1901  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be open to any possibility on: August 14, 2022, 12:01:10 PM
Imagine me creating a topic in 2017 asking if doge coin can hit 0.70$ some day the answer would have been NO from almost everyone, what I have learnt from crypto projects is no matter how stupid a coin looks and you need to get out because its not doing fine always leave a bit behind, I sold all my doge coin 120k before 2021 bull market and left only 1067 Doge coin in my wallet, learn from my mistake.

This is common huge misconception made by newbies because they think what happen from the past might also happen in future and remember that there are so many shitcoins created that's why much better if you invest then take profit rather than believing such another story which is somehow impossible to happen on new tokens created. But if you can take a huge risk about doing that well its up for you to try if you want to figure out if you became rich or get broke in future.
1902  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos You're Playing That Are not On This Forum on: August 14, 2022, 10:50:06 AM
I can't say they are gambling sites because they call themselves as sport analytic skill based games so called fantasy sports which I tried few times but not really convinced with the results. Even though they keep it transparent but I don't believe they are completely transparent so I just stopped using them. Apart from the forum I never trusted any gambling sites for cryptos so I believe they are not completely legit.

I also have higher trust in casinos that could be found here. That simply means that they're being transparent as they keep updates on this forum. Transparency, being reputable and trustworthy are the characteristics of a good casino site, and their effort to show transparency here has a huge advantage to prove that they are worth our trust.

For cyrpto casinos, yes this forum is the best source to find which are the best or the most reliable casinos so we can play without any worry. Talking about playing in casinos that are not in this forum, basically it is fine as long as we know the risk and we may create a new topic in this board about that specific casinos. Perhaps some members in this forum know and have experiences playing in that casino we found outside this forum.

But its quite risky knowing that we might get ignore if we encounter an issue with them that's why I discourage anyone to play on casino which doesn't have thread posted here because this is our last option to go to warn other forum member about them if the selected casino will ignore us. But if someone has a lot of budget and want to explore new platforms will maybe that's alright and its up to them if they grab the risk.
1903  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Can Fail and Will Touch Be US $ 13k Dollar? on: August 13, 2022, 02:58:27 PM
Indeed, in the current crypto market situation anything can still happen. However I see it seems the price of bitcoin down to $13k seems difficult to happen. Moreover, in the last few weeks the price of bitcoin has started to be in the green zone where the price of bitcoin is trading again in the $24k-$23k price range.
Now it's even very close to $25K, but I see Bitcoin looking a little difficult to get past $25K last month as well as earlier this month.
I am still very confident and hopeful in Bitcoin where the price can pass $25K, do you think Bitcoin can pass that price this month or next month?
Because I would be very happy if it could happen and will try to keep it up until the end of this year.

There is a very good chance that bitcoin will cross $25k at some point as we are very close to it. In terms of the possibility of the price dropping to $13k as predicted by the OP, it seems very unlikely right now, and things seem to be trending in a positive direction.
Hopefully from now to the end of the year, we will see more new gains and a significant recovery of the market, although the market is always volatile and extremely unpredictable.

At current condition its really most unlikely to happen because we are now seeing some green lights on the market so most provably many speculators will not see any negative marks towards current condition also no fuds are now bothering that's why we can maybe expect that market will go stable or even have a series of pumping maybe at this quarter. If there will be more positive news will came maybe we can see the price of bitcoin fully recovers.

Trying to safe pennies over quality will humble you few months or a year later when mining crypto, today I almost but down my house thank God I just went down to a store nearby, should have knew but I am sick with cough and catarrh so my nose is not working right.

Don't buy cheap risers
Don't buy cheap Pcie extender cables ( that's what I did ), in fact don't go cheap on your setup than buying cheap GPU, other parts are very important, that includes the power supply as well.

Aside for picking a quality hardware check also your cables if this one installed right by fully skilled electrical engineers or electrician. Also don't forget to do monthly maintenance by checking your lines so that you can avoid any such incident. Lastly maybe much better if you don't do mining at home since putting it there will give you huge risk about losing everything since imagine how devastating you experience today. Maybe this is good learning experience and bounce back again since for sure this is just a challenge for you.
Mining at home gives you a better monitoring chances right under your nose, you move the rig into your store or garage is more risky because you are in your room and your mining rig is in the garage, if a spark in the socket happens you won't quickly now until things start burning up.

