1921  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does this sound realistic? on: July 11, 2018, 05:01:26 PM
In my case I guess its somewhat the same with your theory. Mine, I always think that I will just eat a hearthy meal from an expensive restaurant or Ill just buy something go reward my self. There was a time when I was asked to try this new casino in town, we tried but lost then my buddy told me to recover what we lost.

1922  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Daily trading or Holding Cryptocurrency for long time on: July 11, 2018, 04:33:34 PM
Considering the present market situation, which one will be more benefiting whether Daily trading or holding cryptocurrency for long time? Please let me know.
If you have a big starting funds, I would start with day trading, you will appreciate day trading with big capital. You will feel the profits even if its just a 3% percent gain. If you get lucky and the coin that you bought was pumped by a group, its like wining a lottery. I remember a time when I bought ZEC, I didn't expect to gain 40% in a day but it did, no positive news or what so ever, all of a sudden the price gained 40%. After that experience, I continue doing day trading until I faced a wall when I bought SYS, the price is just moving sideways, then I realized SYS is not good for day trading but for long term.
1923  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Right time to buy a lot of bitcoin. on: July 11, 2018, 04:08:49 PM
I see this times as a good opportunity to buy more Bitcoins as you can. Its better to have more of it than you don't have a lot of it when the time comes that it reaches another all time high. Imagine if those speculators are right that by end of 2018 or early 2019 Bitcoin will reach $22,000 USD, what will you do to your self because you missed the train again. But, make sure that you invest only what you can afford to loose.
1924  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Be calm when the market falls on: July 10, 2018, 06:34:37 PM
As part of your plan on not to panic in times like this when you see your investments turn red and price continues to plunge, try NOT check the price so that it will not affect your decision making or trigger your impulse selling thingking that BTC will continue to drop.If you believe in cryptos, you only buy and Hodl.
1925  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Preferred crypto betting site ? on: July 10, 2018, 06:25:40 PM
I tried a lot of cypto betting sites out there and at some point I even recommended them to my newbie friends but after trying Bitsler, I have never played another dice site anymore.I am not saying other sites are not good that I want to be clear, but for me after trying Bitsler, I stopped looking for another site. Bitsler is all I need.
1926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is best practice for gambling?? on: July 10, 2018, 09:37:21 AM
I wouldn't gamble with money that I didn't save for playing online casino. If its intended for something else, better not touch it. Be disciplined enough to play only what you can afford to lose and never try to recover what you have already lost. Come back another day if you are having a bad day, we all encounter that day when lady luck is not beside us. Have fun in playing, it's not fun anymore if you end up selling something to recover what you've already lost.
1927  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 226: Miocic vs Cormier Info and Prediction Thread on: July 10, 2018, 09:31:52 AM
I reckon you 2 do not have experience in Dana's UFC storyboards yet? hehehe

Cormier's call out was scripted. A money fight versus Brock Lesnar is Daniel's reward after winning the heavyweight championship, and to Dana's relief because he can now make a new storyboard after Daniel versus Brock.

Daniel Cormier versus Jon Jones in heavyweight should be the possible next in line for the UFC.
Dana White confirmed that a week before the fight Brock Lesnar called him (Dana) and apologized for keeping him in the dark, I guess that means ignoring him while Lesnar is busy with his part time job in WWE. Anyway, if the fight between Brock Lesnar and Daniel Cormier pushes through, it's one massive payday again for Daniel Cormier, allegedly he was paid by UFC 500k USD while its 750K for Miocic. Looking at Miocic during the post fight conference, his face received a lot of beating.
1928  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Pacquiao vs Matthysse July 15 2018 on: July 09, 2018, 02:17:08 AM
Just a week left before the Pacman picks up his gloves again and starts wrecking.

What will you guys be betting for this fight? I'll go for Pacquiao to win by unanimous decision, but might also put a small amount on SD.
If Lucas Matthysse is not able to knockout Manny and fight will be via decision, more likely fight will go to Manny Pacquiao. Lucas Matthysse needs to score a lot in this fight and no back pedaling or running around, Manny Pacquiao will really hunt him down around the ring. Manny Pacquiao is out to prove that he still have a few fights left in him before he retires.
1929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 226: Miocic vs Cormier Info and Prediction Thread on: July 09, 2018, 02:05:51 AM
Not sure why Cormier called out Brock, surely he understands the massive disadvantage he'll have? Brock is massive as fuck.

He got a good win over Miocic, but it wasn't entirely unexpected, yes, he's getting older, but UFC isn't as much of a young man's game as some other contact sports, e.g. Boxing. Brock Lesnar will probably wreck Cormier simply due to the 50lbs weigh advantage. Cormier is a beast true, but punching against the weight is never a good idea.

