1901  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HOW TO KNOW THE IDENTITY OF ALL ICO SCAMMERS on: May 04, 2019, 09:20:19 AM
I woke up this morning and just wondering how i can be of assistance in this race of making the ICO clean, because ICO is not what is bad, the scam being done is what is making ICO bad.

So let us pick it from this point, a scammer draft a whitepaper to get people's attention, innocent investors pays money to the scammers through Ethereum address, the scammer gets the transfer into his own wallet, he then transfers it to another wallet on a local exchange that will convert it to FIAT and transfer it to the scammer's traditional account.

What if we trace it from here, at least the account was transferred to a wallet, Local exchanges should be able to scan through their database to see the bank the scammer transferred the money to when he requested for withdrawal, at least investors knows the address they transferred the money to, which can be disclosed to exchanges to use for further research.

To make my point clearer, let me use an example, MR JOHH has ETH in is abc123 wallet, i asked MR JOHN to transfer money to my account from his address, the token from MR JOHN abc123 wallet landed in my wallet address abc700, and then i transferred it to the wallet address of my local exchange abc800 which is LUNO to chnage to FIAT and transfer to my account, LUNO should be able to trace my details to my bank since they have my KYC done already and since the receiving bank too has the details. i.e abc123 to abc700 to abc800 to scammer bank, bank to be contacted throug legal means to disclose the scammer information for authority to use.

And there's not just single currency involved. They do convert it into different currencies specially through instant exchanges that doesn't require an account like shapeshift and convert them online into other form of digital fiat currencies. They would avoid bank as much as possible and for larger sums would use offshore tax heavens to whiten the money.
1902  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Building an P2P gambling thread on bitcointalk on: May 04, 2019, 09:17:18 AM
Hey I am interested in building a P2P gambling thread on bitcointalk but as my merit is not good I need a sr member help.If you can help we can share the revenue what we will get from the thread

P2P gambling would be a fun. And as you said, it would get much attraction if an experienced and trusted member started it and act as an escrow.
There should be a provably fair method to reveal the outcome. Though it would be a slow process, there much fun in dealing with real person.
1903  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which one is favourite bounty in 2019?? on: May 04, 2019, 07:58:56 AM
I'm now with Bitvest bounty and I'm happy with it.
I don't have to wait till the ICO ends, I can withdraw from it whenever I want.
I get paid every week in my bitcoin wallet and spend it instantly anywhere.
Thought the initial payment are low, regular users get increased payments.
The campaign still have some slots left for users in it's Tier E.
1904  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any casinos that have a 0% house edge? on: May 04, 2019, 07:39:06 AM
No casino can provide a 0% house edge forever. The house edge is the profit tool for casinos.
Most of the casino provides around 1% of house edge in most games. There are some casinos providing lower.
999dice is a popular dice site that operates in just 0.1% house edge.
1905  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best decentralized social network based on Blockchain tech? on: May 04, 2019, 01:58:16 AM
Steemit claims to be a dapp on steem blockchain. But the company has a wide control over the contents and accounts and at some point multiple users were hacked and steem tokens stolen. Whatever way they may be on blockchain, they are not satisfying anything people could aspect from a blockchain based social network.
1906  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Now FREE to JOIN] IPL 2019 Prediction Pool and discussion on: May 03, 2019, 05:57:51 PM
Finally good job by Sam Curran for Punjab. Mainly last over was fantastic. At last Punjab able to achieve 183 runs. And now I think winning chance is fifty fifty. If KKR will loss wicket early then can lost the match.

As predicted, it's an easy win for Kolkata Knight Riders. Punjab never were in a competition.
With the win of Knight Riders, the formation of top 4 is going to be even more difficult to predict specially for the fourth place.
1907  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IS CRYPTO MINING WORTH ? on: May 03, 2019, 05:44:52 PM
Hello , i want to know if mining is worth it and what are the best cryptos to mine ?
What kind of hardware is worth to buy with a minimum budget, I've done some research online but the numbers are not the same , any suggestions would be good.

