1881  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is DARPA interested in secure messaging system using Blockchain on: July 13, 2016, 03:58:06 PM
DARPA is building the most advanced robots on earth, I have seen those videos and it's really scary to be honest. Search in youtube for "bostondynamics petman" and you will see the cops of the future. They wil be like terminators. No wonder they want top level encryption, im sure they are dealing with some next level shit.
1882  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How greedy you are ? on: July 12, 2016, 10:15:41 PM
I have lost money on ICOs and I had the opportunity to make some real money but iW as too greedy when I needed to sell. It's always the same problem for me, I wait too much time to sell and take profits. What I have learned is, the only thing worth holding long term is Bitcoin, the rest of the crypto stuff is just not worth the stress of a long term hold, as long as you see nice profits I would sell.
1883  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 202: McGregor vs Diaz 2 betting thread on: July 12, 2016, 10:09:02 PM
the odds for both fighters is not so different

Conor McGregor @ 1.74
Nate Diaz @ 1.97

but i think Conor McGregor will be the winner this time

why he?

I also think McGregor will win. He is really talented and he has a very strong competitive edge. Nate Diaz is a thought motherfucker tho so he will not go down without a fight, but I think this time McGregor will make it and then they will go for a 3rd fight making it a trilogy.
1884  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Dice games are a rip off and illegal avoid this shit on: July 12, 2016, 09:42:15 PM
There's nothing illegal about it unless your country's laws specifically states that it is indeed illegal to gamble on those sites, so as long as that is not the case... you are free to gamble.

Also Primedice is legit and you can see the open source code for the site as far as I know so there are no tricks, everything is transparent and there's nothing wrong about it unless you bring some proof to back your claims.
1885  Economy / Speculation / Re: 350 USD in August on: July 12, 2016, 09:31:51 PM
It's coming

EDIT: This topic is my proof. Everyone thinks that it's not possible but why not?

I call it a bubble.

It's unfortunate that you had to make this prediction. By august we will be way higher than 350, so this is yet another FUDster that will get owned by bitcoin's price. The uptrend has been clear since january 2015, there's no bubble, just solid progress. Bitcoin is insanely undervalued, only way is up.
1886  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Btc in wall street? on: July 12, 2016, 09:20:48 PM
There are already people in wall street involved in bitcoin. A lot of people that are professional wall street traders are buying and holding btc, but those guys tend to not tell anyone because holding btc in wall street is not seen with a very good light about it, since it's too radical and goes against stablishment and the wall street mentality is pro-status, but they are all secretly buying and holding, that you can be sure about it.
1887  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUCK! The Bitcoin is dead again. This time for sure. on: July 12, 2016, 09:14:25 PM
Another idiot bites the dust. We are going 700+ soon again. I feel bad for all the fools that did not buy at 600 when it was such an obvious new bottom. Wait, I don't actually give a damn about them. People that FUD and sell their bitcoins deserve to not become rich thanks to them.
1888  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: July 12, 2016, 09:11:21 PM
First of all I would advise about not buying anything illegal with Bitcoin. Having said that, if you do buy some drugs, remember to triple+ check the onion url of the marketplace you are using. There are a lot of duplicated .onion sites which are scams. Same goes for the tumblers/mixers of bitcoins, a lot of fake urls to try to steal ur money, so beware.
1889  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC FN 91: McDonald vs. Lineker on: July 11, 2016, 03:47:43 PM
I've seen some McDonald fights and he's good, but im not knowledgeable enough on the other fighters so I will abstain from betting any money on this. It's best that I save money for UFC 201. It sucks that Jones Bones is probably out now since Dana White is so pissed at him testing positive again. Guy was such a talent and an easy cash cow, just bet on a Jon Bones win and get free money basically. It's like Mayweather in boxing.
1890  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 200: Cormier vs. Jones 2 on: July 11, 2016, 03:45:21 PM
I made some money with the Anderson Silva vs Daniel Cormier fight. I gave Daniel Cormier a win. He is such a talent, I knew he was going to win against Anderson Silva, not so sure about Jon Bones Jones tho. I think Daniel Cormier is the only guy that has a real chance at stopping Jones, but now that the idiot has tested positive again, im afraid he has ruined his career.
1891  Economy / Speculation / Re: We'll be at 10,000+ by 2026 on: July 11, 2016, 03:25:27 PM
I can't believe people that still don't own any Bitcoins are waiting for it to get any lower to get in. Anyone that isn't a complete moron should known by now that Bitcoin is insanely underpriced at only 10 billion dollar marketcap at the potential to grow is immense. I can't believe so many short sighted idiots are watching such a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to pass by like this, time after time as they are always waiting for a perfect price.

