Hahahaha....
I'm seeing something as hilarious as this for the first time in my life..it's good that they casino management accepted his outfit with him, with the reasons he gave 'em. Some might not, who knows? Some might say that they'll need their customers to see that it's a real person,-- more like a loyal client not just some telly toddles.
I totally accept to this means if they'll be an adoption in the future as that's a huge amount of funds that anyone might pick an interest in robbing? Maybe not.

Pascal's done alot of Wonders as I would sometimes feel uncertain on how to comprehend the whole phenomenon; behind his series, innovations, perceptions etc.... Just mind blowing. Yunno back then, everyone was highly intellectual so anyone who would wanna have fun exclusively, wouldn't expect having it as a piece of cake ( even with the fact that you spend your money on 'em). Just like his early inventions, he developed the roulette games in a very logical way that not just anyone could get away with that and, it happens to be one of the most VALUED games any casino would wanna venture into. Roulette? That has alot of criterias that the guru programmed just with the use of random integers.

Thanks to you and PowerGlove for your support.  I doubt any support, however strong, is going to sway Theymos's decision though--but it can't hurt, right?

No, it will.... that's for sure, -- to an extent though -- It will cus you've seen a couple of peeps passin' through the same  process and yours seems like lighting up a cold, dampy faggot... hoping it poppss but, you just need to keep it together, YEAH!
Buddy, It's just gonna happen one day when everyone wakes up to see you in a new dress code....yeah. So beardedBabys' shown you to a nice option, try 'em. I totally support the name change.
when are we supposed to show up for a naming ceremony??? Hahahahaha

that'll incure an expenses -- to a magnitude that the forum managements would have to squeeze out to get funds, just to get 'em paid -- these will definitely happen after the forum's run bankrupt already.
The forum sits on 750 BTC or so. There is very little chance for Bitcointalk to go bankrupt.

No Malek, I totally disagree with that. AFAIK, there isn't an amount that can't get exhausted, over time. I understand that you'd like the idea for some personal gain, yunno but again, 750btcs could get exhausted if there's not an immediate means to rejuvenate cash for that minimal expenses. I'm not against you or any merit source getting paid ( who knows if I'd become one someday?)? but this is a community that we all would wish -- EARNESTLY -- for her well being; pulling out SATs unnecessarily isn't an actual factor to guarantee the later process,(even if I were a Merit-source, I won't actually support that.......it wouldn't mean that I don't need those few bucks but, ......we need to grow)

I still stand on my already proven point: if Merit-sources are served some SATs as a way to say "thank you", that should be on merit-base; "Most logically -generous giver" , "most concerned" , "most consistent" etc..... Monthly or annually as the case might be. Yes, a worker is entitled to some wages; think of the "whole drama" behind this gorgeous illusions.
Edit: I was just trying to lookup myself in sources' shoes; honestly I'll say no unless I'm asked otherwise.

Seems I'm late to the party, huh.
Why's everyone just trying to be pragmatic ?? ...and I'm seeing a huge division in-between. Personally, I think JG is paving - too far apart from the DTs' Coast..... but, that doesn't make him wrong; just like I'd not accept the fact that I'm wrong in saying that 'JG' is rolling over his coast If anyone would say NAY. He's been given free-hands to rule over his discretions along time ago, ehhhhh ......but you see....JG, you just need to 'tender a lil justice with mercy'. I understand that it's your .... yunno, jurisdiction - per say - but sometimes you might over react and you don't know..... You surprised? No you shouldn't.. anything is possible; maybe, anything could cause an overreaction - weariness from the day's job, transfered aggressions, depression, a totally different perception when it comes to default-trusting OR someone could even decide to tag users to get FAMOUS, sounds weird right? Cheesy what a level of callowness that would be.
JG has proven his actions to be genuine from those ref links but; it seems he played rugby 🏉 on the harmiside, in Massachusetts so he's a kinda tough, heavily built guy yunno.lol.. please don't tag me Tongue . Seriously, this is how I'll conclude: if I were JG, I'll quickly observe that alot of reputables -- just like myself -- are somewhat against my sternness ( reasons are not because they're right or because I'm wrong) but for the fact that it makes everyone else uncomfortable (as I feel), I'd never change my focal preference, but I'll change my tagging habits since 1,2,4,6,8,15 people think I'm overreacting, which won't yield anything better than getting everyone used to the Gaddamnnn tags (as loyce said). It might even get to a point when it ain't looked at, as a warning.
I don't have a trust list yet and I'm not sure I'm in anyone's trust list (the heck gives a f***?)? but I have people I can trust in here. Some peeps just need a few more days to keep it together, some don't think it's necessary.

hi there,

the community can only grow strong if one keeps learning more and spreads knowledge around.
Are there any good resources to learn BTC, preferably some youtube tutorials?
I am not referring to some basic things like how to send /receive money or connect to a node or stuff like that.
I need some more advanced technics like OP_RETURN and so on.

