Lol, I will accept nothing from you, even BTC. Not sure what shit will you send me with. Keylogger perhaps. Smiley

1844  Economy / Services / Re: Get paid weekly for your signature on: November 17, 2013, 10:24:29 PM
if it were me:

Hero Member & 1500+ posts - .05 require 50 posts per week.
Senior Member & 1500+ posts - .04 require 50 posts per week.
Full member - .015 require 20 posts per week.
Jr member - .0075 require 14 posts per week.
$25 for 50 posts?  That's $0.50 for a post, which takes no effort whatsoever.

Seal is generous for even giving us this much, tbh.

but how many users will be able to make 50 posts a week while maintaining post quality?
I don't think he's going to want to go through all the posts looking at the quality.  Cheesy

50 posts takes maybe an hour, tbh... $25 for an hour of work isn't too bad.

(this post took me ~10 seconds)
fair enough. you're probably right

if it were me:

Hero Member & 1500+ posts - .05 .03 require 50 posts per week.
Senior Member & 1500+ posts - .04 .02 require 50 posts per week.
Full member - .015 .01 require 20 posts per week.
Jr member - .0075 .005 require 14 posts per week.

Weekly bonus: .05 btc to the weeks best poster. determined by post content.

this way Hero Members and Senior members get rewarded for time spent on the board, but must uphold a posting requirement in order to get paid. no easy ride for payment.
full members get less money, but require less posts. prevents new accounts from signing up and making big bucks with sockpuppets.
jr members- get the smallest payout, with the smallest posting requirement. Weekly bonus entices newbie members to make better, thoughtful/helpful posts.

as a result of competitiveness for weekly bonus, posters have better content in their posts and thus the signature campaign has increased chance of attracting new customers to BTC.SX
1847  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: OpenEx: Progress Report- 85% complete on: November 17, 2013, 09:06:20 PM

1850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: OpenEx: OpenSource Exchange- Github Updated 11/15 on: November 17, 2013, 06:02:21 AM
I would like to ask for donations or sell a few shares to help fund development/server costs.

what is the best way to go about this?

Not looking for egregious amounts, but some small donations would go a long way.

I'm not sure why everyone freaks out when someone wants to debate ideas that might not seem 100% kosher for bitcoin.

You mean like you have no idea why? here's a hint--"we don't like people fucking with bitcoin. if it aint broke dont fix it."

1858  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Exchange] Latest Cryptsy Additions, News and announcements. NEW DATACENTER on: November 14, 2013, 06:35:35 AM

The jury is not hung in any capacity whatsoever. Can't wait to see the new Cryptsy gui.

how do you figure? there are an awful lot of no name, no plan, utterly senseless coins that have been added with no reasonable explanation, while support has only gotten worse, the mods have become withdrawn, and users have been invited to leave if they do not like it. I'm not one to fud, but i am one who likes both sides of a story to be presented to the viewer. To say that the jury isn't hung on whether or not cryptsy has made critical missteps highlighting a possible inhouse coin dev for profit scam, is simply asinine.

an altruistic point of view would be to say, "whilst i do not personally think that cryptsy is a scam, there have been signs of possibly fraudulent activity that are worthy of investigation as well as an official statement from cryptsy."
1859  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: TEMP: Investigation into scotaloo on: November 14, 2013, 06:02:02 AM
And then, TF goes and scams 4100 btc, making team scotaloo look like sheeps in wolves clothing. the plot has thickened once more.
