1901  Economy / Economics / Re: huge crypto market correction incoming on: June 13, 2018, 11:25:52 PM
Correction is always a positive thing, yes for some people in the moment of going it is not, but be patient for the time. After that everything changed: price, popularity, taxes. These small thing that in general, gives you the picture of situation!
That post was written when the price of bitcoin was at the peak and it happened which we all saw and now there will not be any other bigger correction. The current up and down is the normal fluctuation in the price of bitcoin which will continue for sometime and after some time the price of bitcoin will again start to increase and again we will see another ATH in the price of bitcoin.
You are right that the original post was made when bitcoin price was very high but that also means that the poster's prediction has come to pass too. Also I do not know if this continuous fall is normal or not. It now is scary to me that bitcoin is red this day with nothing major to pull it up. It can still go down if we are still thinking it is correction.
1902  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will boost like a rocket after this Friday (Eid Festival Celebration) on: June 13, 2018, 10:09:33 PM
I thought bitcoin was Haram to the Muslims. OH, have they embraced this new money also now?
1903  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People move out from cryptocurrency! on: June 13, 2018, 09:19:25 PM
I got a story about my friend who leaved crypto world, this happens in late 2017 when market got pumped up he invest in bitcoin good amount of fiat then market cap dumped and he lose big amount of fiat:(Now he work on old job like he doing it in past :(I am very disappointed when things going wrong like this..
This is a pity. I feel for your friend. He is not the only that got burnt for buying bitcoin around that price last year. But they were all stupid that did. How can someone have bought bitcoin at that price. Well, that can discourage many out of cryptocurrency.
1904  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Panic selling. on: June 13, 2018, 07:10:20 PM
Panic selling is infinity. There is no way this can be stopped. Whether panic or not, people should be encouraged to sell or buy at any time they so want. It is not because people sell that affects the market. It is the large quantity they sell that dips the market. Market falls when supply is more than demand.
1905  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sell token too early on: June 13, 2018, 06:39:20 PM
As a Bounty hunter I once made a mistake by selling tokens from Bounty that I received in a small market for $ 250. After 20 days the price of tokens that I sell is worth $ 1200. So the conclusion if you want to wait you will get maximum results. Believe every ICO project will prepare a good market in the future.
This is not always true that you gain more profit if you wait after receiving tokens. No, sometimes the price comes crashing and you holding the tokens end up becoming the loser. This has happened to me more than in two occasions
1906  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how do you choose ICO ? on: June 13, 2018, 06:09:49 PM
All that you listed is still what almost everybody posting here will tell you. Kind of you knew the answers already. Let me add, buying into ICO is like crossing the rail tracks with eyes closed. It is a very big risk. Even those with great team and white paper still end up fraudulent.
1907  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think litecoin will lasts forever? on: June 13, 2018, 03:18:20 PM
I hope litecoin stays strong forever and not just lasting. It will not mean anything if a coin is there and not making any impact. The dogecoin is an example of this. It does not even look like the doge wants to appreciate any time soon. Am not sure anyone want Litecoin to be like that.
1908  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the problem of trust in projects? on: June 12, 2018, 08:04:23 PM
many people have already posted interesting things in this thread, I'm just going to add some things, well there are times that people behind ICO do not run away with investor money, but those same people who are behind ICO can not deliver what they promised to investors, spend months and years and nothing, the project does not walk. In the last months months I have seen some things that shocked me, the truth is that many people who are in the world of crypto and who create coins can not fulfill what they promise and this because to face the challenges of the real world is very difficult and will make it more difficult when governments impose regulation.
You are right bout the exception of icos that do not scam the people but this scamming stories on icos  is a worrisome one. People are right to talk about it too. Trust is big business whenever money is involved. And scam is opposite of trust. That is the way I like to say it.
1909  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Other cryptocurrencies follows same graph as bitcoin, what is your opinion? on: June 12, 2018, 03:49:13 PM
Don't know why it is so that altcoin prices always go down whenever bitcoin collapses. It should be that both go in the opposite direction. Atleast, this will enable traders buy altcoins whenever bitcoin is down.
1910  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC TO 1K$. on: June 12, 2018, 04:23:23 AM
Threads like this one does not help the community. It causes panic and further hurts bitcoin. I do not take them for anything, especially if the comments come from junior members who are not vast in Cryptos.
