There was an airdrop ( genesis addresses ), only those airdropped  addresses can manually mine coins by sending some of elixir to the address provide by the dev on the OP.

This is one of the best airdropped coins that I can remember ( decred, Minereum...), we haven't  seen a good airdropped coin for a while now.
