1901  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your NBA Champion this season? on: June 12, 2022, 11:23:11 PM
This is a great opportunity for the Warriors to take the lead in the series if they will win. So if game 4 is crucial for them, then game 5 will be the pressure game because it will be on their home court and in game 1 the Celtics was able to win and get the home court advantage.

Golden State Warriors must force a win on Game 5 as much as possible. They should put all their best here as going back to the TD Garden behind a 2-3 deficit is a big problem as the Celtics will aggressively finish the series at their home in Game 6 if they will be able to snatch another win at the Chase Center next game.

Even though this series is not just about homecourt advantage or disadvantage, a win on the home brings more hyped to the crowd. Celtics might become more aggressive in Game 5 as they want to return home with a 3-2 lead. If ever it happened, they will now have a chance to celebrate their championship at their homecourt, TD Garden.
1902  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Crawford vs Spence on: June 12, 2022, 10:44:09 PM
when Crawford beat Porter the boxing community is quick to react that Spence is in trouble if they fought, now that Spence beat Ugas the boxing community thinks he could beat Crawford anytime, the bottom line is they really need to fight to resolve this issue.

I can't recall anything that most boxing fans think that Spence is in trouble when Crawford beats Porter while on the other hand, Crawford can be beaten by Spence because the latter dominated Yordenis Ugas.

When Crawford beats Porter, the impression is, he shows a lack of strength and agility compare to his usual. During that fight, Crawford is struggling in the early round to get in his momentum which is supposed to be not a problem facing Porter. Although later on, Crawford won.

When Spence beat Ugas, the impression is, he is getting better and better in his fight since the accident. And as I mentioned about the impression to Crawford after he beats Porter, some analyst says Spence might have the upper edge against Crawford referring to the latter's performance during the fight against Porter.

My pick: Golden State Warriors +4

No analysis. I can't imagine lang na matalo ng 2 sunod ang Golden State Warriors. If mangyari man yan, advanced congratulations sa Boston Celtics for winning the NBA Title. Bounce back is necessary and for sure gagawin ng lahat ng Warriors para ma-even ang series pagbalik sa home arena sa Chase Center.

Curry is cleared to play and I hope di lang sya ang mag step-up sa game mamaya.

Actually, Celtics +1 ako dito sa amin and panalo na ako mamaya pag nanalo sila lol. Pero on the betting side, tingin ko kasi talaga mag bounce back ang Warriors.
1904  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports Betting vs Online Casino Games: Which do you prefer? on: June 10, 2022, 11:59:27 PM

I don't understand how your friend ended up abandoning sports betting. You said that he is crazy about sports betting before therefore I'm expecting by now that he already has a good experience in doing it and his knowledge about sports betting is now on the highest level as he is crazy in the first place.

Then that thing changed because he is now playing online casino games?

What changes you are pointing out here that your friend discovers in casino games that overcome his bad experience in sports betting?

About profits?
About the probability of winning?
About the convenience?
About the difficulties?
About everything and etc.

I'm sure the most situation we can see is that gambler shifts from playing online casinos to sports betting and not the other way around.

Well, just my observation though. Smiley
1905  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Crawford vs Spence on: June 09, 2022, 11:59:53 PM
I agree, Crawford is still in his prime at age of 34 and will turn 35 this September. He can still be lethal in the ring and Spence definitely knew that. Crawford managed to close the fight against Porter in just 10 rounds with referee stoppage while Spence ended the fight with full 12 rounds and won by a split decision.

Age shouldn't be a factor between Terence Crawford and Errol Spence. It's not that we are talking about a 10 years age gap here.

Both boxers are still fierce at this age although at some analyst, Crawford seems to slow down after seeing his last fight.

