is it possible to SSH into the S3+ miner and see the cgminer program? Which shows all the accepted shares, hash rates, etc just like when GPU mining?

Currently in Canada an excellent condition iPhone 5S used sells for about $325 USD. You won't find one for $99.

Its a nice and addictive game. The faucet is nice because its a large amount however, I have really bad luck. I keep hitting the X's instead of the BTC

I think its the same person buying and selling to himself to attract attention to the coin.

Look at the transactions.

The entire order filled in pretty much 2 large orders.

Seems like a legit buy order because small orders are selling into it and its not getting pull or filled at once.

Look at 0.0009823

That's insanely expensive at around 915 USD

Yesterday we bought some 1TH/s miner for as low as 0.17 BTC.

Currently buying 85000 contracts.

CRAZY!

Anybody know if you can buy and sell to yourself on Poloniex?
18632  Economy / Gambling / Re: Introducing BitcoinMinesweeper.com - Win BTC playing the *real* minesweeper on: February 06, 2015, 08:37:32 AM
I am confused about the units?

What does 1 Bits mean?

is it 1 Bits = 1mBTC which is 0.00000100

Basically 1 BTC = 1000mBTC?

1 BTC = 1000 mBTC
1 mBTC = 1000 μBTC = 1000 bit
1 μBTC = 100 satoshi

as in clearly and simpler way to phrase this

1 bit = 100 satoshis

 Cheesy

Does it work in all browsers? I can't seem to see the game...

Apparently, this was a non-browser-related issue that affected the creation of new users. Existing users did not experience the problem.
A fix for the bug has been deployed and all should work fine again.

Thanks for reporting the issue!

Cheers,

i got the same problem too, hope to try this site soon after the bug fixed, thanks, goodluck with your site

Thanks a much easier to remember this way. I for some reason kept thinking it was 1000 satoshis.

Anyways yes the site is off to a good start.

Pretty addictive game. Can you make instant deposits and withdraws yet?

For everybody that won. Are you guys going escrow or no? This is my first time actually buying anything over the internet. Don't know the best way to handle the deal?

In my opinion: escrow.

Even though spiccioli is a legendary member, I believe escrow should always be used.

for a fairly small price like this i dont think escrow is reall required (I generally reserve it for users with <100 posts or when dealing with >1BTC)

I am not using escrow for myself, but would be happy to act as escrow agent to any other users who are deadset on it. Id ask 0.015BTC/unit as my fee, and would release payment to spiccoli once tracking shows you received the item.

sp20 will go down to 10$ but s2 will not because of the psu Wink

Can the PSU be even used as a PSU with a computer? Or is it a special PSU with only +12V outputs.

it should be a 1050W gold ATX raidmax PSU.

I thought these had Enermaxes in them?

I think they had both but when you are done with mining can you simply hook it up to a computer or were the molex, sata, ATX plugs all removed?

Seems like it would make a pretty good power supply one day. Platinum rated

I am pretty sure this is a scam just to perform identity thief in the future.

Maybe if he wasn't a new user I would trust him but this seems sketchy.

18638  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Is it worth buying equipment for $5k or so? on: February 06, 2015, 01:23:51 AM
If you're electricity is really 0.30 per KWH then forget about mining completely. Unless its a typo.
It varies from month to month, it's usually cheaper in the summer. But I don't know maybe they measure different in Sweden than they do in your country?

How did you calculate that its 0.30kwh? Did you take your total amount due and divided it by the total kwh used?

Because there are normally services charges that are fixed on a power bill. You need to look at how much they charge per kwh.
18639  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTB] Canadian miner here. I buy your used mining stock. [PAYPAL buyer] on: February 05, 2015, 11:40:25 PM
If they are losing, please explain why they would freely trade with me?

Because you are paying very little to whoever is selling and you are charging too much for whoever is buying.

Mining is already tough as it is and you make it harder to make a profit when you take a large amount for yourself.
