I actually think this game will go over, but I think the odds for under have some value. Both teams are very overish, with Karlsruhe being 9-5 and Regensburg even 10-4. If you take a closer look though, Karlsruhe have been very overish in away games, while Regensburg have been very overish in home games. Karlsruhe at home is just 3-3 and Regensburg away 4-3. While Karlsruhe is not losing very often, they also don't win very often, looks like they just love to split the points with 1-1 being their "favourite" result for that. The odds for 1X2 are completely wrong in my book, so I see a win for Regensburg here. That would mean that Karlsruhe is not allowed to score here for that to happen and the match resulting in a under. They scored in every home game thus far, so it's seems kind of likely that they will score today as well. If they fail to do so, I could very well see this one going under with a result like 0-1/0-2 then.

Two bets for me on Sunday. Looking very forward to Ravens - 49ers, but odds are fair imo, so no prematch bet. SNF and MNF could get interesting too, rest of the games is a bit meh.

First bet I like is the Titans ML over the Colts at around 2,15. Titans are on a very nice run as of lately, beating the Chiefs at home and then easily disposing of the Jaguars afterwards. Tannethrill is putting up solid numbers since he took over from Mariota, while Henry seems unstoppable right now. Defensively they struggle a bit, but the Colts offense is nothing to lose sleep over. Brissett wasn't really impressive since returning from injury and playing with that knee brace seems to bother him more than one might think. Colts will miss TY Hilton with a calf injury on Sunday and Ebron was placed on IR on Monday, thats two reliable targets missing for Brissett.
The Titans weren't very successfull when travelling to Indianapolis in the last years, winning only once in the last ten years. This is putting me off a bit, but all in all I think the Titans are more healthy, the better football team right now and way more confident. In a divisional battle like this with huge playoff implications anything can happen though, so lets see.

Second bet is the Chiefs HC -12,5 at around 2,30 over the Raiders. I wrote about the poor away record from the Raiders last week. They are just a different team when travelling. But main reason for that pick is the weather. Forecasts say that temperatures will be around 3°C/37°F on Sunday afternoon in Kansas City and that is something that Carr doesn't like and can't seem to deal with.

Last years game at Arrowhead was played on December 30th with temperatures being around 7°C/45°F and Mahomes and the Chiefs whiped the floor with the Raiders 35-3, while Carr threw for 185 yards for 0 TD and 2 INT. The Raiders under Carr often played at Arrowhead in December the last years with similar temperatures and Carr always put up disappointing numbers, losing all those games: 15-26 / 13-21 / 17-23 / 13-31 - and these games were all with Alex Smith playing QB for KC, now they have Mahomes.
On top of that, KC is coming off a bye-week and had more time to prepare. While this is probably not a stat, that backs up some HC-bet, Andy Reid has a remarkable 17-3 SU record when coming off a bye-week with his teams.

Jets ML at Bengals I like as well. Only thing distracting me is the fact that the Bengals have a one win cushion for first draft pick now and they surely want to get at least one W, to not embarass themselves completely after tanking the whole season thus far. They still play the Dolphins and 2x Browns though, so they might save their energy for one of those games.

Justin Sun hat sich doch dort vor Kurzem eingekauft (mit anderen asiatischen Investoren). Aber nicht einfach so, sondern weil er das Tron-Ökosystem fördern will. Wer hat, der kann Mal schauen, ob es hilft, Poloniex wieder in den Fokus zu rücken. Nothing caught my attention in yesterdays CL matches. Two high priced unders came in at Liverpool and Lille, but I thought we would see lots of goals there. Today I picked two matches for EL.

#52 l Lazio - Cluj l under 2,5 l 2,29 l 8,63 Euro l SBO
Lazio needs the 3 points here, to have any hope of advancing to the next stage. While trying to achieve this, they also have to take care of the H2H with Cluj. First leg was 2-1 for Cluj, so Lazio either needs a 1-0 here or a win with at least 2 goals margin, like 2-0, 3-1, 4-2 etc. Cluj will be happy with any draw here, as it means they will secure at least 2nd place and advance from this group. They only conceded 3 goals in EL so far and in their domestic, albeit rather poor, league, there opponents only scored 13 goals in 17 matches against them, so there is some defensive stability. Cluj will sit back here, just looking for a 0-0 and Lazio doesn't need to score right away. A 1-0 is enough for them, so there is no need to go all out right from the start.