Regardless, Crawford is really eyeing to face Spence for a long time. That excitement and interest for long will lead to awaken his usual fierce as Spence is one of his target to beat. It's like he will be more pumped to face Errol Spence as beating this guy will make him the undisputed champion in the Welterweight division.
1906  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Mark Magsayo vs Rey Vargas WBC Featherweight Title (July 9) on: June 09, 2022, 11:58:07 PM
Both are still undefeated champions in their records but different Magsayo has to defend his title otherwise he will lose the title and 1 record loss in his boxing history, Magsayo has to prepare the remaining time for hard training because he faced Rey Vagas with boxer history without defeat, so whatever the result will damage the reputation of the undisputed champion of one career boxer to one record defeat and I don't think the match will end in a draw.

Magsayo already understands the stake in this fight. Since this will be his first title defense as a WBC Featherweight Champion, I'm sure he's not even pressured but rather excited about this match. He is surely preparing for some strategies he can use in that fight.

Vargas is a good pick for this title defense. One of the best in Magsayo's league. I hope the fight will be close and be decided in a Knock Out win.

That was more entertaining to watch although others like a dominant performance by Magsayo to have a convincing win.
1907  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: June 09, 2022, 11:46:46 PM
For me, That's a bad idea why he should quit PBA? Because of a losing streak? No that's a part of the game maybe last season they failed but this season there has a chance and we all know that young paras is very useful in terms of defense he is good at that role. But if he's decision is going to quit then go for actor then it's good for him because all the decision is in him. All I can say for young paras in his career is that (IT'S TO EARLY TO RETIRE.)

You have to remember that basketball is not really become a "career" for Andre Paras. He was exposed to showbiz and entertainment for many years making basketball become just a hobby for him or not totally played for long because of his hectic schedule. It's difficult to get back in shape even though he is still young if he's not used already to doing it. PBA is not a joke and can't be compared to the usual local leagues. Players here should always be versatile and agile to keep up with the competition.

And salary-wise, he is getting more "money" from his continuous showbiz projects overall than what he is getting as a player. That's a fact. Smiley

My pick: Golden State Warriors +3.5

Dito sa Game 3 parang di applicaple mag-rely sa analysis. More on hulanysis to dahil tie ang series. Kumbaga self-preference na lang to. Mas madali pumili kapag fan ka of either of the team kaso sa case ko, wala e lol. 20 minutes before the tip-off. Kapag Finals talaga mahaba resting period pag magpalit ng homecourt. East to West ba naman ang biyahe nila e.
1909  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo vs Golovkin 3 (September 17) on: June 07, 2022, 11:59:39 PM
Canelo's image now is not that good anymore because Bivol really did some scratch on his record, after being the pound-for-pound king and an undisputed boxer, he lost by a UD.

Not that totally damaged but Canelo can still regain that status. He is still in his prime years after all.

After the Canelo vs GGG trilogy, it was reported that he will go to Bivol next for the rematch. Unfortunately, Bivol seems not interested in the rematch as he claimed he want more title than a rematch. Hopefully, if Canelo will able to win against GGG, that might push Bivol to consider a rematch with Canelo.

But before that, Canelo needs to settle first the chapter between him and GGG. A chapter that until now, no clear winner that's why a trilogy is necessary.
1910  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: June 07, 2022, 11:55:20 PM

I'm not sure if Nonito Donaire will still come back to boxing at this point of his career. If I remember it right when he loses to Naoya Inoue in their first match, his confidence breaks down to the point that he thinks, he has done in boxing.

He worked on gaining his confidence again by taking another match, which was against the former WBC Bantamweight Champion Nordine Oubaali on which he won via Technical Knock Out just in the 3rd round. That win slowly builds his strong confidence that he still got that strong punch that can knock out anyone. Then next, he takes the much younger and undefeated Gaballo and again, he wins via Knock Out in 3rd round too.