Maybe Daniel Cormier want's a big payday that's why he is calling out Brock Lesnar. I was expecting Derrick Lewis to be Daniel Cormier's next opponent because there we're rumors during the conference Derrick Lewis says "You’re smaller than everybody up here" and Daniel Cormier vs Derrick Lewis much interesting and reasonable than Daniel Cormier vs Brock Lesnar. Where is Brock Lesnar ranked? Sure he is a crowd drawer but this guy only have a few tricks in his bag.
1930  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bearish trend is over on: July 06, 2018, 03:08:41 AM
I still believe its still bearish. Not much movement of the price. It may seem that there's an uptrend but if you look closely, the price just got back from 2 weeks ago and move sideways after recovering. I still see the worst may still yet to come as we approach August where Chinese ghost month starts until Mid of September. For Asians specially Chinese, its not a good idea to start a business during the Ghost Month.
1931  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 226: Miocic vs Cormier Info and Prediction Thread on: July 06, 2018, 02:57:41 AM

Daniel Cormier also fell after a press conference and he was saw limping. What will Dana do? His original story board for UFC 226 was supposed to be the biggest card of the year.

I hope this will not be a reason for the fight to be cancelled. I have seen Daniel Cormier react when a fight of his got cancelled, he felt like he was being robbed, so I don't think Daniel Cormier will back out on this one but lets see. He may not back out but if his doctors advised him not to fight then this coming fight this weekend will just be another UFC event.
1932  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Pacquiao vs Matthysse July 15 2018 on: July 06, 2018, 02:11:21 AM
Exactly, he's already a legend but maybe he still want to have a fight so he can earn more money and make all the Filipinos proud again. This is a real business now, because even if he lose the money will come to him. I hope this fight will be a clean one not like those previous fight which Manny really won but the result is different.
I heard he has a lot of charitable projects in line for this year. He like's helping the poor since he knows how it is when you have nothing on your table. In 2016 alone he has built 1,000 homes for the homeless and this did not come from his salary as a Senator, this cam from his purse from boxing. He also estimated that he already given away around $200 Million on projects to help the less fortunate. This fight may have the hype like his previous fights but the sure winners of this fight are those who will benefit from his winnings.
1933  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What should I learn to be a professional trader? on: July 05, 2018, 11:56:24 PM
Once you learned how to trade and begin to be good at it, first thing that you would not like people to address you is to call you a professional trader unless you want to brag about it. Learn how to control your emotions is the first thing that you need to learn. Dont buy because its pumping, look for those coins that are in Red and doing well a few weeks ago, they have more potential to recover and turn to green.
1934  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What does 'Pump and Dump' means in crypto trading ? on: July 05, 2018, 11:48:17 PM
If someone invites you to join this kind of group, I would stay away from them, they would ask you to pay for a fee to provide you with a signal when to Buy and when to Sell. Its not good in trading. You see a sudden price increase of a coin that has been idle for quite sometime and for no reason price suddenly jumps up. They will start dumping when they reached their goal. Its manipulation.
1935  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Right time to buy a lot of bitcoin. on: July 05, 2018, 11:43:17 PM
If you see a lot of negative news, if you see a sudden drop of price, if you see a lot of people panicking and selling Bitcoins, thats a great time to buy and accumulate as much as possible. I don't see any reason for Bitcoin to go zero so buy more while the price is down and just wait for it to climb up again.
1936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: shall i convert my bitcoins to ethereum? on: July 05, 2018, 11:32:50 PM
No question, Ethereum is a good coin to buy and hold for a long time, but converting all your Bitcoins to Ethereum is not a good idea. I would suggest that a portion of your Bitcoins to Ethereum like 20% to 30%. My Ethereum is just 15% of my total portfolio. Majority is Bitcoin. 20% for other Altcoins and Tokens.
1937  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to analyze charts (check-list) on: July 05, 2018, 11:22:20 PM
Those are the tools that are available in trading sites like Bittrex and off course they are worth using if you really know how to use it. RSI is one of my favorites to use before I buy, it tells me if the coin is overbought or oversold and I partner it with Bollinger Bands to see the trend and finally Parabolic SAR to see if its a Buy signal or a Sell signal.
1938  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What amount did you start to trade? on: July 05, 2018, 11:12:54 PM
I started with just $50 and that came from my signature campaign earnings. I got lucky when I bought ANTS in Bittrex and when it changed its name to NEO the price started to climb and gained 200% profits. The profits I gained I bought ETH, not much profits but the 15% to 30% gains from ETH is good enough. If you want to start trading now and you have funds, start with $1,000 USD and spread in 3 to 4 different coins.
1939  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do some people in crypto still wish the downfall of Bitcoin? on: July 05, 2018, 11:00:53 PM
I guess its more on the competition. They want to create their own coin and beat Bitcoin. Just like in real life business. You want to beat your competition by spreading fake news, false feedback and even pay people to destroy your competition. Its same with Bitcoin, FUD is everywhere and new coins developed that promises better features. Thats why they want Bitcoin to go down.
1940  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Walk of Shame on: July 05, 2018, 10:53:26 PM
I've been playing online for quite sometime now and I have my ups and downs. When its a bad day for me and lost majority of my allocated funds for gambling I just turn off my PC and move on with my life. I'll return again when I have enough funds for online gambling. I don't play using my savings, that way I don't feel the guilt and try to recover my losses.
