1901  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 200: Cormier vs. Jones 2 on: July 08, 2016, 03:02:45 PM
Oh for fuck sakes. I was ready to have some fun tonight with an exciting match. Even if i hate Jon Bones Jones I was giving him a win since its the most safe bet, but DC had real chances to kick his ass, DC is incredibly talented. This fucking cheater with the cocaine habit again. Fuck Jon Bones Jones.
1902  Other / Off-topic / Re: What will you do if you own 21 BTC? on: July 08, 2016, 02:46:14 PM
Everyone wants the 21 bitcoin dream, that's why it will become harder and harder overtime to reach the 21 bitcoin figure. I am hoping I can do it, I will never stop until I reach my 21 bitcoin goal, I will fight until the end for the dream figure Once I reach 21 bitcoin, I can finally take a vacation and rest for a while so I can stop reading bitcoin stuff for 24/7.
1903  Other / Archival / Re: Where you get Bitcoin ? on: July 08, 2016, 02:42:04 PM
Signature campaign is just a small extra for me, the one im currently at is nice, solid and always pays on time, the rate is decent so I can get about 0.2 at the end of the month, not much but it's something. I get most of it buying it anyway.

Something is better then nothing, 0.2 per month is a good amount to earn, and if you save it without spending then you can hold 1 btc in 5 months which is a descent amount to earn in this specific duration.

Indeed, it's a good bonus, but if you want to have a good portfolio, you need to buy too, otherwise with signature campaigns you stock up too slowly. I want to reach 21 BTC before its too late, and the higher BTC goes the hardest it becomes to stack up more..

1905  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: July 07, 2016, 06:28:13 PM
If gambling is a massive problem for you, you don't have any other chances but to quit for good and never play ever again I think some people just can't never do casual gambling because the casual gambling always end up leaning towards a more aggressive gambling, until you fall to addiction again, so the best thing you can do is to simply stop gambling forever. It sounds very hard at first but it can be done.

If you are not a real addict you can stop gambling for a while and the come back in a more casual way.
1906  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Euro 2016 on: July 07, 2016, 06:25:24 PM
Crisitano Ronaldo did great in the Wales match and I think this is what he needed to become motivated in the nationa lteam amtches. I think now Portugal has a big chance to win the Eurocup, so I might give them a win, but France and Germany are top teams too so its very thought call.
1907  Economy / Economics / Re: panic selling on: July 07, 2016, 06:05:19 PM
Looks like a either a bunch of idiots are panic selling or a big whale is taking a big dump to create fomo and shake cheap hands, then buy back in hard at a discount before the mega halving pump, which will probably happen a big after the halving and not the same day.
1908  Other / Off-topic / Re: What will you do if you own 21 BTC? on: July 07, 2016, 05:58:21 PM
In 10 years anyone selling 21 Bitcoin now will regret really, really badly and may even have suicidal thoughts about it, so I would advice against selling. Just hold 21 BTC long term 10+ years, and beyond 21, you start gambling, trading, or whatever you want. But I think 21 BTC is an excellent long term position that you just cannot lose for quick bucks.
1909  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This guy is trying to Perianne the airlines!!!! on: July 07, 2016, 05:56:19 PM
All those "blockchain" promoters and usually altcoin promoters know, don't know jack shit about the actual technology. Anyone that understands the technology would be promoting Bitcoin instead of "blockchain" or any of those stupid ass alts, including Bitcoin Classic.

I hate people that just want to make a quick buck and don't care about Bitcoin as a censorship resistant tool.
1910  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is Max amount of btc once you own? on: July 07, 2016, 05:54:50 PM
I had 80btc years ago that I sold on trade hill for around $2 each

