1881  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 30, 2014, 08:00:09 PM
0.2147 Bitcoins traded in the last 30 min on Bitstamp.

This is really boring, even for the weekend standarts.

Someone do something before people get acute boreness.
1882  Economy / Speculation / zzzzz on: August 30, 2014, 05:49:29 PM

Bitcoin is just like a ponzie pyramid schame today, your fund invested in bitcoin are vanishing because early adopters / merchants are selling / spending / cashing out them very hard (you saw all those " xxx accepted bitcoin" news, most bitcoins accepted are sold right away means your fund has been transferred to the merchants, Convert fiat to bitcoin -> use bitcoin to pay merchant -> merchant convert bitcoin back to fiat), they must thank you for your free money to buy: Luxury House/Yacht/Jet/Cash/etc, just like Charles Ponzi's old happy day, so wonderful

Only who bought lower than you will sell/use the coins, same as you want more people to buy the price higher than your bought price so you can grab their money and get rich just like a ponzie schame.
The question is people are getting out, no one is buying your coins, what you left at the end are worthless digital numbers but at least you had have fed many exchangers + payment service providers with "fees"

Bitcoin is a pyramid schema that is being more and more used by merchants and is nothig but worthless digital numbers.

Makes total sense
1883  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will plummet to $10 by first half of 2014 on: August 30, 2014, 02:10:06 AM
Bitcoin cant get below 500  Wink

Now that is being optimistic. We were there a couple of weeks back.  Cheesy

We were at the sub 500 near 24 august, but we recovered.

Think it is not a good shot call impossible things that happened few days ago
1884  Other / Politics & Society / Re: NSA has it's own spy search engine, there is no more privacy on: August 30, 2014, 01:58:05 AM
The best protection we have is the huge ammount of data that is produced, most of them useless.

We can stay more or less anonymous, if we manage to avoid things that would attract attention to the surveilance agencies

How can I burn a cold storage wallet on a cd if I am running a live cd of ubuntu (only one cd slot avaiable)?

Have at least two cd drivers? Think there are some that are USB.

Or make a live USB instead?
1887  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we love the rich and hate the poor on: August 30, 2014, 01:39:33 AM
The riches have their ways to make sure their own needs will be fullfiled, also have the means to get all their rights(lawers, contacts, etc..). The poors don't have money to hire lawers and don't have organization.

It is not about love, it is about who have more ways to do stuff

1889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC on: August 30, 2014, 01:22:58 AM
I think Litecoin will recover to 10, but in one month I think it is more likely a fall than a recover.

Wait for a BTC recover to see a Litecoin recover
1890  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Interactive visualization of all reachable nodes in the Bitcoin network on: August 30, 2014, 01:13:14 AM
They say Bitcoin is centralized.

But I see a center in the picture. If you told me it is a picture from some galaxy, I would believe you.
1891  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is the Future of Bitcoin ? on: August 30, 2014, 01:10:53 AM
It is impossible predict the future in the long run.
See things two decades ago and now, and see if you could predict this future based on the past facts.

I don't dare to think too much about the future, I prefer to my job in the present and don't worry too much beyond that.
1892  Other / Off-topic / Re: Favorite Hollywood actor on: August 30, 2014, 01:04:29 AM

1894  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Checking for payout on: August 30, 2014, 12:32:48 AM

Do a research if you want see by youself
1895  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10,000 when? on: August 30, 2014, 12:11:17 AM
Not in this decade, it seems.

We barely can hold the 500's
1896  Other / Off-topic / Re: See the hidden image? on: August 29, 2014, 11:45:47 PM
Decided to move this from PGs thread.......didn't want to hijack his "See the cat?" thread.

Can you see the hidden image?

(Hint...don't try on your cell phone)

I see green-orange colored birds on top of the image.

Anything more that I should see?
1897  Other / Archival / Re: In desperate need of job, please help me. WOULD DO ANYTHING FOR BITCOIN. on: August 29, 2014, 11:41:08 PM
You have many ways to earn money, also in Argentina (I'm from Buenos Aires), related with bitcoin. We have one of the biggest bitcoin communities in the world (the Facebook group has +5800 people!), all you have to do is think how you can participate and offer new things to these people. For example, you can print merchandise (stickers, shirts, pins, bags... almost anything with bitcoin themes, all you have to do is find some nice designs to print and not just the basic BTC). Also, the people here is always making Meetups, you can participate and find here someone who can need your help in his own business or project. Just be imaginative, that's the only secret here. I'm living only using bitcoin since 2012 and everything goes fine for me and I love this community Smiley

I hope you the best, just be creative and don't be lazy and the opportunities will happen Smiley

It's very easy to make money when you have money, when you don't, things are a bit more complicated.
But thanks for the suggestion anyway, likehiro.
Money can make money, my friend...
Try to buy things cheap and resell them, that takes a bit of time but could pay off!

It is harder than one could imagine. When selling people will always overprice the stuffs, when buying people will always think it is too expensive and wanna pay low. And in some cases you might not find buyers and end up with a stash of stalled things.

Any sugestion about where to start?

Note 1: A terminated campaign's sig base has been used to create the design base of different member status. Hope it works fine for all members.

Note 2: Another campaign is currently using my design. So this sig set will b visually similar to those, but not exactly the same.

It is the win88 signatures.
And they are almost the same.
People will get saturated and just ignore it, and think you are a copycat, since win88 is already here with the sign stuff
1899  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NY Post Troll Bait article on MIT $100 worth BTC per Student on: August 29, 2014, 11:23:58 PM
The big US media is a joke. They have no idea what they are talking about and they are too compromised to certain causes to worry about giving quality contend and stuff
1900  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 10 Reason Why Bitcoin is better than Paypal on: August 29, 2014, 10:57:20 PM
11 - No ridiculous term of use that forbids certain produts from being commercialized

12 - Economic sanctions won't hurt trades with BTC, beatch
