18141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is China manipulating the price of Bitcoin and other altcoins? on: September 11, 2017, 02:08:59 AM
Of course China is, biggest god damn market in the world.

What we need is a mini crash, and then we can all load up and get this thing back to the moon.
The Chinese will be kicking themselves in 2-5 years time.

Cryto is the future.

There is no need to blame China. Most of the exchanges are still operating there, and so far the ban has affected just the ICOs. Anyway, why we should care about the ICOs? Even the SEC had issued a statement against them. But it will be difficult to see in the future a scenario where Bitcoin is legalized in China. That country was about to ban Facebook and Twitter. And you expect them to legalize Bitcoin?

Actually, China is to blame. I wouldn't necessarily say that it is a bad thing though, but they are masters at manipulating currencies - it is how they are doing so well right now. They are the world's biggest manufacturer by far and the best currency manipulators by far also. And they are doing it to Bitcoin now... creating false negative news in order to drop the price and buy back in cheap.

You have a point out there. In 2013 also they tried the same trick. But if I remember correctly, it wasn't very successful back then. Two months after the Chinese FUD, the Mt Gox exchange collapsed. And the exchange rates nosedived to record lows. So whoever purchased coins at cheap rates after the Chinese FUD in December 2013, actually lost their investment.
18142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why The Cryptocurrency Market Has Reached A New Record High on: September 11, 2017, 02:05:17 AM
The big difference is that a lot of the institutional investors are jumping in to the scene. Also the demand from China and South Korea have resulted in altcoins such as Ethereum and Ripple zooming to record highs. My guess is that the prices will continue to climb, in the near future. The market cap can hit $1 trillion by 2018 end or 2019.
18143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as salary for a regular job? on: September 11, 2017, 01:59:59 AM
Right now, I am accepting the salary for my regular job in the form of fiat cash (Indian Rupee), and I want to continue with that system. If I accept the salary in the form of Bitcoins, then I will face trouble when I try to make the payment for rent and utility bills. Also, tax returns is another major issue. How can I show the income in BTC?
18144  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: September 11, 2017, 01:56:02 AM
The only thing that is bothering me is that after mid-July, the prices have increased by close to 200%. And yet, there has been no major correction. This can be due to two reasons. First, the demand may be too strong, that any excess coin in the market is quickly mopped up by the buyers. Second, may be that the next correction could be a big one, in which 50% to 80% of the total value may be wiped out. If the second one happens, then may god save the BTC users.

18146  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you agree in death penalty? on: September 11, 2017, 01:41:42 AM
I beleive death penalty is an easy way out for people who does serious crimes.May be they should be locked away with extreme hard labour for the rest of their lives

I agree with this 101%, but the problem is that if we do so then the human rights groups will go ballistic about it. They want luxuries such as Xbox games, pole dancers, and sauna in the prisons. Certain prisons in Norway and Sweden have already put this idea in to practice. The prisons there look more like 5-star hotels. Here is an example:

What about the innocent civilians in North Korea, they didn't ask for an of this, why should millions of people be killed because of what thousands are willing to do. In order to win this thing, they should just assassinate the current President Kim Jong Un am sure there are a lot of Military officers who are not happy about what he is doing.

I also agree with your views. Exterminating the entire population of North Korea is not a very positive step. But then, assassinating Kim Jong Un is also not a very practical idea. Even if they somehow succeeds in assassinating Kim Jong Un, there is no guarantee that someone saner will replace him. In all probability, the next ruler will also be someone from his own family.
18148  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people kill for religion? on: September 11, 2017, 01:32:30 AM
These are brainwashed people, who believe that they will go to heaven if they exterminate someone who is not ready to believe in their god. And this is applicable not only to the Muslims, but to the Christians as well. For example, some of my Christian friends have told me that if I convert to their religion, then I will go to heaven. If not, I will be sent to hell.
18149  Other / Politics & Society / Re: WHAT DO YOU THINK OF PRESIDENT DUTERTE and his WAR on the DRUGS in the PHILIPPIN on: September 11, 2017, 01:30:24 AM
I believe that Duterte is doing a good job in this campaign, the war against drugs have lessen not only drug related crimes in the Philippines but all cases of crimes. Criminals in the Philippines are now thinking twice on doing crimes, they know that doing so would definitely give them a very high chance of dying. The cops are given the right to kill criminals if their life would be put to danger, and thats why crimes in the Philippines were greatly lessen.

He has got a lot of criticism for his heavy handed tactics, but my personal opinion is that he is doing the right thing. The "soft" approach to the drugs may work in the European Union and the other developed nations such as Canada and Australia. But in a country like Philippines, where the people are not ready to obey law, there is no point in wasting the time and effort in such type of activities.
18150  Other / Politics & Society / Re: world war III : north korea VS USA on: September 11, 2017, 01:12:36 AM
the latest info that the USA has renewed their anti-missile, so the missiles that are almost entering its territory then the anti-missile will be active itself and attack the ridal that attack it. but currently the missile is still estimated to be 40% on target.

Air defense system with just 40% accuracy? That means that of the North Koreans are launching some 100 nukes, then at least 60 of them will hit the targets. And this can result in the deaths of many tens of millions of people. Now I know the reason why the Americans are not invading North Korea, despite all these nuclear and missile tests by the fat boy.
18151  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe all muslims are bad? on: September 11, 2017, 01:10:40 AM
Not all muslims are bad and terrorists, and not all christians are son of God and saints. Religion is not a brand that we wear. Being a muslim doesn't make you a terrorist, or being a Christian doesn't make you a good people too. Any religion can commit crimes or sins. Religion is about faith not brand that a person wears.

