoin Sending Fee will be super high or super low? on: May 02, 2019, 04:04:21 AM
Actually you can set the fee as you want but tho lower fee you set then the probability of transaction delay is high too. Actually when the transaction fee is high the market show negativity trend. I remember when bitcoin price reach 20.000 usd the transaction fee is feel so expensive. Some of my friends prefer to send crypto to me in form of ETH.
185  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the use of credit cards a strong indicator of a nation's economy? on: November 15, 2018, 03:44:49 AM
As some may have observed, highly developed countries like the US encourages their people to use credit cards for transactions. Cash transactions are still used but mostly they prefer people to have their credit cards. I want to know if having a credit card really necessary even if they can afford to pay in cash? Are credit cards reflective of your ability to pay?
I think that is wrong perception, of course government will encourages their people to use credit cards because their bank will get more profit. I don't think that credit card is a good thing because it still costly to make transactions using it. I prefer to use bitcoin because it's more practical to use.
186  Economy / Economics / Re: Whether Getting Married At a Young Age Can Lead To Poverty And Make Poor Economy on: November 15, 2018, 02:59:29 AM
I see in my country many marriages at a young age and don't think about the economy in the future,
I know getting married at a young age is very beautiful,
but if the economy is insufficient, maybe should think again not to get married at a young age,
and I think from that marriage it can give birth to children and increase the population of the earth, and maybe in a few years the earth will be full of humans and surely there will be many other crimes to survive on this earth,

Is there a solution, to overcome this impending disaster
Actually no, you will be poor if you expense more money rather than earn it. Keep learn some skill, then use the skill to earn money so you can survive. A simple example is just like me, I learn english, take a course to become translator for bounty campaign and I get so much money from it.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The market is looking all red once again on: November 15, 2018, 02:44:32 AM
Most of us are trader, and all of traders wants profit. No more long term holding, people will sell their cryptocurrency if they get chance to gain profit in form of fiat. They will buy those cryptocurrencies again after the price fall.
188  Economy / Economics / Re: Sick and tired of the cryptocurrency bullshit!!! on: November 15, 2018, 02:21:57 AM
Warning! Ranting ahead!

I am getting really pissed at the state of the markets. Despite positive news, the market is still pissing blood. Why?

Tons of videos on YouTube over and over again and again, hyping the crap out of this or that coin, anticipating something. But what for. The prices are not moving up when they should be.

What is the point of being excited when market is being manipulated by the most despicable creatures on the planet who see themselves above everyone else.

From my point of view it looks like TPTB saw people getting rich and becoming independent and they couldn't allow so many wealthy individuals in society so they came up with a plan to end this.

If you look at prices you can see how prices hardly change anymore. Heck most of the time Bitcoin prices remain at 0.00! in the hour! Why because they probably set up their bots to pump and dump their coins based on market movement to keep the price the same to prevent people from making money. This isn't so impossible to be true you know.

Just set up some bots and millions worth of money and when ever market provides a hint of an improvement dump it, and when even it going bad pump it. Keeping the prices relatively stable.

I mean why on Earth would anybody in their right mind sell, or setup their bots to sell when positive news is everywhere. It just doesn't make sense. It just an evil behavior that is all.
If you still don't understand the market then don't trade, you should know how the market works. Cryptocurrency market is very different with stock market, it so volatile. I suggest you to only invest in legit ICO. Or you better to buy gold.
189  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Africa be a good place for crypto? on: November 15, 2018, 01:04:53 AM
The success of digital wallets in the African continent was really great and based on what I've read on news articles about it, it really helped the economy and the businesses when it all started years ago.
With this in mind, will Africans be welcoming of bitcoin/altcoin as a real currency and not just a quick way to earn cash or invest? Like using it as real money / cash?
Many unbanked people in Africa, bitcoin help people in Africa to improve their economy. African people use remittance service to do transactions which make their profit decrease before they know about bitcoin. More news about good impact of bitcoin will be spread.

191  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is a tax on: November 14, 2018, 11:49:15 AM
Bitcoin is just like any casino or lottery - it is a tax on stupid people who fundamentally do not understand that this is a game they will lose. It is tax on low intelligence.
Tax?? Wow it's so funny, usually normal people think that bitcoin is one of ways to avoid tax. Come on mate, let's think positively, we can't judge bitcoin is same as casino or lottery because they are absolutely different. If you enter the market for trading while you don't have necessary skill for trading then you actually do a gambling, but if you buy bitcoin for long term investment then it's not a gambling but a smart way to invest money.
192  Economy / Economics / Re: Young people will drive Bitcoin adoption more than the older generation. on: November 14, 2018, 10:05:01 AM
Correct, the future of bitcoin is very bright with youngster/ youmg generation. Buy something via online shop is become so mainstream now, actually I am still young too and me and my friend always pretend that something which new and related to new technology is very cool because that's what makes we different with old generation. Bitcoin is a cool thing for me.
193  Economy / Economics / Re: Paper Money - The Greatest Scam on: November 14, 2018, 09:29:11 AM
I would say that paper currency is the greatest scam ever to enslave mankind.

Bankers charge interest for a thing which has been created out of thin air.

The paper currency gradually decreases in its value due to inflation over time.

So naturally people tend to move towards cryptos which are free from inflation and the bankers and big economists once again want to pull back people to the traditional enslaving system.

