1881  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is bitcoin bear market over? on: August 20, 2022, 12:18:01 PM
As we can see on the current price movement, we go down to $21k already and this might continue up to the end of this week and maybe seeing $20k'ish at some point in time before the end of this month.

So we got the answers again, the bear market is not over and now I'm thinking that it's possible that the last lower lows of $17500 could be breach and we may be still looking at $15k. Hopefully the selling-off will cool down though and we could be just above $20k and not going down further.
The bear market is not yet over and not as very serious like some weeks back when it drop to the price of $17. I don't really really how much the price may drop to know but I know we are still in the bear market,  what is needful to do is to pay attention to the market and keep hodling till will go into the bull market.

Maybe yes and maybe not its really early to tell because we don't see the worst yet and there still many things to happen that may cost huge dump if there's big news to happen. And we need to prepare on any possibilities so that we will not miss any opportunity that can give us profit either the market dump or it will pump at that time.
1882  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: buying low and selling high on: August 20, 2022, 11:18:15 AM
If your main purpose is about doing practice then you should try trading with demo account. And if you want to make profits by this way you have to learn about trading and have proper experience in trading.
Maybe OP was just curious because his friend was like trying to make money but OP doesn't know the real risk about what his friend been doing. OP should at least learn the basics first since it seems like he wanted to try this kind of strategy although, it's not that easy when talking about trading since it does need someone to be ready whatever happens and I think his friend was using a signal to trade but it cost too much time and also you have to be patient of doing this.

Getting hype by his friends trading results is good start already for him to find information about what he want to do. But it really takes more time for newbies to earn decently since if they just do buy low and think about selling it at high price then maybe he cannot get what he expect especially if the market suddenly collapsed so I think much better if they read different stories or experiences from other trader because for sure they can learn a lot from this.
1883  Economy / Gambling / Re: DUELBITS ASK FOR KYC WHEN YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW YOUR EARNED PROFITS on: August 19, 2022, 10:31:22 PM
KYC can be asked for all sorts of reasons, we don't need to violate ToS to be asked for verification! Simple moving funds too fast you touch the AML policy and you can be asked for KYC! Anyway, it's not a big deal if someone is honest!
It's possible that he has made a mistake/violated part of the TOS so some accounts have to verify KYC early due to his alleged abuse or suspected account, but whatever the speculation of the main cause we should review the TOS again because he should have completed the KYC before making any withdrawals.
Obviously OP is just trolling here and don’t really have no problem with the site because he can’t give any proof for this and he has been accusing many sites already. KYC can always be ask and it’s stated very clear in all casinos because the casinos also want to protect their own interest and if they let those gamblers to withdraw big money easily then casinos might face bigger problem later on. KYC is still an issue here but eventually gamblers will get used to that especially if there’s a big money involve.

Actually KYC is not really an issue since by now this is normal thing to happen especially when a user try to withdraw a huge amount then a KYC procedure may ask for verification process or even if you have violation then casino ask this for also sort of verification so theres no really a big deal on this issue maybe op is just exaggerated about this that's why he post this out of his confusion towards the happening on his account.
1884  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Influence of "Paid" Streamers on Online gambling..... on: August 19, 2022, 12:28:54 PM
Most provably those famous streamers can influence the existing experience gamblers thru competition they input on their minds, they always project that gambling is fun and profitable especially when they show the highlights of their big gains since for sure many people will turn on their interest to follow what the streamers do and compete them to aim much bigger wins since this is pleasurable to other to see that they also win the same with their favorite streamer.
1885  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are candlestick patterns overrated? on: August 19, 2022, 11:14:35 AM
Ok so when i started with trading I try to learn so much about candlestick patterns but when i started looking at other traders on YouTube and even generally online I hardly see anyone even consider them while trading yeah they might look at color of candle but that's all. Specially those advance candlestick patterns like rising soldiers and all that, I don't even remember anyone even mention them once while trading or in any tutorial. So my question is for trading veterans here do they use it or is it really overrated thing which serve no purpose in real time trading?

