1821  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Turn Gambling into a Profitable Activity on: December 27, 2016, 08:03:20 AM
The risk is really high if you are going to make gambling as a profitable activity and I was thinking about only one thing that you are able to make gambling as profitable thing without any investment involved.
You mean to say only if we are able to gamble without any investment then only we will get chances to be in profitable in gambling activities?

I agree with this point as I am a gambler, always looking for free giveaways and fauctes to make use of them for my gambling. Many times I may not have enough time to make them to grow till payout threshold. But, entertainment is completely guaranteed for free of cost.
1822  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: December 27, 2016, 07:50:34 AM
There is no need for me to get ashamed for being such a gambler. You as well as long as you are not being addicted to it and makes sure that your capital came from you and from somewhat else

No, in this thread, we are not talking about addiction is a shameful way or not. The discussion about the gambling, if we are gambler, do you feel shame on it or not?
No, he means to say like if addicted to gambling then we may feel ashamed for being a gambler. When we are just using gambling for some purpose either for making profits or for entertaining then there will be no need to feel ashamed for being a gambler.

Maybe in his view being addicted alone will be the enough reason to get ashamed for being a gambler. I too do not find any wrong with that.
Or maybe he meant that gambling is a sin and hence one should be ashamed if he is earning money ? Actually gambling is like watching.

movies and playing sports like cricket and others and hence I do not see anything wrong in it personally. But yeah I once told my fiends and they looked towards me like I am a criminal lol when I told them I gamble often.
Those situations is real and people do really have different perceptions regarding on gambling and to the people who plays on it and we cant really blame them since its their belief but for us gambler we are just doing it just to have fun and satisfy our leisure times. Its not really bad to play gambling and its not a shameful thing unless if you are getting addicted on it and spending too much money without control.
Yes being addicted must be an acceptable reason for treating a gambler to be ashamed for his action. Unfortunately many people are having common perception toward all gamblers, that is really indigestible and honestly it is hurting me for being a gambler sometimes.

Even I got addicted to gambling, I am not ready to agree that I need to feel ashamed for being a gambler because I'm not doing illegal things like robbery or anything. I just spend my money for my entertainment.
1823  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does the location affect when we gamble? on: December 27, 2016, 07:43:21 AM
I play poker so the only time that location affects me is when I play at times that there not a large number of players to play against....The different time zones are a factor on "when" I play but not "how" I play.  But, location shouldn't matter other than the time zone factor....I wouldn't think....unless the site's dishonest.
It is a practical problem of player versus player games. You cannot expect a player to compete against you in his off time zone. Geolocations and time zones are relatively bind so for this type of gambling, we need to bother about locations. I have seen better opportunities in European time zones in many P2P gambling games.
1824  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Best Time to Become a Trader on: December 26, 2016, 09:01:06 PM
I don't think there is really a best time to become a trader, anyone and anytime can do so, if you have the capital then shoot.
If you are teenager why not if you have the guts then go. The important in trading is you have to be hands on, you should know the trend, start in small so you could know what and which coin is good at present.
I believe the teen age is not the right time to enter into trading. With respect to age restrictions of my country teenagers are not allowed neither trade nor gambling. We must need to complete 21 years to start trading.

So, basically the best time for us may come only after 21 years and more importantly only after learning the basics of secured trading.
1825  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is unpredictable job. on: December 26, 2016, 08:53:06 PM
That's right. Trading is unpredictable job. You can invest a lot in that, but your profit will be small. And oppositely you can invest not much and it can became your passive income. I have never tried to trade, cause of I afraid of all this internet scammers and high risk.
There are a lot of reputed trading brokers are available, you can trust them to invest for your trading purpose.
Similarly the unpredictable nature of trading could be overcome by learning the trading skills. But you must need lot of time and your efforts to learn them. Without dedication, nothing will be possible.
1826  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The best traders in the world – what they have in common on: December 26, 2016, 08:44:43 PM
the best trader in the world is george soros
he is can control price
if you want succes you can learn history in trader soros, in early trade use low capital money
I respect Soros but according to me, Warren Buffett is the most intelligent person in the world.