That's why frequent maintenance should be done to make sure that your miners are in good condition and its better to separate it few meters to your house so that if there's something trouble that may cause fire to your units you can avoid getting more damage since your house is safe compare if you put it on one of your room where risk is so huge just like what happen to OP. The only key on that is proper maintenance and if you can do it daily much better since safety is important thing to make your money continuous flow on your rigs.
1905  Economy / Gambling / Re: DUELBITS ASK FOR KYC WHEN YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW YOUR EARNED PROFITS on: August 12, 2022, 11:34:57 PM
There is nothing wrong when the platform asks for KYC if needed, besides there is also a provision in their policy, if you don't want to share your KYC with them for government reasons it seems exaggerating. They will not share your KYC with anyone especially the government, they are also aware that doing so will destroy their policies as well, possibly just for account verification.

People is so exaggerated on stories about risk for providing their personal information and I think they are just over reacting on things they don't need to worry. Maybe they need to look for the reason first on why such things ask to them since this KYC will became normal since we are dealing money on the platform. And account verification normally happen so I guess OP is a total newbie that's why he posted nonsense thing about this casino.
1906  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to Know the right crypto project to invest in on: August 12, 2022, 12:21:44 PM
Considering rate at which hundreds of cryptocurrencies are flooding the blockhain space it seems digital currency is taking over the fiat. But the question now is how does one get to know the right crypto project to invest in?

Actually its hard to find a good project where we can trust since most of the project didn't deliver much on what they promise on their target dates also sometimes we always fall for expectation since their product sucks. So if I where you better invest only on top coins if you aim to hold them up for long term, but if you are a risk taker then go on altcoins which is hype by many community members and exit when your portfolio is already in green line.

1908  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rise of Streamers in Online Gambling on: August 11, 2022, 10:39:53 PM
I saw on the news that the xQc streamer made $686 million worth of bets in three months, but I can not find a reliable source to confirm this news. Have you heard anything about it? If this is true, then in my opinion this is a clear disrespect for his viewers, since it is obvious that all the money from this amount is fake - he clearly could not wage such a huge amount.
is it overall bet from him? I didn't even think if all of money were real money. I don't even believe if a streamer has hundreds millions dollars to be used to bet in the gambling platform. It's obvious a fake money that being used by him. You can imagine how much he was loosing when gambling with such money.

Oftentimes, the money is sponsored but obviously, it is not fake.  Over the long period of streaming and getting a commission on the sponsored money, I think he will be able to have a hundred million bankrolls.  Remember, as they stream, they got referrals.  There is a possibility that they get whales as a referral and be able to get huge money from affiliate commissions.
About xQc winning, I believe, I read that it is from his own money.

Most of the time whales registered on the link provided on the streamers, so I will not get surprised if streamers earning a lot of fortune by hyping up a casino. And for sure all of credits given will drained so there are times that streamers will use their own money just to make their show more consistent and more people will sign up to their referral links shown every videos they created.
1909  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Pishing alert: Fake EXODUS e-mail on: August 11, 2022, 12:22:47 PM
The email itself is so suspicious so hopefully no guys in right mind will put their back up phrase to that scammy mail since for sure the legitimate exodus will never ask such important details like that to their costumer. People need to be more careful upon their mails receive because there are so many phising attempt like this that's why its good to use dummy mails to avoid any possible another method of attempts conduct by criminals.
1910  Economy / Gambling / Re: DUELBITS ASK FOR KYC WHEN YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW YOUR EARNED PROFITS on: August 11, 2022, 10:41:52 AM
The answer here is simple if the gambling site ask you for KYC then best to provide it right away and make no issue , because no matter what you wanted to not comply yet it is their right to ask for it.

You are not new from this section as you have been tagged for doing something similar , if you are a legit player and hiding nothing then bring the KYC verification and let the Duelbits Team do their job and so the funds will shortly bring back to you if they find no reason for banning or taking your amount.

Newbie people maybe care to much about their Identity since they heard to much negative story about the risk for providing it on your people and I can't blame him to have that conclusion because for sure all of us hate KYC at first that's why there's many discussion about this from past threads created by various people. And since this is much adopted as reputable casinos are now doing some good things for legalization I guess KYC ask by them will not be a problem at all.
1911  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Whitepaper still a thing? on: August 10, 2022, 11:22:44 PM
For a crypto beginner like me is the so-called whitepaper some I should count on when doing research? people are still talking about the whitepaper of crypto projects but few people said it doesn't matter.

