19101  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: July 18, 2017, 02:12:04 AM
In 2013 December, a few people might have thought the same. BTC was going at $1,230 per coin and back then it was regarded as a huge bubble. And those who purchased at those rates saw BTC dipping to almost $200 per coin by 2016. But those who had held on to their coins are sitting on top of at least 100% ROI right now.
19102  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate christians? on: July 18, 2017, 01:53:37 AM
There's no reason to hate anyone just because of religion. I think religion doesn't brand you as anything it's just the belief that you believe into. Religion shouldn't be a basis when it comes to hate or love.

If a religion teaches others hatred instead of compassion and love, then it needs to be hated. For example, take the case of Islam. There are more than 109 verses in the Holy Quran, which urges the believers to engage in Jihad against the non-believers or infidels. Also, some of the Christian sects believe that an individual will go to hell after his death, if he doesn't accept Jesus as his savior.
19103  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is there going to be WAR in China and India ? on: July 18, 2017, 01:49:01 AM
I told it years ago, the next wars will be about water.
But I donīt think that China and India will have this war in the next year - there are more necessary things to solve

The Chinese are planning to construct a massive dam in the Tsangpo river (known as river Brahmaputra in India), to divert the waters to the Chinese provinces of Xinjiang and Gansu. If they do this, then the probability of a military conflict between India and China can't be ruled out. Because Brahmaputra  is the lifeblood of north-east India.
19104  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Drug free in the Philippines on: July 18, 2017, 01:43:18 AM
It's good that his anti drug campaign is going out so well. However, I think it's quite impossible to make Philippines a drug free country because drug syndicates are handled by big time businessmen which is also from other big countries. It's possible to just clean the streets and make it somehow safe but a drug free country is quite impossible.

The drug kingpins are also getting hit hard, from what I am hearing. Off course, a few have managed to escape to other nations such as Cambodia and Thailand (from where the majority of the drugs to the Philippines are sourced, via Myanmar). So at least when compared to the ongoing drug war in Mexico, the same in the Philippines is proceeding quite well.
19105  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Zapad 2017 on: July 18, 2017, 01:39:35 AM

You are serious? Do you think that Zapad military exercise is preparation to defend from West invasion? Don't be naive, it will be attacking exercise. Russia will simulate possible invasion to Baltic states.
What is Zapad 2017

A little readyness military training inside russia by and for the russian federation people (compared to reaction aafter all western invasion against russia), esrly winter.
Just a small correction - training will be mainly in Belarus, not in Russia.

Russia has again and again stated that they have no intention of invading the Baltic states (although these states, especially Estonia and Latvia, heavily discriminates against their own ethnic Russian inhabitants). So please refrain from spreading fear-mongering.
19106  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ISIS Leader is dead on: July 18, 2017, 01:37:46 AM
I believe Baghdadi is not the leader of ISIS. He's just the manager of those rebels but there is a big head behind this terror group, it's either EU, US and the Rothschild.

No one knows for sure. Baghadadi was an ordinary guy just like any small-time criminal before he was chosen as the leader of the ISIS. How did he managed to receive all those weapons and followers? There is something fishy about him. But the truth will only be known, if he is captured alive by either the Russians or the Syrians. And the chances for that are very low.
19107  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people hate? on: July 18, 2017, 01:32:43 AM
In my country, there is all sort of hate. There is racial hatred. Hindustanis hate blacks and blacks hate Hindustanis. Amerindians hate both the Hindustanis and the blacks. Then there is religious hatred.

Hate based on racial divide exists in most of the multi-cultural nations. Even developed nations such as the United States and the United Kingdom are not free from this. It is just like the hatred based on the religious division.
19108  Other / Politics & Society / Re: More terrorism in Asia on: July 18, 2017, 01:31:01 AM
They don't die they multiply. They want to colonize country or world rather they want to do what they want to do. They have plan to kill who fight for their. I think they want to show that their God is stronger than any God so they want to show what they are.

There are two forms of Jihad. The first one is the physical Jihad, which is currently ongoing in nations such as Syria and Afghanistan. The second version is the most dangerous one, and is known as the demographic Jihad. This is more like a silent war. Look at how Kosovo became a Muslim majority nation. And Macedonia is going to follow the same path.
19109  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Who is Putin? on: July 18, 2017, 01:28:05 AM
putin is the current president of russia. he is a very good leader. December 16, 2016 putin was nominated for the 2014 Nobel peace prize.
I wonder why he did not give this prize Well, maybe it's all because of the Crimea? Or what is the reason? If today the whole world is told that Vladimir Putin is an aggressive ruler which then what can be the peace prize?

After they gave that prize to ObombYa, I have no respect for it.

