Hmm, that bot seems very interesting. I do not think anything like this has made before here on bitcointalk, at least i have not seen.
It would be really sweet if the bot knew how to example sign a message with the donation address.
The price is not bad at all for the amount of work that making such a bot takes.

I personally think since u ask for collateral u should lower the interest rate.
More reputable loaners offer much more lower interest on these loans and im pretty sure you will have a low chance of getting borrowers with such a rate.

I personally do not own that much BTC, but are you willing to use escrow?
Since you do not have alot of trust here, i suggest you add an option of escrow to your thread.
That will make more members to trust you and join your service.

As far as i know you should be able to export private keys from blockchain.
Using online wallets is generally a bad idea because you do not hold and of the private keys personally, which means you do not own the bitcoins.
Try ecporting the private keys which you have bitcokns on to external wallet and send the bitcoins forward to external wallet too. I recommend electrum. If you have spare bucks you should invest on ledger wallet nano.

Ledger wallet nano or Nano S is pretty cool. Of course, if you want to use securely bitcoin without paying extra this is the best way:
I recommend downloading ubuntu mate, installing few packages like this on it:
Electrum lets you set a manual fee, also you can send to many addresses easily with that wallet.
If you example run some kind of campaign where you pay in a batch, you will save alot in fees.

Maybe you have alot of inputs on the transaction, which increases fees on this particular case.
You should use a wallet which allows you to set your own fee. All that matters on this case is fee per byte etc, not how much is the total fee.
Move onto something more secure and customizable like electrum for example.
