I have lost nearly $40,000 USD in the past month gambling on bustabit, primedice, and moneypot. You would think that I would have learned that I would have learned by know, but every time I have money in bitcoin, I want to gamble it. I even lost 10 bitcoin in one roll on primedice.

My advice is to not gambling on that kind of gambling who have provably fair. When you win $50,000 last month it's better to stop and gambling on another type of gambling, like sportsbook. So once if you made some profits, which you already made so you should have stopped by now and use that money for other purpose. On my side i choose gambling i dont have any trading skills till now get no profit when i trading but gambling is full of risk, but still choose on gambling  If you don't have trading skills then just buy small amounts whenever you feel prices are reasonable and sell when you make some profits. When you buy small quantities then you will try to monitor markets regularly and slowly you will get some knowledge on these trading.
