I requested withdrawal yesterday night and clicked the link from email too. But it's still showed unverified.

I don't understand hwo to verify if it's from my side lol.

And if it's from Coinsecure side then already more then 24 hours and still not paid.

Checking on this.
The withdrawal process is to place a withdraw request on the site, click the verification link in the e-mail and thats it.
The withdraw should happen in under 2 mins, unless the hot wallet is empty, in which case also, should be a lot lesser than 24 hours.

Checking with escrow. Should be sorted asap.

I withdrawal INR not BTC. so Hot wallet issue I don't think problem.

I tried very hard, reported ton of accurate reports but last some time got discourage so stop reporting so much.
Still confuse what is the exact procedure for become a mod.

Why would you be discouraged? The way to become one has already been addressed here several times but there are no guarantees and if you stop reporting then that's not a good sign as there are many users who will continue to do so and it is likely they will be the ones chosen when/if we need more mods.

I already reported more then 1200 reports and have good accuracy of 94% too. But last 1 month not reported much. Just some otherwise mostly reported report on market section was mine. Will try to encourage myself and starting report again.

You shouldn't be reporting posts just because you want to become a mod, you're helping maintain the forum with what you're doing already. The truth is, as long as the reports you make are being dealt with in a timely manner, there isn't much of a reason to expect anything to change. Reports are fairly straightforward to handle and it seems like all the non-local sections are pretty well maintained at the moment.

Also, speaking from experience, those who actively try to become mods don't usually make very good ones. Surprisingly, those who don't consider it until they're offered the position make the best ones.

In beginning I was also doing for helping forum. but later when Theymos posted stats about report I got encourage and was thinking to become mod.
So I was doing extra for reporting. But now I am normal again don't care if I will become mod or not. If I see wrong thread I report.
