1841  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your NBA Champion this season? on: April 12, 2022, 11:34:38 PM
However it's hard to bet against the defending champs as always. Bucks will have a good chance of coming out of the ECF but I don't think that they will repeat.

It's not that it is hard to bet against the defending champ but in the first place, Milwaukee Bucks being in the Finals again is not even guaranteed as there are lots of competitive teams in the Eastern Conference. The same goes for Western Conference and even Phoenix Suns end up with a good record, I don't see their chances are likely high to be the Western Conference champion again due to the current competition.

The Odds will never be a key factor for choosing who will the Championship this season. That's how difficult to bet on that category and what we need is to based on our own analysis and views, not on what anyone else like OP wants to achieve on this thread.
1842  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Token Based Casino In Market Aggregator on: April 12, 2022, 11:18:15 PM
is there a possibility of a breakthrough like Fun Token or other casino based token breaking into the top 100 will start a new trend in the casino industry,

The possibility is always there. The hype and the build-up trend will depend on how their users will react. Same as how the usual altcoins behave, self-established gambling tokens should also come with a hype. Since these gambling tokens do have use-case, what remains is, how that gambling site will put effort to market their respective coins.

The system is not new after all. The challenge is how to build up that token's name in the market. It took a while for the FUN token to be popular even though Freebitco is already popular. A hype is really needed aside from the token developers being popular.
1843  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: April 11, 2022, 11:47:31 PM
This is not good, I was expecting that Dallas has a chance to win the NBA Finals but without Luka, I don't think they'll pass the first round of the playoffs.

Luka Doncic injury update: Mavericks star suffers calf strain in final game of regular season vs. Spurs

No update yet regarding on how serious the injury is and on how long he'll be out.
I hope it's not too serious so we will see a great playoffs.

Yes, the Dallas Mavericks community is waiting for the MRI results.

This is the first time again that the Mavericks will have its home advantage in the playoffs and the last one they did during their championship run last 2011.

He is reportedly spotted walking around the hospital with a walking boot. He will be back in the playoffs but I think not until Game 2 o 3. The injury should not be serious but needs a good time to heal. So unfortunate.
1844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: April 11, 2022, 11:29:55 PM
But we have to wait for that long and let's all just finish their matches before going that far. We don't know if the match or next fight will be announced by that quarter you've mentioned but yeah, everything is possible.

We need to wait first for the results of:

John Riel Casimero vs. Paul Butler
Naoya Inoue vs. Nonito Donaire

Once we the see results of this match, the winners will likely face each other in the last quarter of the year.

But in the case of a Donaire win against Inoue, a trilogy should be expected to happen.
1845  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - 🦉 DRAKE x STAKE 🥩 - Watford FC & UFC Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: April 09, 2022, 11:08:57 AM
I am curious.... You see a lot of players in the chat saying things like this... "I turned $5 into $200" or "I took $2 and turned it in $500 and lost it all.." ...am I the only one turning $1000 into $0 ..... or is there more people like me playing on Stake?

It only downed to people;

a) telling the truth
b) not telling the truth

But in any case, that profit is possible because of multipliers or it takes time for that $5 capital to turn into $200 before they have posted it. We don't know the story behind it. It's luck purely as a factor.

Is this bullshit?..... or are there strategies where people can actually work at it to turn $5 into say $200.... without hitting a large Jackpot? I tried Keno / Dice / Crash / Mines etc.... etc... and everything turns into $0.  Roll Eyes

No need for the jackpot. It's possible.

Patience is what they need alongside luck especially if these were played in luck-based games.

DM me if you have a solid strategy to take small amounts into something playable..... to waste on Slots again... because my deposits are running low now... and I just enjoy playing.  Sad

No solid strategy unfortunately since then to apply at playing slots instead of managing properly the bankroll. What we need to do in playing slots is to hope that luck will come to us, nothing else.

Try to find slots with higher RTPs although it can't still be an assurance that your winning rate will increase.
1846  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: GGG vs Murata - Reschedule on: April 09, 2022, 10:56:14 AM
I just did lol.

Maybe GGG has still some tricks in the bag but I think my bet has the potential of winning. The fight will be held in Japan and we knew that Japanese are a proud people so Murata will be pumped up for this fight knowing that he has the crowd behind him.

Even Team Canelo is prepared for the GGG scenario as they are looking for the winner of Beterbiev-Smith winner to be the opponent of Canelo in case GGG would lose.

What nice guts you have there although even in front of the big Japanese crowd, I don't see Murata will be pumped up.

I'm much interested in your last statement and I just become aware of it because you tell us here that in case GGG loses, there's already a considered boxer to face Canelo in September if he wins against Bivol in May.

It's just an hour of waiting guys and the clash between GGG vs Murata will now commence.

