To keep everyone updated finally got a response after 5 days  they said they might offer me some bug bounty if I provide screenshots  How many people play blackjack at a so called trusted casino taking screenshots of each hand? So like I said they're just going to sweep this under the carpet. Coinroyale I had a problem with and they fully compensated me and that's why I still play with them to this day and plus their websites blackjack is pretty much perfect in my opinion. There was some miscommunication between myself and lightlord over this issue, he had replied to you before reading the message I had sent him. We were able to recreate the bug you were having and have patched it as well. We will be compensating you for finding this bug and any inconvenience caused. I apologize on my part, that it is an actual recreatable bug, I missed a PM from my developer, and didn't realize. I am going compensate you to 100% your original deposit, he has patched the bug that caused it. And give you an extra .05 BTC on top of that. I credited it to your 777Coin account. I credited the account 270 mBTC.  Sorry I am not satisfied with the outcome considering due to playing on your website I further went and lost over 1 BTC. Your response has been slow considering it was a customer complaint. You also further tried to insult me asking if I had some screenshots. Now your developer has told you there was something wrong and how long has your website been stealing peoples Bitcoins? Well you can keep the tiny compensation because I am not satisfied with your resolution. As said before I play a lot of casinos online and yours is the worse service that I have received. |

Just been playing on your website and trying your blackjack when I hit sometimes it doesn't hit and it deals me another hand automatically is beyond a joke I deposited 1btc to try it out and can't play at all the buttons stick and the blackjack is the worse I ever played. Can't believe you call this blackjack throughly disappointed! Are you hoping to catch drunk players? I never play this site again utter rubbish! It bets for me when I don't want to so this amounts to simply stealing.
Have you contact the support before post this? Ask them to check your bet history, maybe it's just a bug or something. good advice  just try it  A bug which decides to deal me a next hand instead of hitting my cards? Interesting bug... Did you accidentally hit Auto? That would play out hands automatically on BJ. There is a genius mode, if you go auto it will play the best possible moves. What browser/OS are you using? Can you give me more information? That is the auto table/suggestion for genius mode. If you click auto it will automatically play into you turn auto off. Genius Table:  If auto is set to on, it will play hands automatically without your input, into you turn auto off. It picks the best possible moves according to the genius table. This is what happened when I press the button to hit it would stick then deal me the next hand or sometimes it would just skip a hand or two. I seriously got frustrated and you can see because of this thread. I was running Firefox and play often at Coinroyale which is possibly the best place to play Bitcoin blackjack online but decided to change my routine and try your site for a change sadly I was very disappointed. |

Tried the blackjack on demo mode and although the interface isn't that attractive didn't find any sticking of buttons. Did you hit the auto deal button by chance?
Maybe there was some lag from connection issues which made it look like sticking. Either way, hopefully support acknowledges your issue and deals with it appropriately.