Good wisdom, please?

There's nothing hidden under the sun Net. Grin
We even got YouTube as you've mentioned, so you could watch videos about the 'Technical processes '; I guess that's what you want right? Stiffs like OP_RETURN as you mentioned isn't some easily explained facts done by regular users like alot of peeps in here. You could get a whole lotta ideas 💡 that'll lead you to leamlight if you'd wanna be a technical kinda user, yunno. Just follow up those links and search yourself some couple of vids to start the day with, flaunt the dev&tech board and learn as you do some. Ps: if you haven't had any basis on technically graphed ideas, you'll be wasting your time to read out from the dev&tech boards. Get the basis FIRST.

This isn't my idea 💡

A friend and I were discussing crypto yesterday and he said he always change from one wallet to another every month, he said the highest he have used a crypto wallet is two months, he always transfer all is coins and tokens from a wallet to another new created wallet in a month or two...imagine the stress 😆😆

I told him the risk still persists, you have to keep the phrase safe still but other friends of his are saying its good idea..this is why I decide to hear from the bitcointalk audience, what do you think.

What kinda risk is that?? Isn't he aware that there are times you'd just get cut up with so much on your mind that you forget your passphrases?? Which is which? (That'll happen if you're a type that loves documentations though but, how TF would you keep those random words  tied to your cerebellum? Expecting to remember 'em each time you feel like doing the same shit?)? So he might still get the whole thing mixed up.
Changing wallets every month won't help get rid of hackers, will it? Neither is it gonna stop his friends from hijacking those funds (if they felt like). The point is: keeping things safe and confidential is not just everyones' thing yunno....some peeps are really bad at that but I'm afraid, that'll be the only way out... Else he's just finally gonna loose-up -- to the point that he'll mix things up so, you should do well to advise 'em on that.

A "who is Satoshi"?
Look, the beauty of cryptography is decentralization. Satoshi himself, themselves, herself, itself didn't wanna be known; this reasons are partly know to deep Bitcoin researchers. .....and I said 'PARTLY'. AFAIK, there are some personal reasons to which he choosed setting up the system like what we have now; for sure, it's primarily -- the most important aspect in ensuring utmost security and surveillance -- Pseudonymity.
So I'll say a NO to that appraisal. I would really love that in place but, we'll have other peeps coming down here just to acquire a knowledge behind the whole, BIG MYSTERY -- pseudonymity. That ofcourse would need Satoshi himself to be present which, is somewhat impossible.

1850  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The Unnecessary Pressure For Merits on: November 01, 2022, 11:59:27 PM
The forum, is just like every other online forum or group, and all one is needed to do is just to discuss and share ideas, ask necessary question, answer questions, help solve a problem and in general be ready to unlearn, learn and relearn.

Always try to give solutions to problems, when people present a topic seeking for solution, as this also fascinates meriting a post.

Look, you're right but, I dunno how your subtitle relates with the content? Where the title creates an atmosphere in sensitive minds, to assimilate something Iike "what makes the pressure or how you'd advise peeps to surpass the pressure"? But the content says a different thing with an iota of resemblance or say -- uncordial relationship -- with the subject matter. Correct on that next time .
Yes, everyone needs understand that nothing makes Bitcointalk really different from other media sites -- or maybe for some fringe benefits, attached to committed peeps in here ? The most important part is the 'learning and unlearning' process, as you said.... You'd only get to to realise, with time , that there's still alot more to learn ( and you felt way back that you're filled already, funny isn't it? ) So I'll advise anyone -- not Just newbies (cus it seems we're having alot of peeps Poppin up from higher ranks, whom I supposed they know alot in here , Poppin with questions so unimaginable that sometimes you'd have to check through the OP to see how they got merits for their ranks) -- to listen and learn from this.

this post that senior member of the platform mentioned was actually one of them
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5411499.msg61111015#msg61111015
I have already offered my view on this situation in my post above. It's interesting how you are avoiding to answer questions people asked you, and other forum users are the ones that are finding examples of bad merit habits when this is your thread and you are supposed to do that.