It depends on what you mine and where you mine. Depends on the cost of electricity, equipment and maintenance.
If you reside in a country with cheap electricity, you can order a number of miners and start making profit from it.
Some algo and new coins still could be mined from gpu.
1908  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Regulating bodies on: May 03, 2019, 04:01:21 PM
Online gambling is very popular nowadays, specially those who also uses crypto for playing. With this popularity, there's ton of gambling sites/operators available. But the problem is who to trust? who plays fair and pays fair?

Are there any regulating bodies that verifies, rates, and promotes gambling sites that is genuinely fair to its customers? Not just on fair plays but also gambling sites that protects its customers identity etc. Thank you.

There are no such thing as regulating bodies that can forcefully implement anything.
There are individual reviewers and comparisons but they too shouldn't be fully trusted as they might be doing paid promotions.
Some good individuals of this forum has created several thread to compare different types of gambling site, it would be a much better and neutral view than found on any other websites.
1909  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency wallet with interest on: May 03, 2019, 03:58:02 PM
Another way of earning Bitcoin with your own Bitcoins is to invest them in a bankroll of gambling site. There are a few gambling sites that offers it's users to invest in bankroll and the profit on such investment in long run are generally greater than that of a interest provided by the bank.
1910  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting analysis things on: May 03, 2019, 03:55:47 PM
For football
https://www.11v11.com/

Check the current table for league games. Be sure if the ground is home or away.
Look at their last 10 match results on home and away. Look at their 5 previous meetings.
This way you'll get a general idea which team would be a better bet.
1911  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto is working among us. In Crypto. on: May 03, 2019, 01:10:49 PM
BTCSatoshi Nakamoto is working among usBTC

This post is not focused on revealing the real identity of Satoshi Nakamoto. Nor does it say whether he is an American / Japanese citizen.
If what you are looking for are mere speculations about "which" human is Satoshi, this post is not for you.

Special thanks to R.A. - J.M. - O.K. - A.P.  - C.G - M.S.

What this post is going to relieve is the pseudonym (or one of the many) that Satoshi Nakamoto currently uses.
The story of the hero who disappears leaving wisdom behind is charming, but it is not real. Satoshi continues to work and developing (thanks lord) inside the crypto-world. His most recent work focuses on one of the pillars of what he considers fundamental, decentralization.

Its goal is to achieve an ecosystem that is self-regulated, self-balanced and self-financed. It is a fully decentralized and democratic ecosystem in which all the participants have the power to decide and vote, not just the dominant members of it.

This investigation is based on tons of hours of working, researching, asking, investigating and connecting with the right people and keeping confidential all the information provided. It is a work of almost three years with a group of 9 people with more than 17 years experience in the field.

If you have read this far, it is because you are interested in knowing "What is he doing?" Over "Who is he?".

His pseudonym is Dexaran. Under this pseudonym, he is responsible for Ethereum-CommonWealth, creator of an ERC standard and the Co-Founder of Callisto.Network (CLO).

His teammates denied the relationship between Dexaran-Satoshi and or automatically blocked all communications at the time of asking them some questions about it. Only one person inside Callisto.Network spoke with us and confirmed "his similarities."

Meanwhile, in the shadows, Satoshi Nakamoto aka Dexaran continues to focus on creating a new rule-changing system.

R.T.T.

Satoshi Nakamoto would never work with such frauds. And this forum is not a place to spread such misguiding information.
I can't be sure about Dexaran or the Callisto.Network and their involvement in this fraud but anyone spreading this fake information should be treated with extreme caution.
1912  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Strategy to overcome losses .. on: May 03, 2019, 01:02:07 PM
Set your limits. Limits to win. Limits to play. Limits to lose.
If you have a pre planned course and stick with it, you will overcome any losses you had in future due to lack of discipline.
Martingale will never make you mitigate your loss. Everytime you overcome your loss, you'd go on to place a much larger bet to lose more.
1913  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Germany's First STO - Your thoughts? on: May 03, 2019, 12:54:50 PM
Bitbond has been a leader in P2P loans for quite a time but like every other p2p sites, they faced many problems specially from the borrowers due to the fluctuation of price of bitcoin. If you visit the site now, there are no listings. Either they are shifting their strategy from P2P lending to some other financial strategy or it's just another exit scam.
1914  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum goes to the top! on: May 03, 2019, 12:40:56 PM
i don't think so many coins left Ethereum blockchain and they moved
to TRON or BINANCE blockchain or even they create there own blockchain
i think ETH will lost more and more support and of course the price will fall maybe
even to 0.01 BTC or less
There is just no improvement yet for now for ethereum blockchain and that makes ethereum price is just following market and Bitcoin price, soon there will be implementation of Casper (I'm sure) and ethereum can gain more value toward Bitcoin than today.