It's not overrated maybe you are just expecting that you can get 100% result on what you are seeing. Candle stick is just a guide so maybe don't look at it as a money machine for you since even if you can see how the possible movement it will go base on the candle chart you see still there are chance that sudden price reversal will happen so be careful always on your trades and think always taking your profits and find another good position since this cycle is best to do on daily basis.
1886  Economy / Economics / Re: Most people more and more people depend from this on: August 18, 2022, 09:45:32 PM
Everyday we wake up and i ask is btc long or short.
Nowdays this is biggest question and most important one
We wake up morning we ask is the day gona be LONG or SHORT day
Many people asking thus everyday will be short or long and how short or how long will be long or short.
Before we go to bed we think isit going to be short or long if we leave position open for the night.

So yeah.

Why get bothered on your trades if you can relax and only see which position will you takes depends on how the market goes. Only people who think about it every minute or even at their sleep are new traders because maybe they do. Maybe they think how they can earn from time to time or on everyday basis. But if you are part time trader maybe you shouldn't leave your position at long if your not around watching because you might lose for sudden reversal.
1887  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 🖤 #LiveTheDream on: August 18, 2022, 11:32:43 AM

I guess he was trying to mention how volatility impacts BTC price which is common sense and basic knowledge. This is what makes these prediction contests so much fun since it's tough to tell who will win at any given point of time.
The volatility is part of Bitcoin and we can't handle it and these prediction contest are setup based on this fact only making it more fun and challenging for the members to participate and submit their prediction. It all depends on your luck and how can you speculate the market.Rest price could be in any range at the last.
By analyzing the price, we can guess where it will go so we can participate in the prediction contest and put the price we got from our previous analysis. But I agree with both of you about the difficulty of determining who will win in the end because we all don't know at what price bitcoin will come out. But as the prediction contest is free for all members here in this page has already made many members predict the price.

We can predict depends on how the market goes also what is the sentiments of the people on price outcome of bitcoin. Its difficult to spot the accurate price on given timeline and that adds the excitement of the contest especially if we see how volatile the market and all low figured and high prediction hit up as set deadline nearly comes.

1888  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it true that Satoshi Nakamoto has 1.1 million bitcoins ? on: August 18, 2022, 10:32:35 AM
I am curious, if Satoshi Nakamoto has 1.1 million bitcoin but he has not touched even a single bitcoin. This something interesting. Why Satoshi Nakamoto has not spent even a single Bitcoin ?

Can any one hack into his Wallet ?

There's a possibility he's bitcoin creator, but if you are worried about he will dump it anytime soon, well maybe this will not gonna happen since most provably we will see bitcoin prosper. Even if we don't know where Satoshi is but most provably he is happy now seeing that his creation change the world and maybe he will not let it die anytime since this could be a game changer economically in future.
1889  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM ALERT] Elaborate.live Scam Ponzi Project on: August 17, 2022, 11:27:57 PM

Found two other "active" websites with similar content:

Thanks. I've looked at these projects and I can see that the format of these sites is quite similar.
Of course, most of them are only active for 3 or 4 days and then they become a scam project.
If we all noticed they are using not-so-popular domains I have this feeling that they bought these domains in bulk so they can get a huge discount and using the same script over and over again, they cannot afford to spend a huge amount of money because they can easily get busted, so they run 3 days to several weeks or when they are on profit.
People should stick to the basics to avoid getting scammed,  avoid 5 to 10% and you will be safe and check the business model and see where they are getting their profit.

This maybe the real score happened to that so they can get it cheap as well they can create more back up sites once they shutdown the other when they are successful scamming their victims. This is repeatable scheme which they use for long years so we need to avoid this to evade getting scams by these type of scammers. Those platforms who promise to give returns without us exerting any efforts are 100% scam.
1890  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 17, 2022, 11:35:03 AM

Same here, if I would choose, I like Bradley Beal as he is more clutch compared to Mitchelle who is also a superstar. If a Jazz - Wizards trade would happen, I guess that's more fair as both teams will received a new superstar, and I believe that with Beal, Jazz will improve.