Rosenborg will be heavily disappointed with their international campaign this year. They are sitting with zero points at the bottom of the table and have no hope of advancing to the next stage. So the two remaining matches are just some training matches for them. They scored only once and played under 3 of 4 matches. Linz is doing pretty good in this group with the two big names of Sporting and PSV. They were very competitive against both of them, even owning the H2H with PSV. A win today paired with a loss of PSV would already secure qualification for next stage. But they can very well live with a draw here too as it leaves all possibilities open for the last match against Sporting at home. Rosenborg probably doesn't care a lot about this match and temperatures will be below zero, which always favours the under a bit. I expect a boring game, where Linz will look not to concede first and then probably go for the 3 points in a slightly more offensive approach in second half.

IOTA hat heute die "Hyperledger Fabric Bridge" veröffentlicht. Damit kann man nun die Vorteile beider DLT's für sich nutzen, was unter anderem auch bedeutet, dass einerseits smart contracts in Hyperledger Fabric entsprechende IOTA-Auszahlungen auslösen können und andererseits Daten aus dem Tangle entsprechende smart contracts in Hyperledger Fabric auslösen können.

Thanks for holding that contest @theymos. I can only imagine what pain in the a$$ it must have been to go all through the submissions (multiple times) and having to judge the often times very different styles and trying to keep a more or less objective view, having the effort put in and probably also the uniqueness in mind.

People have created super cool and creative pieces of art around the 10th anniversary of bitcointalk. There was also a lot of very low-effort art presented me thinks, which is kind of fine as not everybody was kissed by the muse. But otoh, if someone posts something perfectly drawn or a real good photoshopped digital art, it's kind of pointless to post a very low-effort drawing or photoshop afterwards (and doing this multiple times even more so). Leads to inflationary submissions and lots of more work to be done for the people in charge.

The merit distribution got a bit out of hand imo. I have gotten a lot of merit as well, so who am I to "complain", but putting it into relation on how hard it is to get merit with just posting and probably putting way more time in for that than creating those art submission, it feels kind of not right (and thus people were going crazy with gazillions of submissions). Once the merit flooding started, there was probably no way back though, so you just had to go through with it. But I guess on your birthday you can go a bit over the top

Crucial match here, like a lot of matches in this round. Realistically both teams only play for third place in this group, which will put them in Europa League afterwards. Gala needs the win badly here, but they have huge trouble scoring this season. In CL they failed to find the back of the net even once and in domestic league, they have 13 goals in 12 games, pretty poor. Brugge will be happy with a draw and can just sit back, probably going for some counterattacks to maybe snatch the 3 points and having the hope of Paris taking points at Real this evening and thus giving Brugge a final for 2nd place at home against Real in the last round. But main goal for Brugge will be to not lose here and with Gala being so poor offensively, I think we will see a 0-0 late into the 2nd half. The rest remains to be seen.

Tons of goals in GER1 matches again. After a bad start to this test, I am around break-even for the last 40 bets, but thats not enough to recover the losses.

Darmstadt is always playing very defensively. Even if they take a 1-0 lead, they don't bother a lot going for a 2-0 with counter attacks, only sending 2-3 players most of the time. Hannover sacked their coach Slomka and installed Kenan Kocak as new coach. Kocak is known for a more defensive/cautious approach as well. Players that played in defense in their active career, tend to be defensive-minded coached as well. Hannover needs a win badly here, but it's not easy to score against Darmstadt, who will park the bus again. 0-0, 1-0, 2-0 are the most likely results for me.

During the late games, you could still get the Bucs at 2,50 in the battle of Florida week next at the Jaguars, but now it's only 2,00, which looks fair.

I am surprised to see the Patriots still being frontrunner for winning the Superbowl. Their offense just sucks badly this season and while their defense looks elite at first sight, it's still to be seen how elite they are against better opposition. We got a glimpse of that when the Patriots took a beating at the Ravens the other week allowing 37 points. And that was the first real test the Patriots faced this season. They already played the whole NFC East, probably the worst division this season. They played their own division, where a 6-0 is expected as always. But in that Bills game they already struggled and the Bills record is more a result of a weak schedule as well. And then they played the capricious Browns and the Steelers for their season opener.
The Patriots will have the Texans and Chiefs next. I hope that both show up and am curious to see what happens, when the Pats D or special teams is not able to bail Brady out.