likewise with LTC, had 18000 that I mined from day one and sold for around $150  Shocked
Wow that must be so damn efuriating. I have never been near 80. I have been in 2 figures and now im trying to get back to it because I was an idiot and tried to short Bitcoin instead of holding and just ended up losing money.
1911  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reponse to Roger Ver's "Time to End the Block-Size Blockade" essay on: July 07, 2016, 05:36:59 PM
Bitcoin is dead as we know it if you raise the block size. The node count as we have it now is low already at around 5000. If you double this, you can expect a lot of the widespread % to decrease. Even if the total node count went up, the system would be more centralized if specialized services for running nodes arise. Bitcoin is just fucking dead as a censorship resistant tool if guys like Roger Ver were to call the shoots. Lucky it seems we are still safe with Core team., but im tired of the idiots that still shill Bitcoin Classic and the rest of crap.
1912  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Euro 2016 on: July 06, 2016, 12:23:34 PM
It will be a very interesting match tonight. It's always fun to see people that play in the same team play against each other in different teams. Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale are friends and always do a good job together in the field so tonite it will be interesting to see how they fight against each other for some goals.
1913  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are the Goys of Summer driving up the price? on: July 06, 2016, 12:21:27 PM
I think the price will go up a lot in the coming weeks. Maybe not instantly after halving but we will see the beginnings of an uptrend. Of course there are a lot of idiots that will lose their position since a correction is predictable too, but a lot of people will not be able to buy back to have a good position for the uptrend.

I can see massive bail ins happening the next years when a lot of european countries can't pay for shit anymore. This is also a very bullish scenario.
1914  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: July 06, 2016, 12:06:50 PM
I wish that I could be a "Profesional poster" and life off the signature campaign gains, maybe in some country where living is really cheap, but not even that way it would be enough to pay for monthly expenses. I don't see any way to quit my job so im stuck with working 9 to 5 if I want to keep buying bitcoins monthly and have a decent place to live. Sig campaigns just dont pay enough and I can't start my own business now, too risky.
1915  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: July 06, 2016, 12:01:15 PM
Once we reach 10000, the volume will be big enough to sustain bill sellouts, so the price might recover very fast and keep climbing, so all those people that sell at 10000 thinking they are making the deal of their life, will cry in regret as they see the price continues climbing to 100k+.
1916  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Bitcoin blockchain on: July 06, 2016, 11:58:18 AM
Is Thether what is on Poloniex listed as USDT? I saw some threads on this and I was considering it since it seems it's the only anonymous way to go in and out of BTC to play a bit in the market with the ups and downs, without having to give all your data since when you want to deal with fiat they ask about all that extra data, and I don't trust the exchanges to give them a scan id and shit, so USDT seems like a cool solution, but im a bit paranoid that it would fail, since I remember NuBits tried something similar and I think it was a disaster.
1917  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EU proposes stricter rules on Bitcoin on: July 06, 2016, 11:51:40 AM
It'sn ews like this that shows us the importance of holding. When they start seeing Bitcoin as an enemy is when price will start going up because they know that people will move their money on Bitcoin once the global bail ins start in the next year or two as a lot of countries start needing extra money to pay for stuff, and of course the lower-middle class will pay with their small savings.
1918  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fiat paper 'Money' tethered to Cryptocurrency- Revolution ! on: July 06, 2016, 11:38:05 AM
I think everyone should use bitcoin, regardless of political boundaries.   It's what ties everyone together,  from me to some shithead scammer living in a dirt floor whorehouse in Africa.   This is what I like.   Governments should stay the fuck out.

But I think you are delusional if you think that governments are going to simply give up on their monetary control and just use Bitcoin. Governments love to have control over their own monetary supply so that would disappear if they use Bitcoin.
1919  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Euro 2016 on: July 05, 2016, 12:03:02 PM
Iceland did a great job but in my opinion they had a bit of luck to get this far. On the other hand Spain was looking solid and suddenly got outplayed by Italy. So that is one favorite that is no longer in the championship.

My remaining favorites are Italy, Germany and France.
1920  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 200: Cormier vs. Jones 2 on: July 05, 2016, 11:58:41 AM
Brock Lesnar lacks serious experience in the professional circuit, he is just a WWE actor, that's not real fighting, Mark Hunt has more experience in the octagon. I think Brock Lesnar has to rely on his huge muscles and wrestling skills to try to neutralize Mark Hunt, or he may get knocked out quick.