He has immense control and knowledge about shares market and if he backs a particular share then usually the price just hikes and hikes, so what I mean to say is that the best investors do not risk their money rather they know and hence invest in that asset. Its like you know a city is gonna develop a lot and hence you buy a property there.
1827  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you do when BTC shoots up? on: December 26, 2016, 08:35:38 PM
today is one of the cases of this happening in real time. right now as i am typing this price is $867 on bitfinex and it has shot up in less than a day. now the question is what is everyone doing in this case?

i am personally looking for a top to sell some coins and wait for a bottom to buy back more. probably on 880ish price. but i have to wait and see.
I guess you should not sell if you really trust bitcoins. Brother this time for some reason I am sensing like bitcoins would cross 1250$ barrier in coming 10 days, I really hope so too. I have around 1.21 bitcoins overall if I collect from all wallets and sites and yet I am saving them only because I am damn sure this time it will reach a very high value.
1828  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I bet you have never lost more than this !!! on: December 26, 2016, 07:59:43 PM
That is certainly a huge bankroll, overall making a nice profit but that person must have balls of steel.  There are huge gamblers all around, myself I would have major issues in throwing that type of money around unless I was super rich which I sadly am not.
Even I were a super rich, certainly I will not risk my big money in gambling like these because honestly I do not want someone making a topic here to challenge other members like no one could lose more than me. It will be humiliating for my gambling carrer, as I do not have any faith to make profits from gambling. Only losses at the end for every gambler.
1829  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be considered a "high risk investment"? on: December 26, 2016, 07:46:55 PM
Gambling always come with a risk to loose , and the risk is getting higher at the current bitcoin price with a daily big increase so it is better to hold till the price of bitcoin steady at all level.
i think it do not need to stop gambling i think if you have fixed a limit for your gambling  as i have fixed a limit comparing the value with bitcoin and then play it with according to my limit.
Even you are playing within your samll limit, I guess in long run your small limits may start hurting you in financial way if you are failing to make use of your money for profit making from gambling. I strongly believe profit making from gambling is not at all possible that is the reason I am absolutely not ready to consider gambling as a high risk investment.
1830  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how much bitcoin price now is affecting your bets? on: December 26, 2016, 07:29:29 PM
There is a lot of people like you out there indeed but I believe most people just adjusting the bet amount rather than keepgambling with same value of bitcoin.
I guess your statement will be applicable only to high rollers. But for me, I always prefer to risk less then 0.001 and I am keep on gambling with that amount regardless of the recent bitcoin's high price levels. I just count my profits in terms of satoshi and not in quivalent dollar values.

1832  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing.io - 20% Rakeback Christmas Bonus - Most trusted Bitcoin Dice site on: December 26, 2016, 01:33:13 PM
The ideal thing would have been to ask people that want to withdraw to withdraw. You dont just go offline for maintenance with my btc still inside and not tell me before u do so. Why cant u guys call a spade a spade. I dont care how good or how bad he is. I just care about my money. You dont keep my money idle for  days like that.
Actually I understand your concern and worries, it is easy for people to say that hey keep calm and it is natural but when it happens with us its a big issue.

I think going offline is not a big issue but they should have informed users first and then done the same, because updates and maintenance is not something that is mandatory and that forces owner to block or freeze user's payments.
1833  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Turn Gambling into a Profitable Activity on: December 26, 2016, 01:27:58 PM
Probably the best way is to play a game like poker where you play against other players instead of the house and read some books about it, play against some of the training programs until you don't make any mistakes and then start playing some cash games with very low limits, keep self discipline and see if you are successful.
The problem with Player vs Player games is that you might play against a skilled player while you might be playing against a robot too. There are software like shredder for chess and for many other games which provide such tools. Hence I often make a distance from pvp games since I have no such bots and might get cheated by someone.
1834  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better? To gamble or to invest? on: December 26, 2016, 01:11:56 PM
I think investing is more risky than gambling because most of investing websites are just scam, but in gambling you have better chances to make your bitcoin grow. How about you guys what do you think?
It depends on what you want to do with your money, if you want fun then gambling is a good choice and if what you want is to earn profits with your money then investment is the only option.
Think this way, if I give you 10 bitcoins and have a written agreement that you cannot scam, would you take those 10 bitcoins and give me some profit regularly ? Honestly NO because when it comes to invest in real you don't find any trusted sites or services plus most sites that you might trust are often scammers.
1835  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me your predictions about Bitcoin on: December 25, 2016, 01:51:53 PM
Personally think that if bitcoin keeps on rising like this and people start using it more we might see governments banning it and replacing it with another currency , because they can't control and bitcoin is not centralized and china owns the large share of it which means if bitcoin takes over china takes over and that does not work for many people, and if bitcoin falls into the wrong hands it could cause a lot of trouble like being used for drug deals and illegal actions .
We all know that china has the largest share of bitcoin hash power so if in the future the bitcoin becomes harder to mine china will be the first in it, but if the bitcoin’s becomes used by many people it will not accepted as an international currency because no one wants china to become a powerful country.
1836  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: December 25, 2016, 01:47:36 PM
Think that we will see 800 over in next few days