For sometimes it matters because you can see the whole break down on where there project heading as well you can also see if they just put a serious details and not copied ones. But don't give to much weight on what they have written on the whitepaper because for sure not all the project will follow it and also even if how good they are base on their whitepaper their are tendency that they turn scam so best do always your due diligence and always secure your money or profits upon putting up your investments on risky projects around.
1912  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What your ideas about bitcoin adoption in the future? on: August 10, 2022, 12:10:50 PM
Bitcon have been in existence for year's now, when bitcoin was created just few people know about bitcon and most of them don't even believe in bitcoin has at that moment, with time bitcoin started getting popularity and people started knowing about bitcon, most people don't really accept bitcoin as payment method because they don't believe in bitcon. But today lot's of people know about bitcoin and lot's of companies are now accepting bitcoin as payment method and some countries have adopted bitcon, bitcon have gained lot's of popularity and everybody are now talking about bitcon everywhere now.
I believe in future most of the countries that are banning bitcoin currently won't have choice than to later accept bitcoin and I believe most companies will accept bitcoin.

Acceptance of bitcoin will be easy when people understand exactly why they need it and how it can be applied in everyday life. Now, for most of the population, bitcoin is something unknown and too risky. Someone uses it as an investment tool, but does not use it to pay for services and goods. Adoption cannot be carried out artificially, everything must develop in its own way, as we see it is a long and difficult journey.

Not as easy as we think due to many anomalies happen like scamming and people losing due to its volatility, If people will just research and be educated to what they are taking then maybe they can slowly adopt the risk although this is though but for sure when they get experience from what they go through then provably that they can learn something huge on cryptocurrency industry.
1913  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: August 10, 2022, 10:15:00 AM
Even the legit services are hard to trust in these KYC matters because they store these data with some third party software where privacy breach can happen anytime or they could sell your data on dark web using it for illicit works so how do you remain anonymous in this market is what makes you safe.
Not all legitimate services cannot be trusted to maintain data privacy so we should not be pessimistic about this and assume all legitimate services cannot be trusted. I'm sure the casino partners with reputable legitimate services to keep customer data safe and not use it for anything prohibited.
We actually don’t know if our data is secure or not because even big companies are exposing our details just for the purpose of promotions. We just hope that Roobet is really safe and we are hoping that this KYC requirement can still be change. Crypto gambling is slowly becoming KYC mandatory but we should not worry that much as long as we secured our personal accounts, we are still safe. If you are not ok with Roobet policy, then try to look for other option that is still KYC free, for sure there’s still a site that will allow you to remain anonymous.

Even if we go on non KYC compliant casino still for sure they will go on this situation in long run so better accept what Roobet require for now because for sure in the long run all casino will implement this requirements in future. Roobet is reputable casino so for sure they will make sure to protect the identity of their costumer because they also building up the trust and this one is convertible to more costumers if they establish that they are good on many factors especially on important details like this.
If you are a die hard Roobet user or gambler then this level 1 KYC wont really be a bothersome for you although you could always put up fake details but of course you do know the risk involved
on doing so but if you are a gambler who do only make out small time deposits or not that much then it wont really be an issue.Majority of gambling casinos that we do have today is regulated
or abiding government laws which means that anytime they could ask out for some verification and this is mostly been stated on their terms and conditions which is common
and you should expect that anytime they could really switch into this.

Level 1 KYC procedure is not a big deal after all if we look at the situation in easy ways but for other who doesn't understand or skeptical about this because they are worried, maybe this kind of issuance still not good at them that's why they need to slowly accept the fact that this feature will come mandatory to them on any platform because they are dealing with money. So for now its good to practice and give a trust especially if the casino is performing so well and been trusted by many people.

1915  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is there any cool slogan about miners on: August 09, 2022, 12:14:57 PM
Robbing bitcoiners since 2009? Guess that's not really a good slogan but certainly true at times.

A hurtful truth by seeing how huge this industry by scammers since they accumulate a large of money from innocent investors believe that there's something like this will give them infinite fortune because that's what they see upfront from those platform which gives return from their investments at early stage.

