My only problem with the death penalty is how long it takes to be carried out. If someone is found guilty and sentenced to death they should be dead within 10 minutes of the ruling. People staying on death row for years makes no sense.
There also should be no life in prison. If you are going to sentence someone to life in prison might as well kill them. What is the point in keeping them alive other than wasting taxpayer dollars.
10 minutes is too short to file the appeals, but I am not happy with death sentences getting delayed by 30 or even 40 years. But since the death penalty is an irreversible method of punishment, the convict must be allowed to file at least two or three appeals. But these appeals must be completed in a maximum time span of 3 years.

While tensions do seem to be very high righ now and it is extremely disrespectful to fire missiles over other countries, I don't think it'll really kick off. Kim Jong Un knows he is signing his own death certificate if he actually launches a nuclear missile that lands anywhere near American territory, he is crazy but I don't think he is that stupid. The US will do nothing militarily.
I am sure that if someone fires a nuclear missile first, it is not going to be North Korea. I want to tell you something. In the history of mankind, only one nation has actually used a nuclear weapon, targeting a heavily populated urban area. And the name of that nation is the United States of America (and yes, American apologists can now come with all sort of excuses to justify this crime). No other country in the world is crazy enough to wipe out millions of innocent people using nukes. Not even North Korea.

There is a chance of a peaceful co-existence if all the barriers within the humanity are destroyed. The religion barrier, the racial wall and the difference in power in each country. If all of these are gone, there will be another chance for humans to evolve. Instead of using the money for arms and weapons, we could use that as research funding for the good of mankind.
There is a chance. We just need to grab it.
These barriers will always be there. Religion will exist as long as humanity exist on this planet. Organized religious groups are getting stronger every day. And the racial barrier is also impossible to exterminate. It is genetic and there is nothing that we can do about it.

Yes global warming is totally real! Summers are becoming more longer and same is the case with winters. Every year now we are breaking the records of how hot would it be! All of it is a consequence of global warming. Glaciers are melting. Even a very huge chunk of glaciers have melted in himalayas
The tropical glaciers are just vanishing. The effects can be seen in many of the mountain ranges, such as Andes, Himalayas and Kilimanjaro in Africa. Now it needs to be seen how the extinction of these glaciers are going to affect the fresh water flows in these regions. Already evidence has come to support the claim that many of the rivers are witnessing a decrease in their volumes.

I think that muslim's are the most affected by terrorism. For every non-muslim ISIS kills it also kill 10 muslims.Same is the situation in afghanistan, pakistan, libya, nigeria etc. There are good as well as bad people in every society, you can't brand a religion as terrorist when it's followers have been the most affected by the menace of terrorism.
But it doesn't hide the fact that ISIS never specifically kills Muslims for their beliefs. That misfortune always fall on the religious minorities, such as the Assyrians, Armenians, and the Yazidis. ISIS kills more Muslims because the areas where they operate are normally 90% to 100% Muslim. But you can't deny the fact that ISIS targets non-Muslims for their religious beliefs.

There won't be wars. Weapons will be less produced. People will fight over petty things. world will not be perect but will be much better than it is now.
Nope. There will be even more wars. Because the best leaders know how to avoid warfare. If you look around, it is the weak leaders who always rely on warfare to shift the focus from their own incompetency. I can give you dozens of examples, around the world. Ethiopia and South Sudan are two countries which come to my mind right now.

hello... we are Indonesian, we live five religion are allowed. We living in the beutiful viss island, there are five religion here, islam, budha, hindhu, cristiani, katholic. and there lot islam, but we are respact each other. so my question, why lot of visitors from western says Islam is blame, bad, and terorist? Because Muslim majority nations treat non-Muslims like subhumans. Even if we talk about Indonesia, there is ethnic cleansing going on right now against the religious minorities in West Papua and the Maluku. Muslim immigrants from the Madura and Java have forcibly invaded the lands of non-Muslim people in these regions, and have committed various acts of violence against them.

I don't know whether the Finnish system is the best in the world, but in general the Western and Nordic European nations have some of the best systems in the globe. The advantage with Finland is that they had a very high literacy rate even during the mid 20th century. The educational system was built up on this strong foundation.

To find out who is entitled to the South China Sea depends on the deal of who is dispute in that area? in order to avoid tension in the southern chinese sea area in priority dialogue it in my opinion
If there is already a decision with the whole issue, why then is China not adhering to the solution already, the UNITED NATIONS should make a decision that settles this once and for all so that it doesn't run into an armed conflict. I don't think that the Chinese are going to respect any decision being made by the United Nations. Anyway, they have the veto power in the UN (and Russia may also support them), so passing any resolution against China will be difficult. The dispute can only be resolved militarily. The United States must build military bases in the South China Sea islands.

