Yes it is a good rising, but I still doubt Dash can hold that price for a long time, I see the pricing rising like rocket in this few days and make quite fortune, and the price now is stopping at 0.035 which is still a good price and if Dash can maintain that price, it can be one of the promising alt coin for the future

Everyone will have a different opinion, you need to find the answer by yourself, if you are really need to spend the cash or you think the price is quite good for you then change it to fiat, if you think the price still can go up then save your coin, I personally recommended to keep your coin until you really need to spend it, I predict the price will keep on rising for the next few months

well it is true that anonymity also create problem in the society, but I still like zcash who dares to create feature that really anonymous, not all of the hidden transaction is for illegal things, sometimes we want hidden transaction so no bad guys can track the transaction, zcash is good alt coin but still need to be develop better and advertise better