I think that the chances for the price to go a good bit lower than current levels are higher than the possibility of reaching $800 in coming days/last part of this year. While people are getting excited and speculate about the price to increase further, don't forget that a decent sized correction is due. I won't be surprised to see the price fall back to $720's and perhaps even dive below $700 for a short time. Smart traders are prepared and waiting for it.
Well, let's see what will happen, if for me I would like to see the price to increase more and since we cannot see the future we just have to speculate hard for our prediction to happen. If the price will rise up to $800 by the end of the year, that would already be a great presence to all of us this holidays and I am pretty sure it will happen as the demand will increase due to the spenders.
In fact the demand is increasing regularly therefore he price of bitcoin is also increasing continuously and hope that this trend will continue for a long time, as it is general analysis of the people that the price of bitcoin will cross 1000 USD at the end of 2016 and will even cross its all time high price in the very beginning months of 2017.
1837  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: December 25, 2016, 01:24:34 PM
Everyone want to make some money with the bitcoin but the fact is that you cannot make it easy I really think that you need a lot of luck to do this.
nope i think for it is not as difficult as people think, and if you're willing to work hard and try to hone your skills again in getting bitcoin. I'm sure it was not as difficult as you think. and I think it's not about luck
I can say it's difficult but it's not impossible, the fact that there's no easy money in this world we have to strive hard to make money. Here in bitcoin, you have to be smart than a hard worker as this is the place of smart people and we are lucky we are in the early stage to take more opportunities.

Yeah it's difficult,  if it's not then manh people would have been rich already . Bitcoin is not everything and many of us has a responsibilities in the real world so managing our time here and there will be difficult already and of course there will be more troubles to come . I think Ops just being optimistic saying its not difficult which is a good thing . Doing that will give you motivation and perseverance in accomplishing your goals .
In general we listen from around the society that becoming rich is not an easy task.
The biography of many rich people tells that they have one thing in common and that is the determination and devotion to the work that have brought them up. Same is the case here with the people believe that they can become rich with the bitcoins.
1838  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: December 25, 2016, 01:13:24 PM
First one day match between New Zealand and Bangladesh. For NZ it will be a very easy match. Bangladesh also Asian country and they also will have a same problem to face fast bowling.

Bangladesh have begun to excel in their home conditions, but have struggled overseas. I don't think New Zealand will have a very easy match. Mustafizur Rahman returns to the Bangladesh team after 9 months and will boost the team. Overall, New Zealand will be favourites but Bangladesh might still spring a surprise.
I have more faith on Bangladesh's quicks, Mustafizur Rahman may fox any batsmen at any condition.
The batting depth of Bangladesh team has been tested many times and they surprised many full members recently. I guess I may bet on Bangladesh on tomorrow match but not sure, only based on toss.
1839  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 50 Dollars a Day! on: December 25, 2016, 01:04:47 PM
Hello,
If you wanted to make 50 Dollars a day what betting strategy would you take?

well 50 dollars a day would be pretty easy for betting on sports. specifically if you bet on the nba as there are a lot of games to choose from, some games even pit teams that are not at par with each other. though you may not win every single day, as there would be some upsets definitely, the chances of winning at least 50 dollars is pretty high
Are you sure that NBA is happening everyday ?
Even if it is happening daily, I guess will not be possible for a gambler to predict the outcome of a match because there will not be any chances that his favorite team will be playing every day. I agree a hard-core fan will be able to predict any team's match still accuracy will not be the same as predicting favorite matches.
1840  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 50 Dollars a Day! on: December 25, 2016, 09:00:52 AM
~snip~
I think can't make 50$ a day.. betting is risk.
but i love gambling.
I use martingale strategy usually
Yes, gambling has big risk, but you could make big profit from that too. That's why there are a lot of people who think they will be rich if they are gamble. If you're an high roller, $50 might be easy for you.
Don't playing with martinshit strategy in gambling.
I am never listening to the people who are talking without proper proof. We can have hope and faith with gambling to make profits toward our richness but practically I am not seeing anyone already have achieved that. There maybe some highroller but definitely they also may not able to consistently make $50 every day.
