Am rooting for Kolkata in their encounter against Hyderabad. SRH improved a lot in their last match, but I don't think that they will defeat KKR primarily thanks to players like Narine, Varun, Rinku etc.

SRH should replace Kumar with a better bowler since he has been bowling like crap from a long time now.
1862  Economy / Gambling / Re: Limited in every bookmaker on: April 14, 2023, 10:29:36 AM
So here's the deal, can we trust these bookies? Are they really playing fair and square? Or maybe, just maybe, they're using all this high-tech tracking wizardry to tip the scales? It's a rhetorical question, of course. But it sure makes you think, doesn't it?
No gambling business plays fair and square. They take their cut(Vig in sports betting and Edge in casino games) in order to make sure that they stay in profit excluding a few occasions.

This is why it's tough to find value bets across a wide range of markets thanks to the vig factor.
1863  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering requirements for withdraw on: April 14, 2023, 06:51:23 AM
Most mayor casinos have a 1x wagering requirement of your deposit before you can withdraw; few have a 2x requirement, but having a 5x wagering requirement is ridiculous and way too high. Casinos that do this will not gain a lot of traction as it is a lot higher than industry standard.
Wagering requirement for bonuses are indeed, most of the times, between 30x and 50x.
Anything above 1x wagering requirement for deposits is borderline unfair and gives the house a huge edge which is why such sites should be completely avoided so that they lower their wagering requirements in order to survive.

High wagering requirements for bonuses makes complete sense in order to ensure that they don't get abused.

Punjab are over-dependent on Dhawan who cannot rescue them every single time. Looks like DC, RCB or Punjab won't win the cup this season either.

However, Gujarat won three of the 4 matches. However, the team is placed third in the table due to their low NRR. If they could have won today's match in 15/16 overs then maybe they could have grabbed the second or top spot.
They probably aren't really worrying about the NRR at the moment since they are close to the top of the table and only lost one match so far thanks to Rinku freaking Singh. Instead, they should worry about Pandya's form which is pretty bad.
1865  Economy / Gambling / Re: Limited in every bookmaker on: April 13, 2023, 02:10:08 PM
Looks like op got screwed by placing a lot of winning bets on smaller leagues which is why his proposition could grant huge rewards, but it could also screw your accounts up which is why it isn't advisable.

It's better to gamble on your own instead of adding in this extra layer of risk in my honest opinion.
1866  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering requirements for withdraw on: April 13, 2023, 11:46:35 AM
I usually invest in crypto gambling sites with low wagering requirements in order to avoid these sort of issues. Their rules state that I need to wager my entire deposit X1 in order to withdraw my funds which is perfectly reasonable.

As some of the posters above suggested, read the T&C thoroughly and invest only in sites with low wagering requirements.

F&ck why are these guys keep producing the last ball finish? Are they trying to give a heart attack to punters and fans or what?  Grin

This is ridiculous! Absolutely loving it adrenaline rush towards the end. This edition produced some crackers in the initial phase, normally these sorts of close matches come in the later part of the tournament.
Agreed. So many exciting matches one after the other. Heard that CSK vs RR achieved a crazy viewership record which makes sense since MSD and Jadeja were very entertaining towards the end.

That last ball would have definitely gone for a six, but SS nailed the yorker luckily due to which RR barely won.

The slow start from both Ravindra Jadeja and Mahendra Singh Dhoni probably cost them the match. They should have shown a bit more urgency. Dhoni and Jadeja waited till the very end, and by that time the advantage was with Rajasthan.
Dumbest statements ever. They literally took them from 113/6 to 172/6 and almost won. The ones that actually should be blamed are Dube, Rayudu etc who wasted balls which increased the pressure on their team.

In as much we don't see the happening side of this project let's just give him the benefits of the doubt by believing in the project just maybe  there might be an exception and he might just record a success.
If most of this ideas newbies bring are really put to consideration there might be a little sense out if it, just a little, doing researches and findings is not an easy thing so kudos to him.
I don't really see this being the exception of I am being honest with you. Op has been active in the forum since his last activity was on April 9th, but his last post was way back in February something.

This alone implies that he gave up on this idea a long time ago. It wasn't really a feasible idea to begin with.
1869  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 12, 2023, 01:47:56 PM
It happens to every player, look at Harry Brook. He's too having a bad time in the IPL and struggling badly. A couple of weeks back he was scoring tons for fun.

They both are champion players so give it time. I am sure both Brook and SKY will bounce back and produce some beautiful innings for their respective franchises.
True. I expected so much from Harry Brook when he was selected by SRH in his first IPL season and he turned out to be such a royal disappointment. SRH keeps trying to tweak his batting position, but the results were the same.

On the other hand, Sky's recent form is horrendous though I am expecting him to go back to his 360 ways pretty soon.
1870  Economy / Gambling / Re: PVP Games Lounge launching soon on: April 12, 2023, 06:41:25 AM
This is just another failure which couldn't takeoff and anyone with a half-decent brain could see this coming because PVP crypto based games are rarely successful based on what I observed.

