18401  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is it illegal for me to sell my Bitcoins? on: March 29, 2015, 02:17:06 PM
People have been arrested for selling Bitcoin?
What country is it and could you put a link to where you read it?

there was a recent arrest about a guy known here in the forum, he traded bitcoin face to face, and they have seen him... apparently

also this

18402  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: is cointellect mining illegal in India on: March 29, 2015, 02:14:29 PM
it's not thta mining is illegal or earning bitcoin and converting them , the problem here is that cointellect was(and it is now even more) a ponzi scheme, and this is illegal

they also don't pay anymore any contracts, so now they are scammers 100%, at least before they were paying...
18403  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Best" cheaper smart phone for spending BTC? on: March 29, 2015, 02:11:02 PM
Phones have lower security than computer devices I would say keep all in cold storage.

that's not the point, he need it to spend them when it is not at home

i would suggest the cheaper galaxy phone out there, i've spotted the galaxy gran neo plus, should be good enough or s3 yes
18404  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When did you first hear about Bitcoin? on: March 29, 2015, 02:05:53 PM
2010-2011, but i didn't know what really is, i thought it was some scam site

then in 2013 i went serious with it, and i discovered bitcointalk too
18405  Economy / Economics / Re: Supply vs price : BITCOIN on: March 29, 2015, 12:04:13 PM
there is a thread that is talking about , if we do spend bitcoin so fast that they won't be available in a short time, it would be like destroying them, thus the price will rise

but i'm not really sure that this is the only thing that bitcoin need to increase its value, remember that its value is given by us...no interest in bitcoin no rising in price
18406  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [BIT-X] Signature Campaign - Discussion on: March 29, 2015, 11:57:30 AM
yep, the withdrawal fee is kinda annoying, I don't why they need to deduct a % from the amount..

the problem is is still too high, it was 200k before, now 125k or something, why it can't be like any exchange(30k-50k max)?

Cryptsy takes 0.001BTC from all withdrawals.

that's why i don't use it  Cheesy

though this should not be an excuse to have those high fees
18407  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] BIT-X.com | Bitcoin Debit Card | Spend Your Bitcoins Anywhere! on: March 29, 2015, 11:53:52 AM
restriction to usa for shipping? that's strange...anyway commission are bit too high imho, I hoped it was less expensive...
18408  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in Games on: March 29, 2015, 10:19:10 AM
there is goldentown, a browser game like farmville where you can earn money and withdrawal in bitcoin

for real game there is counterstrike where you can earn hyper and convert them to bitcoin, if that count for you

anyway i'm searching game with bitcoin too, i think gaming&bitcoin are great together

also you mentioned far cry 4, can you tell me more about how you earn BTC there? i'm really interested
18409  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: used s3 if new on: March 29, 2015, 10:16:53 AM
buy the less expensive one, there is nothing more to now about mining equipment

used miner are good they cost less, they should achieve roi faster, but checks your electricity first
18410  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reasons Bitcoin does not replace Fiat (today March 2015) on: March 29, 2015, 10:14:17 AM
fiat isn't better either, so why i shouldn't choose bitcoin right now, if fiat is worse?

-bank are not trustable at all, they can lose your money and come up with different excuse everytime
-same risk to lose your debit card as your phone here, so on par
-i could agree on this, but still faster then sepa, not faster then paying with credit card but whatever..., unless we don't count any confirmations
-that's because we are still in beta, i'm sure more tech will come up to improve scalability
-fiat is even worse here on anon, at leats bitcoin can be semi-anon, if you like how to use it

bitcoin isn't completed yet, people always tend to forget this particular...
18411  Economy / Economics / Re: What if US Dollar Crashes? on: March 29, 2015, 10:07:15 AM
bitcoin will tied with euro if the dollar crash, otherwise bitcoin will crash too

then the USA will probably buy every bitcoin, and control the market again, nothing will change
18412  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did Satoshi managed to stay anonymous? on: March 29, 2015, 09:28:48 AM
remember that "satoshi" is probably a group of people, so it's even harder to know who they are, and more easy to stay anon