1911  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC WILL Go 5K . on: June 10, 2018, 06:56:19 PM
That drop a few hours ago scared the skin out of me. I do not know what could have caused it. Did the president of the central bank of Japan or someone else prominent die?
1912  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto market is drowning from tokens. on: June 08, 2018, 11:34:42 PM
There are two sides to this issue, the good side that can increase the number of liquidity in the overall market and attract new investors, companies and institutions. However, there is the bad side that increases the number of scams and cheats, so i hope that good side prevails and matches a big high.
I like this part of the side too. And I also believe no system is perfect in the world. That is what we see with so many Cryptos coming into the industry.. May be with time all that will be taken care of and the scam tokens sorted out.
1913  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tokens or Bitcoin? on: June 08, 2018, 06:59:11 PM
Your question is not clear. Do you mean doing a campaign that pays in bitcoin as against a campaign that pays with tokens? If that is what you mean, I think paying in tokens is more beneficial. But that would depend on the type of coin you are paid with and if it has real good price later in the future.
1914  Economy / Economics / Re: How much more fall is possible ? on: June 08, 2018, 05:53:28 PM
How much more fall is possible in price of bitcoins?
Except something realty baf happens now, I do not see bitcoin falling below this current level. It is resting on a major support line right now according to what analysis I read early this week from a telegram channel. And it has not seen any  disappointment since that call was made.
1915  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why the word PURSE not used a lot in cryptocurrency world than WALLET? on: June 08, 2018, 04:57:01 PM
This is because Purse is feminine while Wallet is masculine. Do not forget that the globe is a Man's World. Whether we admit it not, malechavenism rules the world.
1916  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Leaving Your Job is The Worst Idea on: June 08, 2018, 02:28:53 PM
Those who will want to stick to their day jobs and not leave it for cryptos are traders not making money trading. Once anyone begins to feel the smell of money and is profitable on trades, that person will leave their daily paid job at once. Who doesn't like financial independence.
1917  Economy / Economics / Re: Blockchain as a solution to inequality? on: June 08, 2018, 09:35:39 AM
I think the article is a piece of rubbish.
It's an article that promotes a certain project called Pool of Stake. The article talks more about solutions to blockchain inequality rather than using the blockchain itself to address inequality lmao. It's clickbait.

To answer the topic's question though: I seriously doubt it. It's an extremely tall order considering inequality is a problem as old as humanity itself. It's a social issue that cannot be addressed by simple software implementation. It could probably have micro effects on isolated fields though, depending on what it's used for.
This is why some members of bitcointalk have asked the admins to ban newbies from starting a thread. The newbies are guilty of sending clickbaits and spams here.
1918  Economy / Economics / Re: Blockchain as a solution to inequality? on: June 08, 2018, 07:40:27 AM
I think the article is a piece of rubbish. Nothing on this earth will ever end inequality, not even the big dreams we all have about bitcoin. Nothing. There will be poor people and as well as rich people forever to ever. Check your fingers, are they all equal, man?
1919  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bill Gate against investing into bitcoin? on: June 07, 2018, 06:18:02 PM
I recently read through the comments made by Bill Gate on bitcoin and other related cryptocurrencies (https://www.google.com.gh/amp/s/www.cnet.com/google-amp/news/microsoft-founder-bill-gates-would-bet-against-bitcoin/). From the comments he made, it is obvious that, Bill Gate is against investing into cryptocurrency. Critically appraising and analyzing how helpful bitcoin and other cryptocurrency are and base on the comments Bill Gate made, I don't see the reason why he is against cryptocurrency. Probably he might be having his own reasons of which I am not aware of. Can someone help as to why Bill Gate spoke against bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies?
Let Mr Gates invest in whatever company he likes and that will not be breaking any rules if he decides to skip Cryptos. After all I have not heard that he has investment in the porn industry.
1920  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading big and quick. on: June 07, 2018, 03:34:26 PM
Trading big and quick is good but at the same time bad. You get to feel good when the trade is moving in your direction but feel pressured when it happens the other way round. Only few trade this pattern and profit from it. Everything about trading is speculative and almost like a mild gambling. I did not say it is gambling but it is high risk like gambling.