The Japanese fans are truly excited about this as they will host one of the biggest boxing events in history.
1847  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: April 09, 2022, 10:26:46 AM
^ Yeah, Inoue love to go toe to toe as well, that's why their style make this fight very interesting. Donaire will used his counter punching skills specially his left hook and we will see if Inoue can hold his chin against that or he will buckle down a bit if he felt the power of Donaire. On the other hard, if Inoue will land his straight right or even his jab which has power as well, we will see Donaire's respond.

In all of Inoue's fights, we have never seen him play safe just to gather points. I also doubt he will do that against Donaire. As I said, Inoue's way of boxing is a close fight. That was his expertise regardless of his opponent who also had the same way of boxing. Since Inoue already knows the capability of Inoue referring to their first match, he surely knows what to do in the event they will again on a close fight.

What will be left and remain standing is the one who is able to overcome all those heavy and strong punches. Both boxers are now surely respectively doing how to strengthen their soft areas or those spots where they can't able to handle strong punches or if anything else, just continuing to harden any of their spots.
1848  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: April 09, 2022, 10:08:33 AM
I see this game the other way. We know that PBA is also a big business in terms of gambling. There are many available odds where gamblers can bet during the live events,

I disagree with your suspicion mate since it's already common not just in PBA to have live betting options that something like, for let's say Ginebra -10 or Meralco +12 during the time the Bolts were behind a big lead. There's no business involved there as it's usual to see a distribution of odds like that during a dominance of one team over another.

At some point in my gambling experience, I always live bet not just in PBA but for other small leagues on international as well that's why it's just common to see big handicaps for the dominating team once they are in the big lead. In my observation, once the lead maintained at least 15+ points, the handicap is around -12 for the dominant team, especially during the last minutes of the regulation. Or can you share other scenarios that you think are suspicious on a live bet aside from what I have stated? Maybe what I shared isn't the one you are referring to.
1849  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr vs. Yordenis Ugas 3-Belt Welterweight Unification Match on: April 09, 2022, 09:53:12 AM
Well I hope that Crawford's camp will just agree that they will be having just 40% cut from the purse just to make the fight happen in reality, but I still doubt that they will just agree about it easily even if there's still some other ways that they can earn. You know, 10% is already a big money.

I agree, that discussion will come soon if indeed Spence happens to be the winner in this fight. For now, let's talk about Ugas and Spence as this is also an anticipated and interesting fight to see.

There's no other way. Crawford just needs to accept that 40%. He is the one hungry to fight Spence and the latter didn't even bother if the fight against him will happen or not. Spence will just go on his plan of moving up if Crawford won't agree with the purse split.

Spence is the big reason why the fight will generate more money and not Crawford. After he finished Spence, then demand more on his future fights, easy as that. For now, to make that fight happen, Crawford should just accept that Spence is really the King of Entertainment compared to him.

But this discussion can only happen if Spence will pass Ugas. What if Ugas won? It will now be Ugas vs Crawford and the purse split is 100% 50/50. Smiley
1850  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: April 09, 2022, 09:42:14 AM
Yes so far there's no update regarding the pending case of Casimero but if ever there's another cancellation of the fight and this time will be coming from Casimero team again then I don't think so the WBO management will still give another chance for Casimero because to be honest this is already a second chance for him to defend his title. This time, if this scenario happens then stripping off easily the belt of Casimero is going to happen without second thought I guess.

That's the worst-case scenario. WBA might now strip the title on Casimero, as it's not once but twice he will be the reason for the possible cancellation of the fight. The first was when he fails to show up during their weigh-in with Paul Butler last December and probably this one.

But let's not think about that as a reason to lose his title. If ever Casimero will be stripped of the title, it will be because of him losing the fight and not anything else. Paul Butler on the other hand likely doesn't want an easy road to become the WBA Bantamweight Champion. He likes to work on it thru his own efforts, I believed in that.
1851  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UFC fighters will get their bonus pay by Bitcoin on: April 09, 2022, 09:12:16 AM
This is a good development and we expect good fights from now on

With or without bitcoin being used as a bonus, you should always expect that there's a good UFC fight.

How come just because Bitcoin is being used as bonus pay, we can expect good fights from now on? UFC always has a good fight as these fighters don't really mind about that bitcoin bonus as what they are after are those big paychecks in fiat, reputation, and hold titles.

This action by crypto.com is really a different way but for these UFC fighters, it's just another day on their office. Smiley
1852  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Merge all the stable coin into one. on: April 09, 2022, 08:57:48 AM
Is it possible to merge all these coins into one universal crypto stablecoin so that users do not need to switch between these stable coins again and again?

I don't like the idea. We need lots of stable coins as that will push on a much tight competition. They might have the same purpose but the actual implementation and future developments are varied with each other. The goal is, how to solve all issues and a single stable coin can't solve it.

We need these several options as being limited to only a few options or a single one might just lead to more problems.