Mitchel was really pissed off when they were losing in the playoffs and it seems like he doesn't really fit with the team and he has the chance to continue his journey on the other team with new teammates. If he can find himself traded to the Wizards that would be a nice new beginning for him. he can really do something new where he will have the chance to prove everyone that he can actually make it to the NBA playoffs no matter where he is or if he is lucky enough, he can have some good team mates out there as well to help him win a championship. Anything can happen in this league, as long as you are playing like superstars, your chance is also higher than the others.

But if he fails to prove that he's really good addition to each team where he goes maybe he might became a journey man which continue to jump on different teams and lose his value. But its still good to try to find better team for him knowing that Utah is not aiming to win a championship next season so its really bad for him to stay because he's stats might really get affected when their organization doesn't have plan to win.
1891  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Street Selfie? Why all these crazy requirements in the name of KYC verification? on: August 17, 2022, 10:17:19 AM
I was browsing through the gambling board, and then I came across some member complaining about some casino that had requested for KYC verification which is OK but what was weird was the way they wanted the user to verify the account  Grin

Dear User,
We hope this email finds you well.
As part of our ongoing verification review of your account, you are kindly requested to submit further documentation to verify your identity.
1. A street selfie: A photo of your face with your government-issued ID (Passport or Driving Licence) and a newspaper in one hand, taken outside your building or street sign. Take a pen/marker and write Cloudbet and today's date on the newspaper and sign the newspaper below the word Cloudbet.
Please note all details. should be legible, including the building name or street sign.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Seriously, is this going to be the new trend in KYC verification?
Remember, back then, all that most services required were the front and back part of your ID or passport before they started asking for simple selfies.

Why would they need a street sign or building name?

Never heard such thing and I find it really weird since why would those people ask for street selfie? while selfie verification is enough already. Maybe they are hiding something and I find it suspicious since those people who ask that can use that street selfie to confuse other people and take advantage on some certain situation. So I bet we should ignore those people or platform asking this kind of requirement since its bit risky for us to comply those things.
1892  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in Casino tokens such as BFG, OWL or TFS on: August 16, 2022, 10:43:06 PM
This is interesting. I would love to see people investing these tokens giving updates here. I am also looking into BGF and Moonbet for a while now but am still hesitant due to the current market condition. Moonbet seemed to fail or maybe they can recover but Betfury casino is doing good.

The growth of these tokens is kind of limited though. Exchanges are starting to follow strict regulations in many countries. And correct me if I am wrong, but casino tokens cannot be easily accepted since they are kind of stocks. Will governments ask them to apply the tokens to their stock exchange?

While I am seeing great future in casino tokens but you are correct that it is not easily accepted. The nature of casinos will change with future innovations. But the most important thing is the utility or the usability. Every casino token has a community that uses it in real time and that is why it will become mainstream in the near future.
Betfury token is going good for now and still have great chmaces of maintaining it.
Hope you know that most of the casino token is not well understand and know. And especially be recognized to other casino gambling websites. So i understand that casino have more competition than some cryptocurrency altcoins token, because some the altcoins is not be valuable and you can not swamp it to any coin, so altcoins are like that. I understand that casino game is in group depending on the power and how advert of the platform team promotion
Most gambling platforms doesnt really make out hard advertisement when it comes into their token because they do know that it would really be just good for it to be used into their own platform nothingless.

They might do make out some announcement but mostly this isnt for the sake of funding the site but rather adding up some functionality or giving out options that they could able to make use on the platform itself.
It is one someones choice whether they would be putting some attention or emphasis on investing with these type of coins.

