Needing to find a developer who can have people who are popular on twitter, google + , FB use those accounts to verify on a page ( our website ) and once they register it sets up a simple page with there verification info verified. Will we not create a DOPE2 version? And try to get it on Bittrex?
We are working on it. It is a slow process although some people have declined to work on it so far we have two people we are waiting to hear back on or are talking to. If anyone knows any dev's interested please let me know thanks! |

Everything will be on the table this time around. There is really no reason why we can't bring back some sort of anon. technology with some sort of neat kicker. We can figure it out. Just busy talking to some potential peeps one helped with a pretty big coin ( can't mention now ) and seems like a fairly good candidate so far in the early going. This process will take some time as we want to get it right and I'm only one person lol .....thanks for hanging in there!

Glad to see you taking charge and trying to get something done here. Any thoughts on the plan to re-invent Dopecoin? For my two satoshis, I'd like to see: 1. Possibly a change in the proof of work. I don't suggest this lightly. For instance, I think the Potcoin guys got it right by not changing the algorithm a few months back because the coin was on track to the next step in its evolution. At this point, Scrypt is long in the tooth and hobby miners are all but phased out by ASICs as hashing power becomes more centralized. Since we're pretty much starting over from scratch here its my personal opinion that it would be better to trade the network security that ASICs provide for the security of being able to include more people into rebuilding this community. 2. Immediate implementation of anonymizing technology. Dopecoin can never fulfill its intended purpose without this. 3. As a sign of good faith to the community, the new dev team should make good on the contests and promotions that were abandoned. Credibility is everything. It's been squandered by not following through on promises over and over again here. Make it right or people will be reluctant to get involved in the future. 4. To become a top 10 market cap contender, a coin must be a trailblazer. Hollowman pointed out that Dope has already missed the boat as far anonymizing technology goes. It won't be bringing anything new to the table. We need it, but it won't be enough. I've suggested before that integrating a peer to peer dark market right into the client would be DOPE. It's revolutionary and the framework has already been laid by these guys. http://www.wired.com/2014/04/darkmarket/ It won't be easy but nothing worth doing ever is. 5. Some regular communication and decent PR that doesn't involve popping in at random and posting links to Tupac videos then falling off a cliff for two months. A clear outline of goals and regular progress updates on what is being done to meet said goals will go a long way towards stabilizing the market and keeping people involved. Can we please appoint a new DEV, i would suggest a swap and make it more interesting for new miners, and i would like to get the original DEV to compensate the community with 10BTC for all electricity lost and for his failure and ignoring of community, i even think of starting a lawsuite against this asshole. I know his name so i will certainly do the necessary investigation what can be done to put this cheater behind bars.
I am sorry, but your a total joke to me! When you started to support dopecoin. you had to now this was a long turn investment, like dope sad many times! But you wanted to change every so you good make money fast, when you started you accepted dopey plan (others you would not have started to support dopecoin) and now he did not what YOU wanted and now you what to make a lawsuite, don't make ma laugh! What i mean, its not like owning shares, where you have something to say and the company has to listen to it and act on it, in this crypto world, you can suggest every thing you what, but its up to the dev to make the decision to do it or to not do it, and if you don't agree you are going to lawsuit them? you are not the dev, so again you can make suggestions but the dev is not by law required to do as YOU suggest! Tusk tusk tusk. 8 satoshi price atm. Seems there is no future for my 23k dopecoins. I was hoping for the price to go up, but meh i needed to sell when it was 500 satoshi... such big lost much cry.