By the way OP are you selling hardwares? If you want to get the best slogans why not try to follow what Betnomi did which they conduct a slogan campaign contest for sure you will get a lot of ideas about the best slogan on your company and you will have fun for the numbers of entries submitted by forum members here.
1916  Economy / Services / Re: 1000 USD bounty for whoever helps me get my money back on: August 09, 2022, 10:46:19 AM
Hello,

I have a somewhat unusual request. Namely, it is about an erroneous transaction. I accidentally sent an unlisted token to my KuCoin address. The amount has been credited to my address, but does not show up in my KuCoin account, it only shows up in the block explorer.

I have been in contact with support for some time now, however I am constantly being turned away and not directed to the technical department. Since KuCoin have the private keys to this address, there is also a technical way to recover the tokens from my KuCoin address.

Support has already admitted that the tokens can be saved once they implement the token. Only no one can tell me if this will ever happen.

So now my call to the community: I offer 1000 USD of the saved amount to the person who provides the crucial help to save the tokens.

Maybe someone who knows a member of the technical team at KuCoin and persuades them to take up my case. As I said, the support refuses to take up the matter, although I have already assured that I will pay for their effort.

I can send a screenshot of my KuCoin account and the link to the address in Block Explorer if needed. So everyone can make sure that this is a real request and not a scam.

Anyone who can help me, please drop me a personal message.

Thanks

For what you said you accidentally send it to your Kucoin address then most provably no people from here can help you about your issue, Maybe try to reach out the Kucoin support directly then try if there's a chance that you can recover your money. This incident is consider as loss but if you give a try to contact them from time to time and tell them if it possible to be claim then state that you are willing to pay a convenience fee for recovery maybe they will take action to your issue.
1917  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rise of Streamers in Online Gambling on: August 07, 2022, 01:32:05 PM
I don't think streamers are playing with fake money.  Because if it is fake money then a demo can be seen on the stream.  I believe it is sponsored money.  they are betting with real money but it is sponsored so it isn't their own money so they don't care if they lose all those huge amounts but of course, they wanted to win because of the promised commissions on those winnings.

Obviously, there is no such case that streamers are using fake money. How can they even do that or make it possible to use fake money or credits?

Most provably the casino they promote give them free credits or account to use upon their stream time so that they can make there game plays legitimate so that many people could also feel the intensity of the game what the streamers had at that time and this could rise curiosity. This can easily be set up by them since for sure no streamers will bust their huge amount of money for thousands of views only since for sure this will not give them profits.

Of course, they are in exchange for shilling their casino, not all streamers are good at gambling and if they are promoting casinos and gambling in their channel they should show that they are winning, to the point that they are manipulating their broadcast, I am not a big fan of streamers there are a lot of streamers in the past that I followed about investing in altcoins they are good at shilling but not good at predicting the future of the project that they are shilling and I lose a lot following their advice and shills, I just knew that it is the same case here in gambling.

That's how I open up my eyes towards their intention because if there's money involve those people will not really give real contents which can help their viewers. They always make them are their cash cow this is why we should do our research and never get hype with those platforms they promote. And its a same situation with altcoin scene so best for that is we maybe watch them for entertainment but don't try to go above on what those streamers show.
1918  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: August 06, 2022, 11:51:18 PM
What I believe however is that we are talking about a situation where V2 could be at risk of being here until the bull run comes, and that wouldn't be weird.

Most people already lost their interest with the V2 Rollbots though so even if somehow crypto suddenly pumped up, I dont think it will ever touch the floor price anymore. Most people are selling their V2 Rollbots below the floor price and some are keeping those that had decent amount of free bets monthly but eventually everyone would get ROI on this though as long as Rollbit keep on running their sportsbook

Maybe the lost of interest is due to the hype of NFT subside since if the industry is slowly fading out for sure many of them including the rollbot's holder and potential buyers are affected to. Since the price dump maybe this also add the factor of fear and this is normal reaction of people who think about short term. But since Rollbit is establish casino maybe they can do something on it and maybe create another benefits or usage to their NFT.
1919  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Futures Trading is not for everyone on: August 06, 2022, 12:34:59 PM
all trading in the crypto market I guess is risky. but in futures trading, I think the risk will be greater. It makes anyone who will trade futures know that they must be prepared to lose their money.
Futures trading requires better skills, not just guessing the direction of market movements and playing our luck. If so, it looks like gambling.

They need to know the risk because if they live on unrealistic thought that they might became rich with this then maybe we can see them losing at the end. But if they can't really hold up the market pressure then futures is not for them because sometimes emotion is our big enemy that's why it always recommended for newbie to stay on spot for a while and learn more skills there.
