Now, Switzerland becomes more cryptocurrency friendly. А series of companies from different countries around the world have announced blockchain-related projects in the field of digital advertising. All of them are aimed at solving the problem of verification of qualified advertising resources and preventing ad fraud, such as from bots or exploitation of backdoors in ad serving networks, the losses from which total $16.4 billion per year, according to the Adloox audit verification company.

In March 2017, Nasdaq announced that later this year it was going to launch the New York Interactive Advertising Exchange (NYIAX) and, on the 30th of June 2017, another company, AdEx, is commencing the building of another decentralized ad exchange.

Both projects will let inventory be sold using blockchain technology. Smart advertising contracts, based on Blockchain, will be executed automatically as long as conditions are met.

The AML4 (Directive 2015/859 UE) was introduced in Italy with its publication in the Italian Official Journal of the Legislative Decree 25th May 2017, n. 90 (G.U. n. 140 of 19th June 2017) with the total reform of the legislative decree 231/2007.

The European Parliament has not yet approved the modification of AML4 with provisions regarding virtual currency (which will probably occur after discussion in plenary in late October 2017) but Italy anticipates some provisions, including Exchanger as an obliged entity for AML purposes.

The Italian Minister of Economy called for discussion over the draft of this proposed legislation in early December and obtained the opinion of Parliament.

The authorities of Iran are concerned about the wide spread of cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, and plan to define its regulation in the next four months.

The National Center for Cyberspace (NCC) of Iran has already sent its draft proposal for the regulation of digital currencies in the country.
