I also feel Tottenham will do their best to win this match which will really help them to get into 4. If Tottenham win then they will definitely be in the top 4 with a total of 35 points or 1 point more than Arsenal. It's really an interesting match next week. But before that, Manchester City and Chelsea are match I won't ignore next week.
It will be tough for Spurs. Arsenal have been spectacular since November and their players are in top form so it will be hard to compete with that. Their defence and attack looks solid so it will be very hard to score against and defend against the likes of Saka, Martinelli in wing areas. I think Arsenal will win this. There is another match which is Chelsea vs City which will be the one to keeps eyes on. City if wins this then they will extend their lead and also it will be one out from the title race (not entirely but will be difficult for Chelsea to catch them on table). |

Dusan Vlahovic will be a good choice up front for arsenal, moreover he is a striker who has the sharpness that is needed by arsenal, I think he will be a suitable replacement to replace aubameyang at this time, it is reported that arsenal have made a try for a deal with Fiorentina to brought Dusan Vlahovic to the emirates stadium for 55 million euros + Fiorentina got Lucas Torreira, but so far Dusan Vlahovic doesn't seem to want to join the arsenal because he is wants a big club that can give him a prestigious trophy.
Yeah the guy is in form and he is still 21. There are many more strikers on the list that are under Arsenal's radar but Vlahovic is the only one who is young and quite in form as well. I think that the Real Madrid - Valencia game is going to be an interesting one today. Real Madrid have dominated the season so far. But their loss vs Getafe was quite unexpected and surprising. But of course, they weren't going to win all of their remaining games either. But in this game tonight, I think that Valencia have nowhere to run away from Real Madrid in Santiago Bernabeu. Valencia have been one of the impressive teams lately but they have no chance here. They couldn't have beaten Real Madrid for nearly 14 years in an away game in the La Liga. I expect this streak to continue and Real Madrid to win also.
Still I wouldn't call them out of this match. They have been playing well but yeah Real Madrid should be too much to handle right now. Its not like Real Madrid are invincible, just last week they were defeated by Getafe who are having relegation scare in LaLiga and Valencia are far more better side than Getafe right now so I think Valencia have a shot here to surprise the LaLiga toppers right now. |

Arsenal wants really badly Dusan Vlahovic and now they have raised their offer from 50m to 70m and this is really big honestly and will see what Fiorentina will do now.
They already are on advanced stages in signing Piatek (another forward) from Hertha I guess. They already know that it is very hard for them to keep Vlahovic after his contract expires. So yeah Fiorentina are playing it well by signing off backup option already. Right now, the tension between club board and his agent(Vlahovic's agent) is just not right and Firoentina president came up public and said that his agent has been 'disrespectful' towards the clubs and there has been no progress regarding contract extension. But Vlahovic already said before that he dosent want to join Arsenal and that he wants to join one of the top clubs. I don't think that's true. Last I heard was that his agent were denying calls from Arsenal but that doesn't sends off a clear signal doesn't wants to join. Hopefully, we can watch a high-tempo match between Everton and Leicester in three days. This is one of their missing matches. And both teams have three matches missing due to covid-19 cases in the teams. Especially if Leicester manage to score before Everton, we might watch a more enjoyable match. Leicester have been more effective in attacking and scoring so far. I'm expecting them to maintain this level here too.
Toffees will be glad with the return of Calvert-Lewin but still they weren't able to perform with him back in the team in last match. On other hand, Foxes are playing some fine football at the moment so Leicester are the heavy favourites here. They have Vardy, Daka, Iheanacho and in top of that James Maddison is also on form so I think it will be very hard for Everton to win this one. Still Calvert-Lewin could become a problem for Leicester defence so I wouldn't really undermine Everton here as well but Leicester are clear favourites in my opinion. |

Manchester United fans thought that the signing of cristiano Ronaldo would change their fortune but unfortunately it didn't and the choice of their new Coach was baffling to me, I don't see Manchester United coming to the UEFA champions league next season they aren't playing like the air Alex ferguson Manchester United, and they have alot to do to regain that status once more.
Yeah just compare their form to the top-4 teams right now. They are nowhere near them in terms of morale and form. They are losing their games against Wolves , Newcastle and dropping up points. It still surprises me that they are 7th on the table right now. They are up against Aston Villa, Brentford and West Ham this month and all of them are tough fixtures given the form they are in. Aston Villa have been performing better ever since Gerrard came in to lead them, Brentford have been the most surprising underdog in this PL season and West Ham have been the most surprising side since last season. I would like to say to the Red Devils fans, don't expect more from them this season. Although the coaches have changed, their gameplay or position has not changed. The new coach has not yet made any changes to the strategy. So United's gameplay is as weak as ever.
Now the coach should be in the top 4 teams in the table and try hard to stabilize the team. Of course, Manchester United should change its strategy and formation. Their squad is strong, they can perform well if the strategy is good.
It's a very tough task. The morale of players is low and to work in this situation it needs lot of effort and time to bring the squad back again to perform. Rangnick needs to change a lot of things and it's a very tough task for him so I also don't think that to make into top 4 is easy for them. Still it is not impossible but a difficult task and if they somehow make things right quickly then they have shot to make it into top 4. |

