Alles, was ich mit dem Internet verbinden kann, sehe ich als kompromittierbar an. Daher könnte ich auch keinem anderen Hardwarewallet-Anbieter vertrauen. Auch nicht, wenn sie ein Secure Element haben. Der Bauplan dafür liegt irgendwo und bestimmte Personen wissen, wie der aufgebaut ist und ob es Hintertüren gibt. Wobei ich davon ausgehe, dass die Hersteller schon vom Gesetzgeber her verpflichtet sind, eine Hintertür einzubauen. Und hier sieht man, dass Ledger eine Information bekommen hat, wie die Daten auszulesen sind. Oder vielleicht hat der Ledger gar kein Secure Element?
Alles in allem ist mir das persönlich zu unsicher.

Here's Sam00's idea, here you spread your seed over 3 plates and hide each one separately, and if one is found by an unauthorized person, everything is still safe since you need two out of three plates.

Eine Lösung wäre, mehrere Platten zu verwenden. Der Nachteil: Fehlt eine Platte, wird es unmöglich, das Wallet wieder herzustellen.
In meinem Fall habe ich jedes einzelne Wort mit Shamir's Secret verschlüsselt. Ich kann also beliebig viele Platten herstellen und definieren, wie viele davon nötig sind, um den Seed zu rekonstruieren.
Allerdings werden lange Worte, wie etwa "Mushroom", dann zu einem langen String mit Buchstaben und Zahlen: 1-1-aae71da177cfe06d / 1-2-2a94592cc6cee11c / 1-3-a39125fbc0effd5b / 1-4-5cfd1611f2265090 / 1-5-d5f86ac6f4074cc5.
Dafür bräuchte es dann jeweils aber andere Platten. Was meinst Du?
Du könntest auch einfach deine 24 Wörter auf mehrere Platten aufteilen, dass z.B 2 von 3 benötigt werden. Platte 1: Wörter 1-8 und 17-24 Platte 2: Wörter 9-15 und 17-24 Platte 3: Wörter 1-8 und 9-15 Die Anzahl sollte natürlich so gewählt werden, dass die restlichen Wörter nicht einfach per Brute-Force geknackt werden können. Mit dieser Methode muss nichts extra verschlüsselt oder verkompliziert werden, da ein Einbrecher oder jemand der zufällig an eine der Platten kommt, schlichtweg nichts damit anfangen könnte. +2 Merit und habe deine Idee gleich mal in meinen ersten Beitrag zitiert, danke für die Idee! Ich hab's jetzt auf dem Schirm und werde beobachten und dir nochmals per PN Bescheid geben. Ist schon komisch, im mempool müssen 'n Haufen TX schwirren. Sehr teuer und unüblich lange Wartezeiten. Ich hatte eine weitere TX angestoßen, mit 15 sat und die ist auch noch nicht durch. Auf jeden Fall werde ich das im Hinterkopf haben und die coins so schnell wie möglich zusenden, sobald sie rausfliegen aus dem pool. Notfalls hau ich noch etwas Pfeffer drauf, ist ja zum Glück eine RBF Transaktion gewesen  Danke für den Hinweis Willi und einen schönen Tag wünsche ich.