First, let's take a look at the results. So far, I can see that the crime rate has been reduced by a significant amount. This means that most of the criminals are either dead, or behind the bars. And therefore it will be unfair to claim that Duterte's campaign against the drugs didn't had any impact at all.

The 2017 GPI indicates Iceland, New Zealand, Portugal, Austria, and Denmark to be the most peaceful countries and Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq, South Sudan, and Yemen to be the least peaceful.
Yeah.... and I could agree with that. NZ and Iceland are remote island nations, and therefore it is quite tough for the illegal immigrants to migrate to these nations. Portugal is not an attractive option for the immigrants, because the welfare system is a bit tough. The remaining two (Austria and Denmark) are having some of the toughest immigration policies in the European Union.

Buy at least 1. Why? People are saying Bitcoin will go up to $1,000,000. If you buy 1 then someday, if this comes true, you will indeed be a millionaire.
Do you really believe that Bitcoin will go to $1 million? If that happens, then it will be having a market capitalization of around $20 trillion. It is very difficult to imagine such a scenario, as the current global wealth is only around $300 trillion. So you are talking about a scenario where 7% of the global wealth will be in the form of Bitcoin (compared to 2% for gold).

it is true that bitcoin prices are bigger than gold, gold is used from ancestor times to date, but bitcoin may not necessarily survive like gold. bitcoin is a digital currency that certainly has a weakness, both in terms of technology that is increasingly advanced at this time, of course there will be a new competitor
Nope. The Bitcoin price is not bigger than gold. Gold is having a market capitalization of somewhere around $7 trillion (considering that around 180,000 tonnes of the yellow metal has been mined till now). On the other hand, the market capitalization of Bitcoin is less than 1/100th of that of gold. The same can be said about the number of users as well.

First of all, if you are holding that many Bitcoins (or any other crypto-currency), then please keep it as a secret. From what I have seen during all these years, the Bitcoin sector tends to attract a disproportionate number of criminals, conmen and fraudsters. So it is better to keep your holdings as a secret rather than falling victim to any of these bad people.

I am keeping most of my coins in cold storage, but when there is a real shortage of money, I am selling some of my coins in LocalBitcoins, for fiat cash. Just a few days back, I was forced to sell BTC0.12, as I had to cover some important utility bills. Don't have too many options with me, as my savings are all gone. Only the BTC stash is remaining.

Jamie Dimon is a fraud. So it's ironic he would say that. He bought the dip after trashing Bitcoin. This is nothing new though, bankers have been doing market manipulation for centuries.
I think that he didn't purchased any coins during the dip, but his daughter did. He has previously mocked his daughter, saying that she is a Bitcoin enthusiast and that she is over-confident about herself. Even if it can be proven that his daughter purchased coins during the crash, it will be very difficult to link the transactions back to him.

China will not ban Bitcoin, they are the last country that would do this. They are playing games with us and manipulating their currency to profit off our stupidity, and sad to say we fall for it every single time.
They are unlikely to ban Bitcoin, but you can expect very tough regulations to appear soon. Because as you said, the Chinese are masters in currency manipulation and they don't like any currency which they can't manipulate easily. Even earlier they have attempted to manipulate the Bitcoin prices, by artificially inflating the transaction fee.

Do you think there is a chance of world peacefull coexistance ?
Not in the near future. As long as religions such as Christianity and Islam exist, there will be fighting and competition for the "souls". And countries such as the United States are continuing to bully the smaller nations (such as Libya and Syria) with their military might. Even China has intensified their bullying efforts against their neighbors.

i read about mulims they not allow to marry more than one except the first wife have problem and she agree marry other
Theoretically if a Muslim man want to marry another woman, then he needs permission from his first wife to do that. But not always it is practical. Considering the extremely weak position of Muslim women, they may not be in a state to say "NO" to their husbands. If they do, then the individual will just divorce them and marry whomever he want.

I think this is too much for any kind of crime..God give us life but we human decide their death..I think this shouldn't done..If the crime is big, ruller can force him/her to live his /her in prison..I think it is the best punishment for them..
Going to prison is like a paid vacation for many of the most barbarous criminals. That is one of the reasons why I prefer the death penalty over prison time. The prison system needs to change. Those who go in to the prisons come out as battle-hardened and hardcore criminals. There is no reformation of the character inside the prisons. In many countries, prison conditions are too luxurious for criminals who commit cruel acts against civilians and can even sometimes release them early for good conduct. Secure the society from such crimes can only be executed. Yes... This is especially true in some of the Western nations such as Austria and Norway. Ever heard of Anders Behring Breivik, the psychopath who murdered a total of 77 kids in Oslo and Utøya? He is currently incarcerated in one such facility and from what I have heard he will walk free in a few years from now. This is an example of the sad state of affairs in the EU.