In another news, it seems like Arsenal are in pole position for Dusan Vlahovic at the moment as reported by David Ornstein. They are the one with best fee and best salary offered to the Fiorentina's striker so it seems like Arsenal wants to give him or the team no reason to deny due to disagreement in financial aspect. Congratulations to Aston Villa for being able to sign Barcelona player Philippe Coutinho on loan. They signed him on loan with an option to buy. In this transfer, Steven Gerrard was a really big factor of course. They know each other closely considering their history at Liverpool. I think that this is a good signing for Aston Villa. I know that Coutinho couldn't show his talent much at Barcelona. But he was really great when he was in the Premier League. Coutinho was one of the best players in the world back in 2013 to 2018 when he played for liverpool. I read today that only because of this transfer of Coutinho they were able to register Ferran Torres as their new player at the spanish league, because they have so much debts. So this is a transfer where every party involved seemed to have benefited as it should be. The tactics and role that are provided to a player is different from team to team and I think the role which was provided to him at Barca didn't worked for him. I think it is a good signing and certainly will boost the midfield area for Aston Villa. Let’s be honest here, Ronaldo is one of the greatest players ever but he’s finished as a truly elite, world class player. He wasn’t great for Juve, he made no difference to them in the CL. He’s been declining for a few seasons. It’s natural, you can’t defy age. Overall a terrible move by man Utd.
True and its slowly starting to affect the dressing room as well as over a time other teammates will lose confidence in him. It starts to give off a negative effect and right now it is doing so. I think Chelsea are gonna do well even without Havertz and Azpilicueta. Yeah they both are crucial members of the squad but there are lot of players so that will certainly be covered by them. They have quite some quick fixtures so Tuchel might want to manage his squad properly and will hope not to add more to the injury list.
Chelsea have multiple good choices for their squad so one or two missing players won't bring too much troubles. However in general Chelsea don't have too good form recent weeks which results in big point difference against Manchester City. Things are turning worse as same as in the past season when Frank Lampard lost his control after winter and Chelsea gradually fell on the table. Eventually, Frankie was fired and Tuchel came to make a history. A history of Chelsea is interesting but risk for Tuchel. It's rarely to see a coach can save his position after winning a title in a previous season. In my opinion, the main reason of Frank Lamapard's failure was that in order to discipline some members of the squad , he didn't used those players who didn't followed his directions properly. Take Rudiger and Alonso for example, under Tuchel they are the backbone of the defense. There should be some degree of discipline but not too much. Chelsea right now seems to have lost a bit of focus but once they gather that back I think they will be back in form. |

Is Newcastle really starting to get active in the transfer market? Good news! Everyone expected much more from them, but they have their own strategy and vision for the development of the club. But I do not think that they are considering the option of leaving the EPL, which means that they should be strengthened.
I didn't thought that Trippier would make the move but he did and that is a major signing for Newcastle. That would certainly help them in defence which looks weak right now. There is still enough matches in the PL and they have chance to make it past the relegation zone. I wonder what's their next target now? Focus to bring in defensive or attacking option. |

I agree, the ability that Chelsea has clearly made them will continue to win. Especially if it's only against Tottenham who is in poor performance. However, the final result did not make Chelsea able to reduce the gap from Man City. These points are only to keep them away from Liverpool and let Liverpool focus more on competing with the clubs below. Because Liverpool points are only 2 points less to take second place, by taking advantage of the match against Arsenal this might make them again pose a threat to Chelsea.
Chelsea's incredible win. especially seeing the excellent performances of Lukaku and Havertz. even without Kante and Thiago Silva who reportedly tested positive for Covid, they still played very well with 2 goals. Unfortunately, after the game, it was reported that Havertz and Azpilicueta were injured. I guess Lukaku wasn't really in the position right now to argue against the system that Tuchel wants them to play. He was injured for a while, came back not too badly and then attacked Tuchel in public. I guess he did that because he knows he could go back to Inter anytime. Although I am not sure whether Inter could pay the transfer fee.
Going back to Inter is not that easy. Fans hated him a lot after he left and secondly it was contract situation due to which he left and if he were to go there he wouldn't get the contract as he demands so I don't think the situation will be better then if he leaves for Inter again. |

You miss with Andrew Robertson not in Liverpool team and I think make Liverpool completed after Allison not in line up, I think Liverpool less favorite to win after seeing line up team between Chelsea and Liverpool. Beside Chelsea playing without their forward Warner and Lukaku not in line up team and use Pulisic as forward position player. Just lucky for Chelsea have get back Kante as midfielder and I think Chelsea will dominance in this match and favorite to win.
Yeah Robertson got red card in the game against Tottenham and that saw him out of the Liverpool for next 3 games so I think he is gonna be available after their game against Brentford. Still in absence of him Tsimikas is not doing that bad either. I would still say it is even. We know how Chelsea is without striker and Liverpool attack is still good so it's gonna be a good contest. |