I wouldn't be so sure about a Hoffenheim win here, especially at these odds. Their current streak started with that sensational win at Munich, followed up by a very nice win against this years strong Schalke. But afterwards they got their wins against struggling competition (Hertha, Paderborn, Köln) and that win at Köln was only secured with a penalty in 90+8. They've lost quite a bit of quality in the off-season, but seem to have found their groove again.

Main reason why I think they will struggle a bit today, is that Mainz has a new coach (Beierlorzer, the coach that was just sacked at Köln some days ago). So Beierlorzers' last match was just against this Hoffenheim and he surely has some insight and knows what to do better this time with a different team. New coaches tend to have immediate success in Germany, i.e. not losing away or winning at home unless they play way superior opposition like Köln did at Leipzig yesterday. Mainz are normally a well organized team, with lots of fighting spirit and a good team chemistry. So I think odds for Hoffenheim are a bit low under these circumstances, though you might still win this bet of course.

The BTTS in Augsburg I like as well.

Call me crazy, but I am going with the Jets ML over the Raiders today at around 2,50. The Jets always have the right tools, but more than often they fail to put all the pieces together. Darnold being diagnosed with Mono didn't help this case this season. But they are getting healthy again and Darnold is upping his game each week he is under center again, tossing 4 TD's at Washington last week. Jets are on a two game winning streak, albeit against piss poor opposition with the mighty Giants and Redskins struggling a lot this season. But it should still give the Jets a lot of needed confidence.

The Raiders otoh are playing a good season so far, sitting with a 6-4 record just behind the Chiefs in the AFC West. They are on a high as well, winning their last 3 all at home. These wins didn't convince me though. Only late TD's gave them the wins against the Lions and Chargers and their win over the Bengals last week wasn't very impressive as well. They are pretty poor travellers, only winning around 20% of their games played outside of Oakland. Now, after 3 home games in a row, they have to travel across the country, playing an early game in cold-ish and most likely rainy weather at Metlife.

All in all I think the odds on Jets are too high in what I see more of a 50/50 match.

Nürnberg were on a pretty poor run and conceded a lot, so they sacked their coach and got a new one. First task is to get defensive stability again, to give yourself a chance to win games again. When you regularly concede 3 goals or more, it's pretty hard to get points. Fürth has a lot of good offensive players, but it doesn't result in scoring a lot surprisingly. This is the oldest rivalry in german football and I expect a cautious approach by both teams.

The other two games in GER2 I see going over, though the under odds with Stuttgart - Karlsruhe are very tempting and this is a derby full of hate too.

Recent H2H favours the under. Sandhausen is probably the worst team, when it comes to creativeness. Surprisingly they have the second most shots on goal in the league, but they need over 15 shots on average to actually score a goal, which is the worst number in GER2. Bielefeld play very organized and Sandhausen will have problems scoring here. Now Bielefeld can easily score 3 on their own as around 17% of their shots result in a goal, but lets see. Sandhausen will park the bus and it won't be easy for Bielefeld to create a lot of goal scoring opportunities today.

Hat alles eine Vor- und Nachteile, wie immer im Leben. Als Selbständiger ergeben sich ganz andere Probleme, als als Angestellter. Der größte Nachteil ist sicherlich das "selbst und ständig". Du bist der Erste, der kommt und der Letzte, der geht; die Wochenenden sind oftmals auch von Arbeit geprägt, gerade am Anfang. Der Vorteile sind die Überzeugung (,die man als Angestellter in einem Betrieb aber auch haben kann), der eventuell bessere Verdienst bis hin zu einer finanziellen Unabhängigkeit und ein weitgehend freies Handeln. Verfalle allerdings nicht dem Irrglauben, dass du als Selbständiger keinen Chef hast. Technisch gesehen nicht, aber du wirst immer auch irgendwo ein Sklave deiner Kunden sein, die dir auf die eine oder andere Weise Druck machen. 


Sich erstmal bisschen bilden, ist immer eine gute Sache, es sei denn du hast DIE IDEE im Ärmel, dann kannst dich auch gleich selbständig machen und via trial and error lernen. Falls du diese Idee nicht hast, dann verschaffe dir erstmal Qualifikationen, auf die du im Notfall immer zurückgreifen kannst. Ich würde jedem erstmal empfehlen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung zu machen, bevor man studieren geht, wenn man überhaupt studieren gehen sollte. Nach 2 Jahren hat man einen Abschluss in der Tasche und kaufmännische Berufe werden immer gesucht.
Egal in welche Richtung eine Selbsständigkeit geht, wird dir diese Ausbildung auch immer helfen, dein Business aufzubauen. Betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse sind sehr wichtig. Gab schon viele an sich gute Geschäftsideen, die aber letztlich daran scheiterten, dass sie von schlechten Kaufleuten umgesetzt wurden und dann scheiterten.