So far, nothing has been shared from your end. But according to you, you have observed many cases where legendaries abuse the system, and there are plenty of high-quality posts by newbies that aren't getting merited. But there isn't a single example that you have linked to.

Aleast, if he wasn't planning to mention anyone or give some illustrations, he'd make his points solid -- at least that's how I see it. We have made a whole voluminous post just to keep with -- either the exaggerations on how legends get well-fed with underserved merits OR the belittling of other low-ranking members, of their incompetency on the forum's operational etiquettes and we're all fed up with this tiny, flimsy excuses.
OP, This is a thread already; sorta looks like yours?..that's just to show you that people had conceived the idea and felt the pressure of imbalance, thereby making LOST (in their eyes) the essence of meritocracy. I believe you've got same problem dude. I ROSE THE TOPIC MYSELF but, I realized that this whole merit stuff ain't perfect, NOTHING IS....

Uhmmm.... NO!
point 1I'm not against merit sourceship , neither I'm I against meritocracy itself but, that'll incure an expenses -- to a magnitude that the forum managements would have to squeeze out to get funds, just to get 'em paid -- these will definitely happen after the forum's run bankrupt already. It'll make the admins loose-up to some risk -- risk that'll involve cash at the end, that was evaded, prolly in past due to some unforseen mishaps or sometimes, decipherable disruption, Sorta like real bugs, controlled by human just to make with the site (something I guess, had happened earlier on), IT MIGHT TEMPT 'em admins -- since they'll need to pay up a hundred merit sources -- to adhere on some nefarious deals(might be unknown to em, as it usually is, until whenever) that'll finally get us all FUCKED.

point 2: you just wanna make the sourceship a nice piece of cake; so you'd have alot of peeps scrambling and vying, day and night, bringing up testimonies and making references to what they did, just to keep getting many peeps on the affirmative. It's not even a paid position but, alot of peeps are flunting the meta board to get recognized, how much more when it is?? Huh?? We Gon find this board unreadable. I dunno why you don't reason out the intricacies of taking certain actions before planning 'em.

It'll be nice if they're awarded, annually? That'll make much requal-sense.

Look, you just need to understand where, when, how and what to post cus you've got alot of peeps out here, reading through the whole gaddamn tautology. I learnt there's a mega thread already; why create another one? don't you make use of the "search topics " just so you'd evade this kinda trauma ?! I have read two posts today. 1854  Other / Meta / Re: post deletion issue on: November 01, 2022, 10:40:46 PM
Post frequently gets deleted as anything posted below the forum's criterion is accounted as ''sub standard " therefore, if the mods gets specific scrutiny on a certain section, then realizing a loophole that'll mean -- derailing people's focus, plans, mindset, ideology -- then they'll have to get rid of that. To the best of my knowledge -- the mods where selected to raise a standard above spam post; since I haven't really seen Peeps complaining about this issue -- whatever decision they take is unquestionable,...like, I mean the mods themselves.
I don't really know the content of your deleted post but you just need to watch out so you could avoid 'em pegans next time, probably.

For Liverpool, winning the title seems like a difficult one but they would be hoping to make it into top 4 at least by the end. 12 points is a huge gap but they  can easily get to top 2 or top 3 if they change around things from here on out.

My point of cynosure is on Liverpool. They have been through a bad loose this days and it isn't getting funny any more... I wouldn't believe to see 'em go below the third position for too long, - even to a point that it seems there's no hope for having their way outta that abyss, it's appalling!!
The whole team reformation is now looking like a total waste of time. They layed their hands on a couple of good players; the likes of Arthur Melo, an exceptional midfielder who has had a concrete experience to drive the club; though he's on loan, he's gonna make a great impact before he leaves. They also had "Darwin Nunez" from Benfica....all this players should have great impact but, I don't know what's really happening, seriously. Maybe they'll need some season to recover themselve.