Listen, it doesn't fucking matter if you get in at 1000 or at 100, in the long term, anyone that didn't buy when the price was this cheap, will cry and have suicidal thoughts over it. But I guess some people can't put things into perspective only after those things happen, which is ironically why few get rich while most stay poor and mediocre as they cry about missed opportunities. Those pussies don't deserve to be right anyway.

i also believe that bitcoin is extremely undervalued right now but that is no way to address the issue by insulting others.
and also i have accepted the fact that investing in bitcoin is a risky business and you always have to consider everything before getting your hands dirty.
also i want to add that by undervalued i mean it should be at above $2000 not at an unreal price like 10K

Again, 10K is not unreal in 10 years. That's unreal is that it's not 10K in 10 years.

We are at 10 billion marketcap. This is absolutely nothing in the big picture. Bitcoin has a potential to reach hundreds of billions of dollars for a marketcap, if not trillions in the future.
1892  Economy / Speculation / Re: We'll be at 10,000+ by 2026 on: July 11, 2016, 03:23:33 PM
In 2026, mining would be very unprofitable. Transactions would take days or even longer and the bitcoin is going to die at that point.

You must have brain for bricks, or I guess you are just shitposting for the signature campaign. In any case, to claim that you don't know how Bitcoin works. I mean who the hell is talking about mining being unprofitable as time goes by being a problem if you have been here for some time, then you haven't learned anything.

1894  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why are you investing in Bitcoin? on: July 11, 2016, 02:52:21 PM
I just see no better way to hedge against this dying financial system. Gold may be the best way to get a stable price, but when it comes to mobility, and holding the asset yourself, Bitcoin doesn't get any better. If I ever need to move with my money from A to B, with gold it's a fucking disaster as you will get stopped when taking a plane. With Bitcoin, you can move any amount of money seamlessly and no one will know. The potential is so obvious that it's 100% guaranteed to get rich once the rest of people catch up.
1895  Economy / Speculation / Re: Poll: What year will Bitcoin reach $10,000? on: July 11, 2016, 02:34:26 PM
It's going to hit 10.000 before 2025 pretty much guaranteed. It's going to happen because it's what's natural. Only 21 million bitcoins minus the bitcoins already lost will exist, and the marketcap is only 10 billion dollars. Give in a boost as big pockets start moving their wealth there and we will see 5 to 6 figures in the next decade.
1896  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Blockchain is patented, can they bring down the rest of the altcoins? on: July 11, 2016, 02:32:55 PM
This is an insane situation that you are talking about. Bitcoin is an open source project, there are 0 chances of such a thing happening. And not only this, but the fact that Craig Wright will never fully prove that he is Satoshi makes it even more difficult. Even if he owned the private keys, it just proves he owns them, it does not prove he is the actual coder behind Bitcoin. Those keys could have been stolen.
1897  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: OMG Halving Happened AND... on: July 11, 2016, 02:20:03 PM
Only massive idiots expected the price to instantly go up. The halving impact will be felt over the following months, it's not an instant thing. Also, price has going up for months since we started from 200 dollars all the way up to 700+, now we will start climbing again towards 700+, give it some time.
1898  Economy / Speculation / Aaaand up we go on: July 08, 2016, 04:45:58 PM
Damn, all those people that tried to short and hasn't bough back in already must be really mad. It was so clear that all you had to do is keep buying the dips as they always happen and after the dip is done, the price always goes up no matter what. Bitcoin has only been going UP for years now since the last 150 dollar bottom! people getting out of Bitcoin are INSANE. Big, big, big gains in the future awaits for holders.
1899  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitpistol such fun ! on: July 08, 2016, 04:43:25 PM
I played this, it's actually kinda hilarious to play russian roulette with Bitcoins. But I miss actual games like Battlecoin.org, I was hoping that we would see more games in that direction, as in skill games, but im not seeing much progress being done on there.
1900  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Euro 2016 on: July 08, 2016, 04:40:55 PM
I can't wait for the finals. Cristiano Ronaldo is very motivated to win his first Eurocup ever, and the other french player Greizmann is looking really good and is very hungry for tittles because he is a young player. A very thought match for the finals. I can't decide still on who to bet for a winner.