Ob man nach der Ausbildung unbedingt noch studieren gehen muss ? Meiner Meinung nach nicht. Einige Berufe setzen natürlich ein Studium voraus (Arzt, Jurist etc.), für viele andere Berufe ist ein Studium aber mMn eher Zeitverschwendung und stellt nur eine Eintrittskarte dar. Diese Eintrittskarte kann man aber genau so gut mit Ausbildung und nebenberuflicher Fortbildung erlangen und man lernt wesentlich mehr (vor allem praxisnaher und man kommt bereits mit bestimmten Leuten in Kontakt, Stichwort Netzwerk).

Letztendlich steht und fällt eine erfolgreiche Selbständigkeit aber mit der Idee und das ist der Casus Knacksus. Und mit erfolgreicher Selbständigkeit reden wir hier nicht davon, dass du in einem Hauptbahnhof einen Kiosk hast und damit dein Leben mehr oder weniger gut finanzieren kannst.


Absolut. Als junger Mensch ist man jedoch beeinflussbarer und in der Persönlichkeitsentwicklung noch nicht so weit fortgeschritten, weshalb man sich eventuell eher von Meinungen anderer leiten lässt.

Both these teams are under teams in my book. Aue has slowed down a bit after a fantastic start to the season; looks like they are back to normal with a good defense and few scoring. St. Pauli isn't very confident right now, their last win dates back to end of September. I expect a boring, low-quality game in low temperatures and a draw like 1-1 seems very likely for that.

As I said earlier, I will play all GER1 matches under from now on and see where it gets me. GER1 has been so overish since the beginning, that it has to stop at some point. Will normally choose the under 2,5, but in this match under 3,5 is a bit safer and still priced good.

Mir tut es menschlich gesehen erstmal leid für Limo, denn ein Großteil dieser Entscheidung beruht wohl auf finanziellen Gesichtspunkten und der Unmöglichkeit als Informationsquelle und –hilfe mittels Blog, Youtube, Twitter und Community-Arbeit ein Auskommen zu haben, das eine gewisse finanzielle Stabilität garantiert.

Der Bärenmarkt hat ihn sicher doppelt getroffen. Einerseits wurde der Wert seines IOTA Investments immer geringer und andererseits führte die Weltuntergangsstimmung natürlich auch zu immer mehr abnehmenden Interesse an seinem Content.

Es war zweifelsohne etwas naiv, daran zu glauben, dass man damit seine Brötchen – bzw. genug und stetige – verdienen kann, aber jeder der dies zumindest versucht und sich nicht dem Schicksal eines 9-5 Jobs hingibt, hat meine Sympathie und meinen Respekt. Wenn es sich dann nicht ausgeht, dann hat man es zumindest versucht. Und viele Leute sind anfangs gescheitert, bevor sie den richtigen Weg gefunden haben oder die richtige Idee hatten.

Inhaltich gesehen, wie schon oben gepostet, war er irgendwie Fluch und Segen für IOTA. Eine sehr streitbare und polarisierende Persönlichkeit im IOTAversum. Er hat IOTA viel Aufmerksamkeit verschafft, aber oftmals eher unter dem Aspekt „Schlechte Presse ist besser als gar keine Presse“. Dazu mMn eine eher geringe soziale Kompetenz, gepaart mit Sturheit und einer unterschwelligen Kindergartenmentalität.

Am Ende ist ihm das Ganze wohl ein bisschen über den Kopf gewachsen. Die Schulterklopfer tun gut, aber die ganzen Hater machen einem das Leben schwer und da reichen schon eine handvoll.

Ich glaube auch, dass er irgendwann, in welcher „Funktion“ auch immer, zurückkommen wird. Er hat oft sehr emotional gehandelt und auch wenn er „wochenlang“ über diese Entscheidung nachgedacht hat, bleibt dieses Gefühl einer Kurzschlusshandlung.

Letztendlich kann IOTA natürlich ohne Limo leben, aber er wohl nicht ohne IOTA. Eine längere Pause tut ihm aber sicherlich gut.