It would have been even more worthless if they had awarded it to Angela Merkel. Fortunately, the guys in the Nobel committee awarded it to a well-deserving guy last time (Juan Manuel Santos of Colombia, for this contribution in ending the civil war there). If they had awarded it to Merkel, then it would have been a complete joke. Nobel for someone for destroying the entire European civilization.
19110  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are you in favor of same sex marriage? on: July 18, 2017, 01:25:43 AM
For me, I am not in favor of same sex marriage. I'm more on a religion side in which I believe that God only made a man and a woman. But I do respect the 2nd gender. It's just that when it comes to marriage it is a sacred mystery that is only for man and woman.

I am not in favor of mixing religious views in to personal choices. If the homosexuals want to engage in sodomy and other pervert acts, then let them do it in their bedrooms. But I am having a problem, when they try to indoctrinate others with their gay propaganda (especially the children).
19111  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Donald Trump to expose 9/11 Truth and 28 page classified secret document on: July 18, 2017, 01:24:12 AM
He is not going to do anything, because now he has metamorphosed himself as an integral part of the political establishment. He has become a part of the same marsh, which he had promised to drain before the POTUS elections in 2016.
19112  Other / Off-topic / Re: Should I Go To College ??? on: July 18, 2017, 01:22:17 AM
I would say no unless you want one of the following careers. Something in Science, technology, engineering, or math. I think you could include teaching as a science but for the most part many of the humanities degrees are worthless.

I wouldn't say these degrees are worthless but the problem is that the world doesn't need so many people graduating out of their humanity degrees every year. People should consider the job prospects as well, when they enroll for a particular degree.
19113  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you trust the United States of America? on: July 18, 2017, 01:20:42 AM
There are two countries i wouldn't trust, USA ans Russia.

Add in China as well and you'll have all the super-powers covered (I won't even consider smaller nations such as the Great Fruitain and France as super-powers, because right now they are only a shadow of their former self).
19114  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Elon Musk has called the greatest threat to human civilization on: July 18, 2017, 01:19:03 AM
Elon Musk has called the greatest threat to human civilization
Tesla CEO Elon Musk has described artificial intelligence as "the biggest risk to civilization." Moreover, the Isma urged the government to intervene and restrict research in the field of artificial intelligence. Perhaps "Terminator" is his favorite movie.

If Elon Musk was intelligent enough, then he would have never said something like this. Technological progress can't be stopped, although it can be slowed down. And we should brace for the technological progress and its advantages, rather than being afraid about what it can do for us.
19115  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ISIS is nothing compared to U.S. cops. on: July 18, 2017, 01:17:30 AM
US Cops compared to ISIS? This thread is a LOL. LOL.  Wink Anyway, there are always rotten tomatoes everywhere. There are some in the US police department definitely. But in the ISIS, everyone's a rotten tomato.  Grin You cannot enter ISIS if you're not rotten, mentally, spiritually, and so on.

Comparing the US cops to ISIS is an insult to the millions of people around the world, who were victimized by the ISIS. Rather than demonizing the cops, it is an attempt to whitewash an evil terrorist organization known for its barbarity.
19116  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is taxation theft? on: July 18, 2017, 01:14:46 AM
Taxes can be used like silent thefts, there are many for this purpose, but they are part of the income of a country.

The government is dependent on the tax revenues. I agree with that. But what is the point in having super-high tax rates (such as 45% income tax in Germany), when you are imposing a lot of indirect taxes as well (such as VAT and GST)?
19117  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin and Ethereum co-exist? on: July 17, 2017, 04:23:52 AM
They have co-existed till now, and I don't see any problem with it. But this co-existence has not been very smooth. Ether is having a negative effect on the Bitcoin exchange rates, and at the same time it is very clear that ETH is not capable of existing independently without Bitcoin.
19118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Segwit2x gains 90% support before Aug 1st, will BIP148 still go live? on: July 17, 2017, 04:18:55 AM
If I understand correctly, BIP148 is a strategy (or 51% attack) to get all miners on segwit clients so that when the hard fork of segwit happens there won't be any miners that are non segwit so a non segwit chain can't form so users of the old non segwit chain will get stalled with no new blocks and they'll upgrade to the segwit client.

They are both independent of each other as far as I know, but I don't know much.

This is getting more and more confusing. Can someone please tell me how much support is actually needed to activate the SegWit? Some say that it is 51%. For some others, it is 80%. A few are saying that 95% support is needed to activate it.
19119  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Zapad 2017 on: July 17, 2017, 02:22:13 AM
Yeah.. better to be prepared rather than waiting for the actual invasion to happen. I knew Putin was intelligent. He will not repeat the same mistake which Stalin committed in 1941, when the USSR lost 4 million of their best soldiers in a matter of few weeks.
19120  Other / Politics & Society / Re: International terrorism on: July 17, 2017, 02:08:56 AM
Recently there was information that Donald Trump was going to voice or even give the public the whole truth about what happened on September 11. If this is really true, and in this case, the special services of the United States are involved, then this is a real bomb. It seems to me that Trump risks losing all And including life.

After becoming the President of the United States, Donald Trump realized the difficulties in staying on that post. He had to make a lot of compromises with all sorts of people. So don't expect him to spill any beans on the 9/11 attacks.