If I was part of a group....it would be hard for me to stay anon with that much coin THEY HAVE NOT MOVED .. this lends me to
think that it is NOT a group of people....(think about all the supposed folk you know...could any group from 3-12 folk you know
keep a secret ..with this kind of $$$ and bragging rights involved?)

so me I think it is one guy.....and knowing humans the poor schmuck probably lost his keys to those addresses.....(hey if it was
me that is exactly how it would work ..make an earth shattering way to move money and keep value and tossed the passwords
out by accident....pretty much in line with my day to day life)

good things my goals are much lower...something like that I would have to be a monk and take a vow of poverty and vow of
silence  just to continue to cope....

er...what ...re-read the above....someone needs to check out some IP's from some monastery's imho .....that would explain much
on how he has not been found Smiley

i didn't say "part of a group" but a group, satoshi is just a code name, of a group of coders, this mean that it is more hard to track them, it's more easy to find 1 person than 3-4 or more
18413  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What trading tools would you guys want? on: March 29, 2015, 07:46:56 AM
I currently not using any tools, just place bid and wait..., It's easier for me than using any tools..

i like this approach too, but it take too much patience, and it's so great in remuneration

i would like to try a bot for once, a simply one nothing complex

another thing is, i would like to see kraken added, as it is getting big

18415  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: easy way that get me bitcoin on: March 29, 2015, 07:41:54 AM
You can get bitcoin easily from Gambling
but you also can lose bitcoin easily from Gambling Sad

You also can try Signature campaign if you able make constructive post Smiley

I would not suggest to someone new to count on gambling.  No matter what the one winner is the house.

Dice seem to be the most popular gambling (in most cases).   What I find scary about trusting them is there is not a regulation body that oversees them.   Also a lot get shutdown if they get to popular as they have no gaming license etc.

Why not? As long they learn before gambling, they could win some bitcoin as long as they aren't greedy

The most popular gambling are sports & poker not dice games
And i think i can trust them

as long as they aren't pure gambling, they could be ok, i would suggest poker for example as in the long term it maybe profitable if you play with fish, not regular

but for dice game is a big no
18416  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we ever see BTC over $1,200 again? on: March 29, 2015, 07:34:31 AM
Yeah, before fixating on huge prices in the future, the first question should be along the lines of "when will Bitcoin stop falling?"

it's not falling anymore, we are at 230 rock solid, we didn't fall back to 180, it just that we retuned to a previous value, i dom't want to call this a fall

we are at 230 for two months now
18417  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: I am out of the mining game :( on: March 29, 2015, 07:28:32 AM
Especially when bitcoin price is not that high. Im out of not only the mining game, but the whole bitcoin game.

if the price was higher, so it was the diff, therefore it would not have change much, different would have been the case if the price skyrocket in a short time, because the diff won't keep up
18418  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have Bitcoins helped to improve your life? on: March 29, 2015, 07:23:29 AM
yeah it helped, me alot, as i'm in a bad economic situation, and it is helping me now with my disease

well i should tnx a certain site(i don't want to say the name) that help me collects a good amount

I bet you're a sucsessfull Bitcoiner Smiley
Because you start it from the lowest level to the high level

exactly, the good part is tha i didn't invest a single penny, i started all this story with just one gpu(7950) in 2013, that gpu given to me 1 btc, and from there it was only a rise  Grin
18419  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: If I sell my bitcoins do I have to pay vat on them ? on: March 29, 2015, 07:20:34 AM
It depends on the country you live in.
EU does not have any rules about BTC.

There is no tax at all in Denmark for BTC Tongue

some country does have rules about bitcoin, uk for example is approaching taxation, i know there are other, where you need to pay tax/vat

it really depend on when OP live