The difference between Islam and Christianity is the fact that Islamic holy book encourages its followers to kill the non-believers, while the Bible (the Christian holy book) ask its followers to be tolerant towards the non-Christians. I am not saying that the current bunch of Christians are very tolerant (at least in India, they are not). But their intolerance is a result of their personal views, rather than the Christian faith.
18152  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Global Warming Real? on: September 11, 2017, 01:02:25 AM
Global warming is undeniably real. In fact, it is becoming worse each passing time. The heat during summer days is unbearable in tropical countries. The sun is scorching hot and my skin suffers so badly. I am actually worried about our future, if I think Earth is extremely polluted now, what more in the coming years? So I suggest that we all help the nature. Let us not contribute to this dilemma. Be good citizens and sons of God.

It has already reached a stage where nothing can be done to prevent it. And the biggest joke is that despite all this, countries such as India and China continue to burn coal to generate electricity. Thermal power plants and deforestation are the most important reasons for the global temperature rise. We immediately need to close down the thermal power plants.
18153  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Bitcoin is better than Gold? on: September 10, 2017, 03:59:26 AM
So Bitcoin is better than Gold? Roll Eyes
I can say bitcoin is better than gold becuase bitcoin is so much important it will use to pay our debts or paying bills or financial income . and the value is going to increase and i think soon many people got interest to use this becuase of the value so i think bitcoin is better than gold.
Because of the possibility to make a lot of money in bitcoin then it is the key to solve our financial problems and because of bitcoin we will be able to reach the financial freedom at earlier stage of our life while if we will just depend on gold then it will not be easy for us to become rich because the price of gold seems like stable and slow.

But how can you say that the exchange rates of Bitcoin will go up forever? There is also a chance that it can decline to below $1,000. Do you remember what happened during 2014-2016? The exchange rates dived by more than 85%, declining from $1,230 per coin to just above $200 per coin. And trust me, it can happen again in the future.
18154  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Be ready for more rumors and fud from China on: September 10, 2017, 03:55:33 AM
This time, the FUD didn't had much impact. The decline was around 10%, which was much more moderate when compared to the declines of up to 30% when this happened for the first time in 2013. Anyway we'll be better off with less influence from the Chinese. These people want to manipulate the exchange rates, just like they manipulate the CNY.
18155  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Mission Norks! Total warfare in dprk! on: September 10, 2017, 02:41:09 AM
^^^ So you are suggesting the complete extermination of the North Korean people? All 25,000,000 of them? That will constitute a crime against humanity and Trump may be tried at the International Criminal Court. And another thing is that it is not possible to exterminate 25 million people in 72 hours. It takes many months. Even if they use the nukes, at least 20% to 25% of the population is going to survive.
18156  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Virus Petya has not stopped. on: September 10, 2017, 02:30:24 AM
Ukraine said that they stopped the next attack of this virus. She was supposed to start in an hour. The cyber-police seized the servers of the company which is engaged in software for filing reports to the tax office and had about 500 thousand customers. Be careful, maybe not all sources eliminated.

And at the same time, the stupid Americans are sanctioning the Kaspersky Labs, which has identified 90% of such viruses. The trump administration seems to be running scared of Kasper, after it emerged that the company successfully identified and removed many of the spyware programs designed by the FBI. Also, the American anti-virus companies are losing their market share to Kasper.
18157  Other / Politics & Society / Re: When will apple products be made exclusively in america? on: September 10, 2017, 02:27:06 AM
We made it all here in Indonesia

It is possible to do that in Indonesia. But the problem in the United States, apart from the very high minimum wage is the abundance of regulations and the bureaucracy and intervention from the employee unions. On top of that, the taxes are also high in the United States, when compared to China or Indonesia. And it is not going to change in the near future.
18158  Other / Politics & Society / Re: If you believe we should kill all Muslims... on: September 10, 2017, 02:23:21 AM
I believe that the desire to kill them makes us even worse than them. I have nothing against them until they attack me, but especially to kill them only because of religion is stupid.

If they stay in their countries, then I don't have a problem with them, although the minorities in these nations are treated even worse than animals. But the problem starts when they start immigrating to the western nations. They never try to acculturate in to the western culture. On the other hand, they demand special privileges such as the implementation of the Sharia law.
18159  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Rich people golfing as the world burns on: September 10, 2017, 02:12:01 AM
this is very normal for this world. one part is poor and other part is rich.
It is normal for any society. It has always been. Not everyone is able and wants to work a lot to be rich. Working day active businessman may exceed 12 hours a day and never ends. Just one part of the day they are active, and the other part is their mental labor and work with your phone. Why should they help the poor who work 7-8 hours a day with two days off?

Even if they work for only 4 hours a day, I don't see the need to help the poor. They are already paying the taxes (both direct and indirect ones) and giving employment to a lot of the poor people. The so called "poor" on the other hand, never try anything to improve their skill set, and in most of the cases they are dependent on the government handouts.
18160  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The world without leaders? on: September 10, 2017, 02:06:28 AM
It's against the nature of humans to live together without a leader unfortunately. People would be less effective in whatever they do if they are not directed by a leader. So we need leaders but not like the ones we have now. We need honest ones who works for world peace.

The problem is that most of the individuals are not ready to take initiatives and responsibilities. Also they would be ready to blame someone else, if a decision fails. Another thing is that people are ready to take advantage of the loopholes and gaps in the law, or even if the law implementation is lax. In such cases, we need a strong leader to make these people obey law.