But if you see the current status of casino tokens most of them are not in good shape so maybe this tokens is really out created just to have fundings to their casino and most of them rely on their casino reputation. If they don't have plan to advertise which we mostly see then we can say that they really not good to hold since for sure the progress of those tokens will delay. I would rather be careful investing on this and casino token investments is not for short tempered person because provably it takes time before we can see the result on it.
1893  Other / Politics & Society / Re: High inflation is causing GLOBAL protests on: August 16, 2022, 12:13:19 PM
When inflation occurs, it automatically makes our expenses increase dramatically, if inflation increases but we do not have alternative income, we can be sure we will go bankrupt and sell assets, if all assets are up then we will experience many difficulties in life.

We need to find ways to have more income flow because if we just rely on our 9-5  then we might face difficulties in life because for sure we will heavily feel the inflation happening these days, then might same with other people we might join the protest to the government against this current high inflation rate happening these days.
1894  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be aware of private key thief’s on: August 16, 2022, 11:03:39 AM
1.) Be careful with people who introduce you to crypto currency because some of them might steal your keys and you will not know that is why we have plenty of cases were people funds go missing without a trace , and also be careful who you give your phone for those keeping there keys online saved in there email e.t.c that is why it has been advised to stop saving your keys and passwords online but people still fall victim be alert.

2.) when you  have a problem with an exchange don’t reply to people that chat you outside the exchange and start requesting you to fill forms , I learned and research a lots when it comes to security, seek coaching and do more research before perform transactions.
         BE ALERT

This is common things happening to newbies so they need to be aware on people's agenda especially if they don't know them personally, much better if they only go on proper person in charge if they encounter an issue so that they will be scam by random people hiding an agenda towards helping you. I guess newbies should know that anyone sent you a pm randomly is suspicious person so better ignore them to avoid such any unfortunate incident that might happen to them.
1895  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 🖤 #LiveTheDream on: August 14, 2022, 02:52:49 PM
I just noticed bitcasino.io doesn’t accept Lightning Network transactions as a way to deposit funds.
Does anyone know why this feature is missing? Are they going to implement it?
I must say that I noticed that also on other casinios, maybe there is a specific reason for this.

Maybe they didn't get much any demands toward this and so far if I'm not wrong no one talks about it that's why maybe they didn't see this as relevant feature to be added for now. But if more people will ask about this and more people discuss about good things by using the lightning network maybe bitcasino will adopt this knowing that they are truly listening to what their community like to see added on their casino.
1896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be open to any possibility on: August 14, 2022, 12:01:10 PM
Imagine me creating a topic in 2017 asking if doge coin can hit 0.70$ some day the answer would have been NO from almost everyone, what I have learnt from crypto projects is no matter how stupid a coin looks and you need to get out because its not doing fine always leave a bit behind, I sold all my doge coin 120k before 2021 bull market and left only 1067 Doge coin in my wallet, learn from my mistake.

This is common huge misconception made by newbies because they think what happen from the past might also happen in future and remember that there are so many shitcoins created that's why much better if you invest then take profit rather than believing such another story which is somehow impossible to happen on new tokens created. But if you can take a huge risk about doing that well its up for you to try if you want to figure out if you became rich or get broke in future.
1897  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos You're Playing That Are not On This Forum on: August 14, 2022, 10:50:06 AM
I can't say they are gambling sites because they call themselves as sport analytic skill based games so called fantasy sports which I tried few times but not really convinced with the results. Even though they keep it transparent but I don't believe they are completely transparent so I just stopped using them. Apart from the forum I never trusted any gambling sites for cryptos so I believe they are not completely legit.

I also have higher trust in casinos that could be found here. That simply means that they're being transparent as they keep updates on this forum. Transparency, being reputable and trustworthy are the characteristics of a good casino site, and their effort to show transparency here has a huge advantage to prove that they are worth our trust.

For cyrpto casinos, yes this forum is the best source to find which are the best or the most reliable casinos so we can play without any worry. Talking about playing in casinos that are not in this forum, basically it is fine as long as we know the risk and we may create a new topic in this board about that specific casinos. Perhaps some members in this forum know and have experiences playing in that casino we found outside this forum.

