For me, apart from ethereum which is stable, secure, has potential to yield profit and become even more successful, I will go with litecoin, wave, ripple  because they are also stable and has good exchange rates. Their prices are continously increasing in value.

For me, I would say I prefer to trade on bittrex, binance, etherdelta, hitbtc as they are good exchange with a lot of support for new tokens. They are also fast in making transactions and also secure.

Yes, we know that some icos are scam but there are still some good ones that doesn't disappoint. If you say 90% of icos are scam, then, I think people won't bother investing in them again, to avoid falling victim of scam I think care should be taken and patience also to do a proper research of the project before investing in it.

I like your success story with airdrop and it motivates me as many airdrops are not worth wasting time on because their reward is not encouraging and some do not end up rewarding participants that why I believe in bounty more than airdrop although airdrops gives you an opportunity to have extra profits especially when hold on long term.

I do not think you should take a loan from the bank to invest in crypto because you cannot predict what will happen to you investment as crypto is volatile. You might think you will be able to meet up with the conditions given by the bank and the otherwise will be the case. You should have taken your time and see how well the first transaction will go before trading the rest. Mining is also an important part in crypto currency as without these miners, some coin cannot function well. I think reason why people prefer to mine is because it is an easy way to get coin without investing in the coin. Mining process might be expensive because you need to buy the required equipment before you can mine.

There are some icos which are secure while there are also some which are scam. Moreover,there is no assurance that an ICO whether scam or not will make you profit. There are some icos which are legit but you can lose your profit easily because the token or coin is undervalued when introduced to the public. I suggest you invest in tokens or coins that has already proven its performance over time and when deciding on this take you time to access the project or carryout your own research about the project before investing in it.

In my own opinion, I will advice you to contact the manager of xstc and explain the whole situation if your btc will be reversed back to you. You shouldn't have sent a btc into xstc as they are two different accounts and be careful when next you are trying to transfer or exchange your coins, please be sure of the right wallet to use.

I do not think ethereum or ripple can beat bitcoin s bitcoin remains the most widely accepted cryptocurrency. It has the strongest management team, stable blockchain and has the highest possibility to yield profit within a short period of time. Bitcoin is the oldest crypto and all other crypto were formed from it own idea. The price of most cryptocurrency is largely affect by the change in price of bitcoin and its stability.
