Teddy,
thanks for reply. I wrote this thread, because I thought it might be useful for others too. I saw many topics like "My profile was hacked" etc.
Yes I understand that mods can't see IPs, only Admins can see. And taking to account so many people and messages here I don't expect admin will check my case. But if some of admins has time - that would be great.

Defintely a keeper. Glad i bought this at 1.20$. Had no much info about team or community, but the idea is great.

There is a lot of info about team on the official site and on many other resources. I.e. Jamie Skella attended many conferences and gave many interviews about Horizon State.

Also here is recent tweet from company's official Twitter:

"Our Co-founder Nimo Naamani will be presenting at GovPay.Asia  alongside teams from Microsoft and Mastercard. They will be presenting to delegates from India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines & Australia."

Thanks for explanation, when the number and amounts of transactions increase - of course it will become more profitable to have a node.

Veteran Entrepreneur David Mondrus Seeks to Discover the Truth and Block Fake News with Browser Plugin

(Link on Steemit: https://steemit.com/news/@flodner/veteran-entrepreneur-david-mondrus-seeks-to-discover-the-truth-and-block-fake-news-with-browser-plugin)

David Mondrus is not an ordinary business owner; he’s a veteran entrepreneur with a deep background focused on technology. While learning about Mondrus, it quickly becomes evident that he is dedicated to the advancement of crypto technology and its unique ability to facilitate the creation of a prosperous future. And for more than a decade, Mondrus has undertaken a majority of these projects either from his home or while traveling, allowing for a unique and ever-evolving work setting that has enabled him to actualize many of his passions. For Mondrus, the ability to remain mobile is crucial and he has taken creative steps to ensure harmony between work and lifestyle.

Mondrus was born in Kiev, and at an early age he became attuned to the fact that propaganda was widespread in his country. He’s said on a number of occasions that as a child, “you had to learn to read between the lines before you learned to read.” Mondrus later moved to New York City and dove into the world of coding at age 13. He went on to earn an MBA from Columbia Business School, and spent six years working with Fortune 500 companies as a senior consultant and engagement manager at IBM.

Over the past several years, Mondrus has been deeply engaged in the world of Cryptocurrency. He’s spent countless hours on the development of internet startups and various Crypto initiatives. He and his wife, Joyce, became the first couple to marry on the Blockchain in 2014. He’s been part of several Bitcoin-related projects including Bitnation, iNation, BTC2MYSQL and MiningSlicer. With most of these projects, Mondrus abandoned the traditional office building model; he chose to make his home the ultimate business hub instead, which has provided him increased flexibility.

Mondrus hasn’t worked in a typical office setting since 2001; he’s spent the last 16 years working from home and remotely with the exception of a few projects. Between 2008 and 2011, Mondrus resided in Asia and was able to conduct day-to-day business while traveling around the world. Mondrus said that it can be complicated at times to convince others that working from home can be done efficiently in this setting. His methodology may appear anomalous to some who are unfamiliar with a work-from-home atmosphere, but in Mondrus’ case, his portfolio speaks for itself.

Mondrus explained that the ability to conduct full-time business activities, while also allowing for the creation and development of additional projects, is one of the biggest advantages of working remotely. And in place of conventional office interaction is the synergy and real-time communication that is accessible through online social networking. Mondrus said that this method of interaction makes the integrity of social media especially important.

In recent months, his focus has been on building Trive, a project establishing crowdsourced assessment of news content and building trust between the media and the public. Trive is a browser plugin that enables people to determine the validity of online content. This plugin can be applied to many forms of content: news articles, research papers, PDFs, and more. Trive’s unique system relies on the pairing of crowdsourcing and Cryptocurrency. Users download the plugin, conduct research to determine the validity of online content, and apply that research to make notations. The notations themselves are also reviewed by peers. This method creates a checks and balances system, providing accountability for the research performed. The results of research and verification are hashed and stashed on the Blockchain, creating a transparent, ironclad record. Trive Tokens, a form of Cryptocurrency, are awarded to those who successfully provide valid research or verification.