Now the choice is yours.

Enslavery or Financial Freedom?

Think Wise and Twice.
Originally paper money is only a representative of gold but bank is "cheating" now, I don't say that bitcoin is the best currency to end enslavery mankind but it's the quick way to escape from the system, but we should to own gold as our investment. Gold also can provide us the financial freedom.
194  Economy / Economics / Re: Money laundering tools on: November 14, 2018, 08:52:56 AM
In my opinion, BTC is not a traditional currency like gold and silver because it does not have any use value, so it is not a credit currency. It's basically just one use, money laundering tool. The tool explains why bitcoin prices are spread across the country and abroad. Domestic money is changed into bitcoins and then physical transportation to overseas exchange for foreign currency escapes regulation and the cost of money laundering is lower than before, and the risk is low.
Did you know that bitcoin transactions is traceable, and KYC on every exchanges site will make all transactions become very very transparent. And did you know that even if Bitcoin is not exist, people will always find ways to do money laundering. If you use bitcoin to do money laundering then the risk can be bigger because law enforcement can track the transaction.
195  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin still involves too much to deceptive behavior! on: November 14, 2018, 07:44:42 AM
Wishing you a very good day, I am a lover of blockchain and cryptocurrency. Haiz! But I'm not happy, when I wake up and read bad news about bitcoin, most of them are bitcoin related scams. I wonder when we can manage bitcoins avoid cheating and fraud, if I'm a normal person do not know about bitcoin, I certainly would not want to find out about it when the news I read about bitcoin is mostly negative as scam. The good news about bitcoin is minimal, mostly on blockchain technology, not many people understand the relationship between bitcoin and blockchain. All of this leads to bitcoin being difficult to accept as a payment method, at least for the moment.

These are the articles I read this morning: https://cointelegraph.com/news/report-google-g-suite-twitter-account-compromised-to-promote-10-000-bitcoin-scam

The concern of those media is the rating, I mean they want more viewers who attracted and watch their tv program or news paper. If they spread the news about the good of bitcoin then it only attracts attention of bitcoin users, but if they spread about bitcoin related crimes then it can be more attractive. The "deceptive behavior" is only bad image that media create for bitcoin
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥🔥[ANN][BOUNTY]~ $4,464,000 - Official GigTricks - 18 Million Tokens🔥🔥🔥 on: November 14, 2018, 06:22:26 AM
Hi dev, I have been joining signature campaign since long time ago, but some of my stakes aren't counted yet. So I register again in your second spreadsheet. But why until now, stake is not updated yet?.
197  Economy / Economics / Re: Please, we should not totally eliminate fiat currency on: November 03, 2018, 06:14:48 AM
From what I have seen so far in this forum and other crypto platforms, most of us want fiat eliminated. But let us not forget that there are still situations whereby we can't use crypto except fiat like in rural places without computers or even internet facilities.
We still can use gold. Fiat is unfair, it has no intrinsic value, look at bolivar. Imagine if your fiat is become worthless like bolivar. fiat market is being manipulated. Inflation of fiat makes you poor, I don't say that bitcoin must replace fiat but fiat must be replaced by something better.
198  Economy / Economics / Re: Money Matters on: November 03, 2018, 03:02:50 AM
Isn't it interesting that those who pontificate that "Money is not everything" usually have money?

Be broke for a few weeks unable to pay your bills, pay rent and afford basic necessities, and then let's see if you'd still hold the same position about money.

Let us be sincere and stop fooling around; MONEY IS SOMETHING! A very huge something!! At least in this present world. Might not be a big deal in another world. But in this world? Save me the sermon.

Without money in this world, rarely does anything get done. In fact, many things suffer needlessly without money. Even the Bible is flat-out frank enough to recognize the fact that money answers all things in the context of this present world. It doesn't say money is "the answer to all things" but it answers all things.

So please, before you sermonize me that money is not everything or that money is no big deal, credit my blockchain address with one thousand units of Bitcoin and forget about it. Then I'd believe you. In fact, I'd sing it along with you...money ain't nothing!
I agree with this, although I hate money but I can't fullfil my necessities without money. I hate money because people fight each other and even kill other people only to get money. So actually I hate the people's habbit not the money. The thing that more important is happiness, we earn money to be happy.
199  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Indonesia, the second largest crypto adopter without legality. on: November 03, 2018, 02:03:09 AM
based on the results of a survey from TNS that collaborated with one of the LUNO crypto exchanges, they concluded that 63% of Indonesian people knew the crypto world.

they realize that crypto is a solution to create a better economy. this percentage defeats Malaysia, France, Italy and Romania.

So, Indonesia is in second place after South Africa with a percentage of 70%.

of 63% of the Indonesian population, they have more bitcoin. Their reason is that bitcoin is the safest and most profitable investment product.
I disagree with that. The percentage is too high, not many people in my country who know about bitcoin, here in my circle only few people who know bitcoin I live in big city in indonesia and people here are only focus to work in company. Government still don't legalize bitcoin yet, but government also don't ban it.
200  Economy / Economics / Re: Who controls the market? on: November 03, 2018, 01:40:38 AM
We should know that the most of cryptocurrency users are traders. It create unstable price for cryptocurrency. Our panic selling and panic buying habbit also become a factor of the unstable market of cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency today is the game for people who have big capital. They can influence and manipulate cryptocurrency price.