I don't think that this was a shady project. Op clearly quit for reasons that only he is aware of.
1871  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 11, 2023, 04:01:04 PM
I just hope all the main batters like Warner, Shaw, SKY, Rohit, Kishan etc come back and play according to their reputations and entertain the crowd with some fireworks.
Warner really needs to change his approach since he is placing way too much pressure on the other batsmen thanks to his mediocre strike rate. He needs to be shifted lower down the order if you ask me.

DC ended up posting 172 all thanks to Axar's blitz at the end which could be enough as long as they bowl sensibly.

As long as they remain profitable with their signature campaigns, there should be no signs of stopping anytime soon.
There are so many other reasons as to why they would want to stop them since it won't go on indefinitely. Profitable signature campaigns doesn't automatically imply that these art contests will continue running without any issues.

They switched from 'Number prediction contests' to 'Art contests' and they could switch again to some other kind of contests later on.
1873  Economy / Economics / Re: Does People Really Care About Decentralization? on: April 11, 2023, 06:31:33 AM
Honestly, a small percentage of the world population seriously cares about decentralisation while the majority don't mind centralisation as long as they don't face any kind of major issues.

Even popular decentralised cryptocurrencies, exchanges etc aren't 100% decentralised for various reasons.
1874  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 10, 2023, 06:22:01 PM
Another unbelievable result. I turned off the TV after watching Lucknow lose Mayers, Rahul etc cheaply and the target itself was huge which is why I never expected them to bounce back in such an amazing manner.

Pooran almost equalled the fastest 50 in IPL history while Stoinis was amazing too. Harshal Patel and DK messed up run-out chances which could have changed the game. Pitiful RCB!

I'm not talking about guaranteed results but I'm saying maybe someone is confident with their first prediction.
I don't think anyone in this forum would settle for a single prediction instead of two predictions frankly speaking. Anyway, let's just agree to disagree.

I think this is the most important thing here: to not forget to post your predictions in both intervals. This is how you really double your chances.
Yeah. Personally, I forgot to post my predictions several times in the past which is why I simply memorised the dates in order to make sure that I wouldn't forget again. Worked like a charm!
1876  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 10, 2023, 03:22:13 PM
He looks so arrogant in a weirdly good way when he strikes like that, and we see this consistently as far as limited over cricket is concerned. Hope he goes into god mode level when WC comes, fingers crossed.
Yeah. He is in peak form these days and might end up acquiring another orange cap at this rate. Also, Du Plessis is in peak form too and is more consistent than him which is great for RCB.

However, RCB is over-dependent on Kohli, Faf and Maxwell which is a big weakness that they need to fix asap if they wish to move to the playoffs stage.
1877  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: April 10, 2023, 06:10:09 AM
It won't be a must and I see in Roobet's art contest history, prize pools are different. I guess it depends on their assessment about important of each event which will convince them to allocate bigger or smaller prize pool.

Higher prize pool is more attractive especially in times of inflation but it is not a must requirement. Even with low prize pool from past contests, I see it is attractive enough. Additionally, they don't have much competitive contests in Bitcointalk.
Agreed. I just felt that they would continue increasing the prize amounts with time since their site's popularity keeps rising and bigger amounts could attract bigger artists from around the world.

Also, I wonder how much longer they will continue running these art contests in this forum.

What I'm not making sense out of here?
If someone could predict the bitcoin price technically and with his own expertise and was confident that the first prediction he gave was correct and there was no need to make a second options, wouldn't that make sense?
Whereas in the contest there is no rule that you have to make 2 options but are free to use 2 options or only 1 options.
What I know is that each participant is free to place any choice, the most important thing is not to exceed 2 options and be able to enliven the Bitcasino contest.Correct?
You are missing the point here. Technical analysis does help, but it won't guarantee wins if luck doesn't side with you. Luck is the most important factor here. No one can be 100% confident about their prediction.

This is why you rarely see the same person winning the contest twice or thrice or more.

Two predictions helps improve the luck factor for obvious reasons which is why literally everyone post two predictions(Not just one) unless they forgot to post their predictions in the specified time intervals.
1879  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 09, 2023, 02:12:08 PM
Rinku freaking Singh! Wow! Just wow! These kind of matches are what make the IPL truly special. I knew KKR would be in trouble once Rana and Iyer would fall and that's exactly what happened though I didn't expect Rashid to dismiss 3 power hitters successively.

40 runs in 7 balls is absolutely insane and Rinku will always be remembered for his calm approach just like Tewatia etc.

before I remember there was only digital art and some other categories but no hand crafting or animation/3d categories

I hope these stay
I am pretty confident that all of these different categories are here to stay primarily because they have become popular and have attracted artists from various genres of art and I am expecting them to add more categories as time passes.

Rewards might also increase in order to makes these art contests more competitive.

This process is far better than the previous process where they didn't distribute rewards based on various categories and digital animators used to usually win those contests based on what I observed.
