Unless this domain gets thousands of hits a day, its not worth the yearly domain fee.

18463  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: February 22, 2015, 11:25:39 PM
Why are all your miners sold out at the moment?
18464  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: New diff thread Feb 9 to Feb ? this has a promo for best guess. on: February 22, 2015, 11:13:55 PM
Ah, excitement at the finish line. Excellent  Grin

well it has been 15 minutes since the last block this means kexkey will tighten up the race.  the block has been made waiting for new diff.  7 blocks left lets see what the 15 minute block did to the adjustment.

that 16-17 minute block  moves us to 5.05%

galdur  5.28%

5.05 %

kexkey  4.77%

really close 7 more blocks.

0.05% lead for galdur

this block is just past 11 minutes block came in so with 6 blocks to go the diff stands at

5.09%  galdur is off by .19%  and kexkey is off by .32%

really tight.  korbman  predicts 5.30% and is off by only .21%  but diff must go past 5.29% to allow him to win.  a dead heat could happen with a few faster blocks if diff goes to 5.29% it is a deadheat.

Down to 5 blocks we are at a diff of 5.10%     galdur is off by .18%  kexkey is off by .32%   korbman is off by .20%  but needs 5 really fast blocks since diff need to get to 5.29 for him to tie.

IM SHUTTING OFF ALL MY MINERS FOR THE NEXT 45 MINS TO REDUCE THE DIFFICULTY.

ALL 1.5TH/s WORTH!

18466  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTB] Titan scrypt miner with PSU's or any other high mh/s scrypt minor on: February 22, 2015, 07:23:05 PM
You should avoid those miners and get a SHA256 miner instead.
18467  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Spondoolies SP30-hosted in WA-new lower price on: February 22, 2015, 07:20:50 PM
The reason why this is not selling is because this miner makes like $10 a day so a fair price would be 2.5 months ROI or less on a used miner.

In fact, this point of view is the reason because you are not able to buy anything..

His asking price is adequate and more realistic than what you are expecting...  Roll Eyes

Steadily expecting a 2.5 months payback period on an asset. Complete nonsense!

just for those who does not know it yet.
SP20 is SOLD out
SP35 is SOLD out
SP31 is still there (who knows for how long) at equivalent price to SP30 of ~$2100.

SP30 could be run underclocked at 1.8-1.9 kw and 3.5-3.6 TH.

Bumping on Sunday with lower price-$1675 that includes shipping to US plus free mining until March 1
Are you potentially interested in renting it until your lease expires or when you sell it (whichever comes first)

perhaps, but i have mostly email communication with the hosting site and it might take some time to setup, so my preference is selling.

There was a guy selling some S4 for $500 USD and those sold out quick.

Why? Because his price was fair and the unit included a PSU. Hence why $1000 USD is a more fair price for your miners.

Your term runs out on March 1st. What will happen to the miner then? It will get shut down? Isn't it better to sell to the highest bidder then let it go unused.

Thats funny coming from you who is currently paying $100 USD per T/hash for mining equipment.

If his price is adequate, why don't you buy it then.
18469  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Spondoolies SP30-hosted in WA-new lower price on: February 22, 2015, 05:56:46 PM
The reason why this is not selling is because this miner makes like $10 a day so a fair price would be 2.5 months ROI or less on a used miner.

Meaning if you are serious about selling the most you will get for it is $750 or so. Maybe make it $1000

Besides being less dense and taking up less space, there are brand new miners you can get for far less.

Right now everybody is getting out of mining.

Nobody cares about saving $400 from buying new. This isn't a Honda Civic or an Apple iPhone which is in high demand. You overpaid for this miner when you bought it and now you want everybody else to overpay.

So if you are really serious about selling, make a more fair price or just keep it. Either way you won't get your ROI.

All the miners I bought have had a max ROI time of 2 months or less. No way i'm going to pay an ROI of 1/2 a year.

18471  Bitcoin / Hardware / Any Quiet or Silent Miners Above > 400Gh/s on: February 21, 2015, 11:30:00 PM
I am in the market for some miners but since I am mining in my home my #1 concern is the noise.

I currently have an S3, at first it was really loud but now its ok, I guess I got used to it.

Then I got an KNCMiner Jupiter and love how its silent, very bad on power but its silent so I am happy.

Just wondering what other, modern not ancient miners are out there that hash at least 400Gh/s and don't make a lot of noise.

I looked at the Terraminer, S4, S5, SP20 and those are all crazy loud.

18472  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Liquid cooled IceCube 85-175Mh/s+ SCRYPT miner on: February 21, 2015, 06:08:14 PM
And the Scrypt is a horrible algorithm right now. This will never sell at those prices.

The 85MH/s makes like $5 a day with free electricity.

18475  Economy / Gambling / Re: BinaryBase.co | Binary Options | 100% First Deposit Bonus on: February 21, 2015, 03:47:00 AM
This is by far the best binary options site, amazingly run with no issues.

Yes I like the site also. The best in my opinion. It just needs some advertising and it will be big,

18476  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] NiceHash.com - sell & buy hash rate cloud mining service / multipool on: February 21, 2015, 03:45:40 AM
Yes I tried with the 3334 port and its the same. It hashes and everything but the extranonce isn't enabled and after a few hours it really slows down the speeds.

Can you post your BAT/CMD/Config file here? Are you sure you used correct pool url:port? What about your frequency, don't set it high.

   -MZ

yes it connects and mines but the extranonce is not enabled on the stats
18477  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Methods of getting free electricity on: February 21, 2015, 03:43:34 AM
Can any of you electricians tell me what this means?Huh?

Generator rated at:

18 kw (NG)
Rated AC Current 75A (NG) @ 240 Volts (Single Phase)
Rated Voltage    240 Volts (Single Phase)

So from this generator how many SP20s can I run? I think one sp20 wants 1400 watts, so this one generator can run 12 SP20s???

Thanks!

I am pretty sure its cheaper to get electricity from your outlet then buying diesel to generate electricity.

18480  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Buying damaged/blocked smartphones, laptops, electronics from EU on: February 20, 2015, 07:26:01 PM
The broken power button on the iPhone 4/4S/5 is very common and very easy to fix if you have some minor skills.

The problem is your location. Shipping to poland is expensive and polish customs charges 23% VAT tax.
