Yes this is a dead coin. I am surprised some exchanges are still listing it.

Yes that man sure is crazy. Imagine somebody cut off his hand to get to his BTC.

Yuo think we need to set our max bet on 1% of bankroll?

I don't think you should have a max bet. Just set a max profit and other than that let people bet as high as they like.

At Just-Dice one of the most profitable days was when someone bet 7016.28891331 BTC @ 96.2% and lost. He was only aiming to profit by 204 BTC, which was less than the site's max profit and so the bet was allowed.

If we had limited the max bet to be 10% of the bankroll or less, that bet couldn't have happened. There's no reason to limit it that I can see.

haha, I still remember the days that guy keep playing those low-multiplier bets. He has successfully turned 1700 btc to 7000 btc, and then to 0 btc. Grin

Yes I remember that guy. Very stupid. I think he had some martingale method that he based it on.

Isn't that dev located in Canada? He ran a few other gambling websites. I heard he shut them down legally due to tax issues with BTC and not fraud?
19145  Economy / Gambling / Re: How to get tax refund for retired gamblers? on: November 11, 2014, 10:11:22 PM
Yes but what is said in that article is common sense.

You make a million dollars and you lose a million dollars. Why would you pay taxes for winning the million dollars if you lost it.

Has it really been a year? I don't think any gambling websites even existed a year ago.

Maybe a 6 month anniversary.
19147  Economy / Gambling / Re: BinaryBase.co | Binary Options | 100% First Deposit Bonus on: November 11, 2014, 10:09:36 PM
The reason why many gambling website include Dogecoin is because the transaction fees are VERY cheap.

For BTC its usually 0.0001 but for doge is 1 which is about 0.0000007 BTC.

I see. That is indeed substantially cheaper. Although, at BinaryBase and BattleBase, we actually pay for all the transaction fees from our own pocket and it hasn't been an issue.

Having said that, dogecoin is on our radar now and our engineers are thinking about how to expand our services to accept dogecoin

In my opinion I would just leave BTC and avoid Doge or LTC.

The transaction fees are higher but many can simply store it on your website. I think leave it the way it is.

Doge would be better for maybe faucets sites or sites that require a lot of back and forth transactions.

I am surprised this website is this dead.

What was is that killed it? The delays?
19150  Economy / Gambling / Re: How to get tax refund for retired gamblers? on: November 11, 2014, 11:10:23 AM
Hmm, never heard of this either.

What county are you from exactly? I am guessing the USA but seems new to me.
19151  Economy / Gambling / Re: GoBetGo.com Bitcoin Sports, Casino, Live Casino & DICE | 1% Margins on Sports on: November 11, 2014, 11:09:20 AM
The site is very confusing.

And for BTC deposits there shouldn't be a way to input private information such as full name and address.
19152  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 11, 2014, 11:07:50 AM
Looks like a bear flag to me.

Maybe some late shorts are covering but I highly doubt its going to go any higher then this

Wish there was more volume.

I hope this coin doesn't get hacked. I am holding loads and this coin and see a great future. A small simple hack can cause it to go down very fast.
19154  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: November 11, 2014, 11:04:27 AM
Yes its nice but honestly not really worth it for the future. Very little profit margin.

Yes this was worth mining a few months ago. But now many of the linux miners started mining XMR and its no more profitable then X11

Just sell the entire computer during christmas to a gamer.
You will probably make $0.20 a day mining with that even with free electricity.

Does anybody notice the large 13+ BTC orders on Polonixes.

The 7 BTC order seems to be holding.

19158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Glow | X13 POS on: November 09, 2014, 06:21:48 AM
Yeah but the logo sure is cool looking.

Too bad there isn't much interest in this coin.

X13 in general is pretty much dead.
