18842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What is the best coin to mine if you have free electricity and GPUs only on: January 14, 2015, 04:56:44 AM
Yes but what is the most profitable at the moment.
18843  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: CRYPTODOUBLE.COM - 100% PROFIT IN JUST 100 HOURS - 5% REFERRAL COMMISSION on: January 13, 2015, 04:40:17 AM
finally it stopped and now ponzis have sprouted like mushrooms.

I think the reason why is because many have lost alot of money on BTC/USD. They are scamming people now to make that money back.
18844  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: 1-2-3-PONZI, 3 Stages, 96hours , website live !! on: January 13, 2015, 04:39:34 AM
No I honestly think its the same person or basically a gang of people who all know what they are doing.

Why are there so many ponzi threads ? Because obviously newbies are sending their money and getting scammed.

The ponzi must be working and there will only be more and more threads like this

I am pretty sure the OP has a few fake accounts on BTCTalk and he keeps posting in his threads.

LOL! I am pretty sure this is the same guy thats running the other 11 ponzi scheme sites currently in the gambling section.

nah man, competition is high at the moment

Well good luck but you need to understand that eventually even if you pay some people, others will lose their hard earned money.

Some people bought BTC at $1000 or so. So even if you scam a small amount, they still lose money.
18847  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: NonScammingPonzi - 133% Return on: January 13, 2015, 04:35:14 AM
There really needs to be a mod here who can simply delete these topics instead of just locking them

Noticely designed website and all but its still a ponzi scheme. You might get paid once or twice but eventually you will be cleaned out.
18850  Other / Meta / Re: Because Marketplace>Gambling has become free Ponzi advertising land... on: January 13, 2015, 04:33:39 AM
Well people invested millions of dollars in ASICs which are losing them money. So the only way for some to make that money back is by scamming other people out of their BTC.
18851  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: TruthfulPonzi - 140% Return - Honest & Truthful on: January 13, 2015, 04:33:04 AM
WOW there are currently 12 ponzi scheme threads in the gambling section right now. All are currenctly active.
18852  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: CRYPTODOUBLE.COM - 100% PROFIT IN JUST 100 HOURS - 5% REFERRAL COMMISSION on: January 13, 2015, 04:32:19 AM
It most likely happened because people got greedy. Thats the root of all evil pretty much.
18853  Economy / Speculation / Re: Production cost will determine price on: January 13, 2015, 04:31:33 AM
Well I agree to some point but instead of decreasing the value of BTC. They should just decrease the block reward.
18854  Economy / Speculation / Re: What might the lowest possible price of Bitcoin be? on: January 13, 2015, 04:30:57 AM
This article says enough with all the blind optimism, given current conditions what is the lowest possible price?
http://www.thegreenminute.org/bitcoin.html

From this point of time it is $9. It cannot go lower than that. Unless something misplaces bitcoin, which is quite unlikely in current situations.

If price hits say $25, you can expect people to buy in hordes of bitcoin for a chance to become a millionaire sometimes in the future.

Yes but its still a very bad price. Even if it stabailises there. Imagine the amount of people losing money on mining rigs and ASICs
18855  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price breaching $3000 likely (my opinion) on: January 13, 2015, 04:30:18 AM
Are you sure you are looking at the chart not upside down? You should be saying its more likely to breach the $200
18856  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 13, 2015, 04:29:33 AM
Yes its going down crazy fast. I feel bad for taking profit too early.

At this rate, it will be below $200 in no time.
18857  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 12, 2015, 10:48:18 PM
@Sitarow: are those spreadsheet public? If not, can you make one for 200$ level? Thanks, a hell of a work you did.

I have included the two requested sheets in the document.

$200 USD @ $0.13 kwh

$200 USD @ $0.10 kwh

Shared document link. There is dedicated sheets for each hardware type and estimated difficulty return.

18858  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 12, 2015, 08:38:28 AM
Any word on when the ETF is likely to happen?

I think it was in the works but with the recent action, probably wont happen.

The ETF would have to buy the BTC and no ETF will want to buy something that will for sure lose value.
18859  Economy / Speculation / Re: [Trading Simulator] A fun and free Speculation Game [52 participants] on: January 12, 2015, 08:37:35 AM

18860  Economy / Speculation / Re: [POLL] Current market movement indicating rally ? on: January 12, 2015, 08:36:39 AM
No way does this indicate a rally. Every rally is just short covering. Basically short every bounce
