Why are you offering so much above market price? It gives the impression you plan on charging back and therefore you don't care about the price. Try with a non-reversible payment method.

This looks somewhat fishy, however as far as I see he's using escrow including OgNasty so everything should be fine.

Other big differences why most people trust banks and not exchanges:
- Banks are controlled and regulated, BTC exchanges are not
- It's difficult and dangerous to save lots of cash at home so it makes more sense to deposit on a bank, it's not as hard to hold BTC