Mondrus has focused virtually all of his time on pursuing the successful launch of Trive, and he’s made incredible progress, thanks to the ability to complete much of the work from his home. Working from home has also allowed Mondrus to take this project on the road as he travels the world to deliver talks about Trive. The ability to travel with his work recently became vital, as Hurricane Irma tore through Florida and forced him to evacuate. And as many of his business associates are located in various areas all over the world, communicating with them in real time to complete this project has been more efficient in this atmosphere.

Trive is a provocative yet earnest venture, and it will be refreshing to see individuals in action utilizing a product that Mondrus has taken great care in bringing to fruition. Completing a project of this magnitude is no easy feat, but Trive’s creation has been possible because of Mondrus’ modern approach that relies on mobility and rejects the 9-5 mindset. After listening to him discuss this project and learning about how he was able to do so much of it remotely, it is evident that Mondrus is dedicated to his profession and is continually aiming to adopt nontraditional strategies to reach his goals.
1848  Other / Meta / Somebody is trying to hack my Bitcointalk account - what to do? on: January 04, 2018, 07:35:49 PM
Hi everyone,
for the second day I receive e-mail
"This mail was sent because the 'forgot password' function has been applied to your account. To set a new password click the following link:"
So somebody is probably trying to hack my account.
I suspect the user of this forum, there is one cheap clown scammer, who is angry at me because I detected that he is a scammer.
Is there a way may be some Mod can check his IP and if it's the same as IP from which address my account was tried to be hacked - at least I will know and may be this user will stop his efforts being afraid of ban.. Or may be he can be banned from this activity.
Probably proxy was used but may be not

All these articles gave a definite effect on the cost of the token. How do You think?

I hope so)) In general very good marketing of Horizon State's team is definitely causing very positive effect on token price.
Even the contest alone - it's the best contest I've ever seen)
1850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Gridcoin (GRC) - first coin utilizing BOINC - Official Thread on: January 03, 2018, 07:09:05 PM
yeah that someone was right. Don't expect any meaningful staking with that amount Sad

Yes, I don't expect, I'll just keep wallet open when I'm online, because it helps the network (that's why I kept another wallet with 100 GRC on old laptop almost 24/7)
But from time to time I'll increase my amount of GRC

Quote
Someone can find a reason for the price to increase ? Unless a rich research center decide to pay people for their real contribution I don't see any way to pump the coin...

I think research centers and researches might adopt Gridcoin as payment method, I think if some do - this might help a lot.

Happy New Year!
Any news about the project development?
Also I see some people received tokens, and I didn't receive anything.
Probably I registered as a writer. I checked my ETH address on your site and it says " Address does not exist in our database! "
1855  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Gridcoin (GRC) - first coin utilizing BOINC - Official Thread on: January 03, 2018, 10:49:26 AM
I had for several months 100 GRC on my laptop which I kept open almost 24 hours (the Boinc was also running there, but now it's mining almost on 0 level). So it was staking but I go nothing from staking.

Yesterday I bought 583 GRC and my Mac wallet, but it's not staking now (May be some time needs to pass, as only recently the wallet downloaded all transaction history).

On Steemit somebody suggested to me, that in order to get something from staking the necessary balance starts from 2000 GRC.

Trumpman, I upvoted all those Steemit posts
1856  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptopia Cryptocurrency Platform Services and Development on: January 03, 2018, 10:41:58 AM
Another way to add coins in cryptopia?
5000000 DOT is crazy
5000000 DOT = 6.15000000 BTC = $91173.74999883

Yes, that's a lot. Interesting to ask, do you (Cryptopia) add some coins on your behalf, i.e. if you see big trading volume on other exchanges, or you see the big potential in particular coins/token?

Hello all, anyone set up Masternode for KRB? How many KRB you will receive weekly for the Masternode rewards? Thank you for your information.

Interesting question, but no answer. May be somebody can answer this question?
Also it might be interesting to know the price of setting up Masternode

Good to hear that the platform is already under construction!
Where can we read more about Blossom TV (decentralized video on-demand) and is it possible to register (as content creator) for the beta-version?
As I understand investors will be able to invest into film making, video production with their tokens?
