Please read the OP again. The OP is not referring to using BTC to pay taxes. On the other hand, OP is talking about whether you need to pay taxes on your revenues and profits from the trade of crypto-currencies or not. |

You are absolutely right. Handouts are not a permanent solution. What the poor needs is jobs. Agriculture is not a solution, since the availability of farmland is quite limited. So, they need to be trained for various blue collar jobs in order to earn a living. |

It is not a Russian bitcoin exchange. Although the owners are Russians (they were Russian citizens in 2011, not sure whether they still hold the Russian passport or not), the exchange was originally based in Kiev (Ukraine). But now they are based in Sofia, Bulgaria. |

The pharma and drug cartels have managed to convince the people that marijuana is something evil. That is not the case. It is even less harmful than legal substances such as alcohol and tobacco. So there is no point in banning it. |

These include corruption, crime, bureaucratic red tape.etc. So the educated elite from these nations always immigrate to the first world nations. Can't blame the first world nations for this brain drain, because they are not forcing anyone to immigrate. |