We can compare these to other blockchains network problems like the reason why altcoins are made.
1853  Economy / Gambling / Re: how to choose best Gambling website for Gambling ? on: April 09, 2022, 08:38:51 AM
This true that this kind of topic always result on a subjective opinion but what if we can use the total number of active players on the Casino to determine the best among the top tier Casino. No one use this as basis since most of the time the criteria that you mention is always we are looking but what if base the result on total user since this active user will not gonna stay active if the Casino is some kind of shit.

There seems to be confusion on OP's part as what it seeks to find out is the general meaning of some gambling terms like RTP, house edge, etc. That ended up looking at how to find a good gambling site. Regarding those gambling terms, OP can use the power of Google Search or whatever preferred search engine to look at the meaning of those gambling terms. As long as OP keeps on doing gambling in the long run, familiarizing any other gambling terms should be learned automatically.

On the part about how to choose the best gambling site, as you said it was subjective, OP needs to compile every piece of information here and decide on its own. OP can also consider asking a specific gambling site that users prefer here and then do some own study on what sites will be chosen.

1855  Economy / Speculation / Re: A Little Surprised! on: April 09, 2022, 03:48:28 AM
These and many more good news, and yet the price is falling to $42,000?

It does mean that not all good news can be considered a factor for the price to rise up.

People seem not to react right away to any news, regardless of those is good or not to their own preference. But let's look at the good side wherein how much the price has already gone up since sitting at below $40,000 for a long period and in fact, there are speculations that it will take long before breaching again the $40,000 mark.

Let's just allow the price to rise on its own not relying purely on any market-related good news recently. Who knows that the little surprise you are referring to will turn into a big surprise.
1856  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: April 08, 2022, 11:51:39 PM
I was happy that Ginebra won but not impressed with how they gave up that big lead. They began again comfortable when they are in a big lead and seems not under pressure to win. Meralco slowly regained its momentum and successfully managed to cut the lead in the long run. It just showed us that Meralco won't easily give up even if the game is on Ginebra's momentum.

If that happened again, Ginebra might be in trouble. Meralco seems to be more inspired to take the championship at this conference. They are all a threat and their plays become more improved, far better when they upset the no.1 seed Magnolia during the semis.
1857  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: April 08, 2022, 11:41:40 PM
Inoue was smart, he knows that he if will go bell to bell against Donaire, he might get caught by a solid counter that he cannot take anymore. Instead, he use his quickness, score and let Donaire throw more punches to make him tired, and then he use his body punch technique which wear down Donaire.

I doubt he will do what you have mentioned. Inoue is not like that. If his opponent likes a face-to-face bout, he will gladly accept it. He will not be known to be a Monster if he is just waiting for his opponent to get tired and score some points. That's a disgrace to his status as a boxer and almost all Japanese boxers aren't like that. He is a champion and he defeats Donaire in a close fight.

I'm sure that scene in their first fight, where Inoue and Donaire are clashing with each other without playing defense, is what we will see again. Battle of pride thru who's the last man standing and not they will wait first for their opponent to be tired.
1858  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto becoming centralized? on: April 08, 2022, 11:29:20 PM
We have to look on the bright side. Keeping in touch in the centralization won't really hurt at all. During a time when crypto is about pure anonymity and even crypto-related companies are private, where do people go for help in an event of a scam? The authorities have even no clues where to start if they are investigating these scams. If only people are wise and scams are not that big an issue before, the government won't be bothered to put centralization on crypto.

Before, crypto exchanges don't have KYC but to protect their users, they are now obliged to make it a mandatory requirement which turned out good overall.

I'm against a pure centralization but to fully enjoy the advantages of crypto, no choice but to hug the centralized part. What choice do we have in the first place?
1859  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: April 08, 2022, 11:17:34 PM
Especially as Maslate just mentioned, he broke a pretty nice record of 2k points, 1k rebounds and 500 assists. That literally has not been done before, so it would be a very difficult ask for anyone to vote Embiid over him.

Whatever records have been achieved, choosing this year's Season MVP will still depend on certain categories especially the percentage of votes on each factor. The impact that these players did on their team also does not plays a role that's why sometimes it's unfair.

The most deciding factor really depends on the overall stats that a player made throughout the season.

Few games remaining to add some to these nominees' stats. If Jokic will put up big numbers on their remaining games, he will maintain his 1st rank on the Weekly MVP race ladder.
1860  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Drake became partners of the Stake Casino on: April 08, 2022, 11:02:05 PM
Stake ignore the other question but it seems they are guilty and they don't want to get hated more for not telling it early.

What are those things that Stake will be hated for on not telling it early about the partnership? I don't see any hate towards it and what's the catch about it if they didn't tell early about the partnership during the time Drake flex his large bet.

But if ever there's a people who will hate or be mad at what Stake did, I don't understand the reason why they will become like that as I treat that issue as small and not that big deal to be concerned of.

I'm sure the way the partnership is formed, that's not the first time we see that kind of arrangement in terms of marketing.