Though many popular ethereum token swaped themselves to their own blockchain, there's still no competition in side chain platform as 99% of tokens are still issued in Ethereum blockchain. Even in the time of slow development, new side chain could come anywhere near to Ethereum. Ethereum would be one of the leader on next bull run.
1915  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When you start crypto gambling? on: May 03, 2019, 12:36:28 PM
It was in 2015 I remember and I was into sports betting a lot. Nitrogensports was my choice of bookie. Won some impressive games to become greedy and lose it all on a few games of big tennis stars. Though any loses had not made me fed up with gambling, to be exact it further increased my appetite for gambling.
1916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Now FREE to JOIN] IPL 2019 Prediction Pool and discussion on: May 03, 2019, 12:31:55 PM
KKR are the better option here. Punjab like most of their IPLs is in a poor form. While KKR has shown some impressive performance.
Though Punjab would have the home advantage, the game would be an easy win for knight riders.
1917  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any knows the mathematical formula to winning the lottery? on: May 03, 2019, 03:50:38 AM
Have you gambled lottery?
Why Mathematicians aren't riches now in gambling since they know and expert in equation solving finding the x value?
Equation solving in Mathematics are helpful to finds or pick the numbers, how did you know if it is even or odd numbers in right combination?
Is the binomial coefficient formula will really help you to find the right winning combination?

Share your thought here and let's discuss this. Cheesy

No, no such formula would help you find the right winning combination. If it did, no every good mathematician would have been a billionaire.
There have been some rare cases of lottery using specific algorithm that could be deciphered for finding winning ticket but every such incident had helped creating more cryptic and unbreakable algorithm which would enable zero loopholes hence makes it purely a matter of luck. As of online lottery, they are even much more unpredictable than the regular lottery tickets.

The problem with any of these formula are they are patched as soon as identified. Though it would be fun looking for any of such loopholes. Who know, if you are luck enough and made a billion with a simple mathematical formula. Once you win, you don't have to worry about the next time.
1918  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does crypto suffer from inflation? on: May 03, 2019, 01:45:40 AM
As you all know. now more and more crypto projects are born. So does crypto have inflation and lose its original value?

Inflation is a real thing. When there's more supply than demand, the price of the coin would naturally decrease.
We have seen this happen with many coins and tokens where issuing a large number of coins decreased the overall price of the coin. But whether the increasing number of crypto currencies hurt the overall price growth of other coins is still a debatable matter.
1919  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why not just gamble with fiat? on: May 03, 2019, 01:07:40 AM
I too gamble with fiat and sometimes they even have better odds specially in sports betting. But fiat casinos are more hassle than cryptocurrency one. You need to verify your KYC, the deposit and withdrawals are late and you risk yourself if you are gambling from a gambling prohibited country.
1920  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinbase now supports Dogecoin on: May 02, 2019, 05:59:51 PM
I understand that Bitcoin is the gold and Litecoin is the silver but what is Dogecoin really? I mean it started as a joke and yet people are using it even though the development is pretty much dead and seeing services starting to support it now make me question their credibility or even their sanity...

As for the market response then I honestly can't see anything. If you see the charts in CoinMarketCap for example and compare it with the time Coinbase did the announcement, there has been basically no significant changes.

Dogecoin is still a great tipping coin. There are many websites and social networs that has enabled dogecoin as the primary tipping coin.
And with it's low transaction fees and quick transactions, Dogecoin is also extensively used for gambling.