With this another loss to his long-time target, maybe Nonito Donaire is currently thinking of hanging his gloves now. It's only Naoya Inoue and Paul Butler who holds the title. Naoya Inoue will surely unify all the bantamweight titles.
1911  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: taking out a loan for a sports bet on: June 07, 2022, 11:44:43 PM
It would be incredibly difficult to get a loan if your purpose is to gamble with that money, almost no bank would be willing to give that money away unless you were a profitable gambler and you knew the one at the top of the bank from which you were asking the loan,

As far as my experience in associating with banks, there's no such thing as even if you are a profitable gambler, you can get an approved loan by the banks. That's not how banking loans work. For the first-time borrowers, clients need to pass all the credentials and requirements that banks asked them to do so. It's a hassle but for another loan attempt and the credit score is good, banks will be the ones now to offer the loan to that client.

For the loan amount mentioned in the topic, I think OP is just trolling here. OP really concerned about the loan without thinking if the information is really legit which I doubt it is even though there's inside information about a possible rigged game.

It's not that simple to execute rigged games.
1912  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: June 07, 2022, 01:17:17 PM

Naoya Inoue knocked out Nonito Donaire in two rounds.

That was unexpected. We know Naoya Inoue has the upper hand in this fight but like everyone else, I was surprised too that this match ended early. I thought the fight will be decided in late round Knock Out or Decision. Lots of punches that Inoue was able to connect crashing Donaire's defense and eventually a fatal punch that send the Filipino Flash into the canvass. I really never expect that Donaire will lose via 2nd Round Knock-Out. Maybe it ended up in Decision, that makes sense.

Should he hang his gloves now? I see no reason why he should continue now. I mean, not just with the age but he will go back again to climb the ladder. That will take 1-2 years again he can take a shot again at a title match. He's now catching the retirement period.
1913  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA Finals 2022 - Warriors vs Celtics. on: June 06, 2022, 11:59:09 PM
I've been talking with my coworkers about the NBA Finals, and pretty much everyone has said that the Warriors can turn the games and will win this finals.
Does anyone else believe that the Warriors can go 4-1 or even 4-2 and become NBA champions again?

Or is there still any hope for Celtics!!? What is your opinion on this, guys!?

No one knows. Until we didn't see the final result, the Boston Celtics always have the chance.

4-1 or 4-2 is the best logical guess that everyone is mentioning knowing how large the gap is between the Celtics and Warriors in terms of what they showed during the playoffs. It's understandable though but in the Finals, the ball is round.

Hard to speculate honestly especially betting on a per-game basis. I suggest just going with the flow.
1914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: taking out a loan for a sports bet on: June 06, 2022, 11:55:58 PM
Where would you be seeking this loan from? No one on here would loan you that amount without adequate collateral. I also doubt any bank will give a loan of that size without collateral.

Let's assume you got this loan though, and the team you bet on didn't cover for you. What then?

Then OP is surely fuc*ed up.

That's why I mentioned first that, don't mind the information that OP got even how reliable is it because, in the event of loss, that will be big trouble. Going all-in is not a good idea especially if the bet amount on risks came from a loan.

And to be eligible for that big amount as a loan, OP needs to have good credentials. No lending company nor banks will just release that kind of big money. Even rich people are having difficulty getting that loan amount.
1915  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo vs Golovkin 3 (September 17) on: June 06, 2022, 11:51:53 PM
This could have happened before the Bivol fight, but then again they are afraid Canelo might lost to GGG in a trilogy and their chance to take a shot on Bivol might gone.
Well, what else can we expect, sports industry is more of a business now than an actual sport.
GGG is now 40, but I think he still have enough left in his tank to beat Canelo or bring the fight as close as possible.

I think even way back after years since the rematch of Canelo and GGG, the former didn't show any interest to fight for a trilogy claiming he clearly won all the fights and he will just follow his timeline in the journey of getting more belts at the Cruiserweight Division.

Since there's a big money involved in that trilogy, maybe that is one of the reasons why Canelo suddenly change his decision and decide to fight GGG for the last time to finally shut up the doubts of anyone. Since the challenged Bivol first, the trilogy was set to happen in September regardless if he will lose to Bivol.

Fortunately, GGG was able to win against Murata because I think the trilogy against Canelo is totally non-sense now if GGG loses against Murata.
1916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your NBA Champion this season? on: June 06, 2022, 11:46:24 PM
Looking at the play of Celtics starting the 3rd quarter up to the end, they looked that they're not the Celtics that we saw on game 1.