But its quite risky knowing that we might get ignore if we encounter an issue with them that's why I discourage anyone to play on casino which doesn't have thread posted here because this is our last option to go to warn other forum member about them if the selected casino will ignore us. But if someone has a lot of budget and want to explore new platforms will maybe that's alright and its up to them if they grab the risk.
1898  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Can Fail and Will Touch Be US $ 13k Dollar? on: August 13, 2022, 02:58:27 PM
Indeed, in the current crypto market situation anything can still happen. However I see it seems the price of bitcoin down to $13k seems difficult to happen. Moreover, in the last few weeks the price of bitcoin has started to be in the green zone where the price of bitcoin is trading again in the $24k-$23k price range.
Now it's even very close to $25K, but I see Bitcoin looking a little difficult to get past $25K last month as well as earlier this month.
I am still very confident and hopeful in Bitcoin where the price can pass $25K, do you think Bitcoin can pass that price this month or next month?
Because I would be very happy if it could happen and will try to keep it up until the end of this year.

There is a very good chance that bitcoin will cross $25k at some point as we are very close to it. In terms of the possibility of the price dropping to $13k as predicted by the OP, it seems very unlikely right now, and things seem to be trending in a positive direction.
Hopefully from now to the end of the year, we will see more new gains and a significant recovery of the market, although the market is always volatile and extremely unpredictable.

At current condition its really most unlikely to happen because we are now seeing some green lights on the market so most provably many speculators will not see any negative marks towards current condition also no fuds are now bothering that's why we can maybe expect that market will go stable or even have a series of pumping maybe at this quarter. If there will be more positive news will came maybe we can see the price of bitcoin fully recovers.
1899  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My 3060Ti build caused fire today on: August 13, 2022, 11:34:43 AM
Trying to safe pennies over quality will humble you few months or a year later when mining crypto, today I almost but down my house thank God I just went down to a store nearby, should have knew but I am sick with cough and catarrh so my nose is not working right.

Don't buy cheap risers
Don't buy cheap Pcie extender cables ( that's what I did ), in fact don't go cheap on your setup than buying cheap GPU, other parts are very important, that includes the power supply as well.

Aside for picking a quality hardware check also your cables if this one installed right by fully skilled electrical engineers or electrician. Also don't forget to do monthly maintenance by checking your lines so that you can avoid any such incident. Lastly maybe much better if you don't do mining at home since putting it there will give you huge risk about losing everything since imagine how devastating you experience today. Maybe this is good learning experience and bounce back again since for sure this is just a challenge for you.
Mining at home gives you a better monitoring chances right under your nose, you move the rig into your store or garage is more risky because you are in your room and your mining rig is in the garage, if a spark in the socket happens you won't quickly now until things start burning up.

That's why frequent maintenance should be done to make sure that your miners are in good condition and its better to separate it few meters to your house so that if there's something trouble that may cause fire to your units you can avoid getting more damage since your house is safe compare if you put it on one of your room where risk is so huge just like what happen to OP. The only key on that is proper maintenance and if you can do it daily much better since safety is important thing to make your money continuous flow on your rigs.
1900  Economy / Gambling / Re: DUELBITS ASK FOR KYC WHEN YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW YOUR EARNED PROFITS on: August 12, 2022, 11:34:57 PM
There is nothing wrong when the platform asks for KYC if needed, besides there is also a provision in their policy, if you don't want to share your KYC with them for government reasons it seems exaggerating. They will not share your KYC with anyone especially the government, they are also aware that doing so will destroy their policies as well, possibly just for account verification.

People is so exaggerated on stories about risk for providing their personal information and I think they are just over reacting on things they don't need to worry. Maybe they need to look for the reason first on why such things ask to them since this KYC will became normal since we are dealing money on the platform. And account verification normally happen so I guess OP is a total newbie that's why he posted nonsense thing about this casino.