1856  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you win big in casino, would it be publicized? on: October 28, 2022, 06:28:30 PM
No....
You're getting it all wrong; no one gets publicized in their real personalities ( their real, personal informations), has that ever happened?? No way! Every wager ticket --whether software or printed on paper, has an ID on it. You're known and recognized, both by the systemal documentary and the casino house or site by those random numbers on the wager tickets; these is what they make public on a big win, NOT your personal informations.
Who the hell would do that to a user ?? On a site that pseudonymity is supposed to me maintained? They won't dare that buddy... You just misunderstood the whole process...

@Furious 7, It seems to me that Messi is not interested in having such a small competition. His competitive nature makes him a very effective player. It does not matter how old he is, he is still a competitive person, even if he is already almost 34 years old.

You know, he barely has any competitions at PSG. In addition, things have gotten very toxic at PSG, especially since Mbappe has been given so much power by the club. I don't think he liked that at all. The fact that he doesn't want to stay at PSG makes perfect sense if that is the case.

In spite of this, as you said, money has the power to change everything. In addition, I would like to point out that Neymar is one of his most reliable close friends. Probably he might tell Messi to stay at PSG as well. I think at this age PSG is appropriate for Messi.
btw only information Messi is now 35 years old.
In terms of competitiveness, what you say is true, but from a financial point of view, it is clear that PSG is one of the most abundant clubs, so at least this can make him quite happy when it comes to money.
As for the current interest, which big club will take him with pleasure. At least there needs to be some salary reductions if he still wants to change clubs.

right now he is still quite comfortable and looks still mute about what will happen to him in the future.

Messi is aged and everyone knows that; btw, if it were the time he was still dominant in FCB,and had stronger bones, yunno he'd make a psychedelic performance as he always do. I don't think they're Really gonna reduce his stipends as he has built a legacy already; he plays in the shadows of his former self and he's paid for that. His performances now ain't really bad though .
Now when you talk about his FUTURE, which are you referring to? Does Leo have a longer time to play? -- long enough as you think to prolly make a future outta it? Hehe... The man is simply waiting for retirement dude and that'll be his last club AFAIK.

I won't say that I'ma gambler though but, if I were to decide to have my way in gaming, I'd prefer that casinos require KYCs at the first stage of registration INSTEAD of allowing a user to own an account, deposit funds then begin to wager ......then asking finally for it at the time of withdrawal, that -- to me, looks like they're somehow tryna introduce Incessant protocols for the fact that the user has won a bet in their sites. The "Know -your- customer" policy is very imperative this days --most especially in a crypto casino site -- because without it, anyone could simply log on your account and withdraw your funds into a different wallet....that, ofcourse happens accidentally yunno.

That's just the simple rule in gambling and everyone seems to know that....the more you wager, the more you win, hehe ...but, that's applicable the other way round; the more you wager, the more you'll tend to lose...that's if you had the wrong bet.
It's a different language from : " the more you wager, the more your chances of winning" except you'd place 'em funds on different bets, that ideology is just an assumption, TAKE NOTE. In your case, I'd say that you're just being very lucky as is ain't really easy to predicts games to a win; but, don't expect that everytime you try....that's why I said you're lucky.

1860  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: October 28, 2022, 05:38:53 PM
Atletico Madrid have one of the most impressive forms recently in the La Liga. Maybe they couldn't reflect this performance on their Champions League games but they are at least good in this league. And now they have another chance to maintain their unbeaten series. Their opponent this week is Cadiz. It is clearly seen that Cadiz are having a terrible season. They won only one time so far and it was a long time ago. They are one of the biggest candidates to relegate from the league in short.

As a result, I just expect Atletico Madrid to have a comfortable win over Cadiz. They are out of the Champions League now so it is time to increase their focus on the La Liga.
Atlético Maadrid is the third strongest team after Real Madrid and Barcelona, yes, a scene like this we usually see in previous seasons which puts these 3 teams into the 3 teams that most often compete for the title. Cadiz is a team that is always at the bottom of the table and that makes them labeled as a weak team in La Liga. Who would have thought that Cadiz could win in this match despite being the host? Atletico Madrid have everything they need to win at the Nuevo Mirandilla Stadium.

Atlético Madrid isn't that formidable -- at least, that how I rate them. I have rarely seen instances that they've scored a couple of goals -- at least 4 or 5 in one match; It happens yunno but, you and I know that it's a very rare occurrence after all. I keep wondering how they cope in maintaining their positions in the laliga table......makes me believe the fact that the English premier league is something hard for a Liga player to fit in though, as that's very competitive.