It's because Golden State Warriors were able to limit the Celtics' rally and make sure that their mistake in Game 1 won't repeat again. The Warriors successfully managed to stop what Celtics are trying to do again and make sure that they won't blew again another big lead.

We know teams are always adjusting after a loss. Surely in Game 3, the Celtics will make some adjustments over adjustments on their gameplay and make sure to have the Warriors suffer a loss on their homecourt.

It will be hard for the Celtics to return to Chase Center behind a 1-3 deficit that's why it's necessary to have at least 1 win on their homecourt or much better, win all those home games.
1917  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Profitable are Gambling Bots? on: June 06, 2022, 11:41:36 PM
Have you ever tried to use the autobet on some gambling websites or have you successfully used third-party bot scripts for betting on sites where it is allowed? Did the bots win?

In my knowledge, bots will just follow the algorithm and set of commands that the users will set.

I don't see how it will increase the chance of winning for those who are using it when in fact, it's just the same as using an auto-bet feature of a site. There are lots of bot scripts spammed before here that claim profitable but few of them or should I say none of those are really effective as no good reviews were established.

And besides, we can't beat the house in the long run so it seems using bots are useless unless there's no auto betting feature on that site.
1918  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: June 06, 2022, 11:35:51 PM

I just learned that the winner of this rematch between Naoya Inoue and Nonito Donaire might face the new WBO Champion, Paul Butler.

Yes, because they want to unify all the belts and Butler happen to have the WBO, (in which Casimero used to hold).

I thought Inoue will move up weight now if ever he will beat Donaire at their rematch and won't bother to unify the title that Butler holds. I believed I encounter an article regarding that Naoya Inoue's plan.

Well then, moving forward, it's already expected that we can see decent odds for Nonito Donaire to win the match. I'm also considering placing a bet for him to support the Filipino Flash. It's good that while supporting someone, we are also enjoying good odds as a bettor.

Time flies really fast. It looks like the match was just recently announced and now only a few days of waiting before we can see them clash again. All the advantages including the home arena were on Inoue's side. This is really a big upset if Donaire will beat the Japanese monster. It will send some shockwave news around the boxing community world.
1919  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season - Finals on: June 06, 2022, 11:28:28 PM
Too bad but I was right, referees directly affected the outcome of second game. In first half they made stupid calls and no calls, ignoring travels, techs etc. Draymond shouldn't be in the court after his first tech. They had to make a move to avoid any surprises. Because in finals none of the teams can make a comeback after 0-2 loss. This series will go to at least sixth game, it's obvious now.
Boston had too many turnovers, they could've played better if they were focused on the game. In third quarter they had a breakdown and gave up the fight. Now it will be harder for them because I don't think they can win both games at home. Tatum should be more productive.

There might be some cases of wrong officiating or questionable calls but the core problem of why the Boston Celtics lose is a) they lack offensive power, in the end, failed short, and b) the Warriors make sure to keep the phase favored to them until the last seconds - momentum.

We have seen how the Boston Celtics crashed their momentum when the Warriors are now doing some continuous shooting streaks. Different from what they have shown during Game 1 that even behind a large lead, they focused on the rally and eventually win.

With that loss, I'm sure the Celtics already know what's the problem. A bounce back is always possible.
1920  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Something Like This Happen To You on: June 05, 2022, 11:59:39 PM
I'm sometimes tempted to continue but I know you cannot beat the house, so most of the time I just call it a day and just wished that tomorrow or next time it's my lucky day. What about you what's your take.

If it's gambling in a casino, I'm doing it based on what I feel on that day. I admit I sometimes chase loss and still continue. I will call it a day once I think everything is not looking good already.

If it's about gambling in sports betting, I'm doing it regardless of what I feel on that day because generally, sports betting is my main forte. I love the sports that I'm placing my bet on.

As long as we know the risks we're dealing with, should be no problem in the event of a loss.
